教 学 设 计 Grade 8 (A)Unit 4 2016年 11月 教 学 设 计 Grade 8 (A)Unit 4教学目标教学内容为“Go for it ”新目标英语八年级上册第十二单元。学习内容主要体现在:通过学习12单元的内容,训练学生听,说,读,写四个方面的技能。设计理念按照新课标要求,与时俱进,以学生为本,促进学生的全面发展和个性发展,尊重学生人格,发扬教学民主,突出学生是英语学习的主人,从导课、练单词、到阅读,写作的训练,尽力为学生创设生动、活泼、开放、和谐的课堂气氛,引导学生能自主地在听、说、读、写、玩、唱的活动中,学会知识,掌握学习方法,培养学生的合作意识、创新精神及实践能力。设计思路1.利用多媒体上英语课,学生视听感受明显,兴趣极大,使学生在欣赏和享受中学习。2.首先,从学生感兴趣的动画导入,使学生身临在语言环境中,学生有话可说,易于表达,又可发散思维,甚至创新;教学内容上,从练习单词入手,逐渐过渡,在听与说的过程中初步了解比较级的变化规则之后,再引导学生通过句子练习. 4.通过 “小组讨论”、“比赛游戏”, 5.通过 听、说、读、写培养学生综合运用语言能力的同时、又培养学生对知识的创新和迁移能力以及学生之间竞争又合作的精神。课后反思1. 我按照新课标要求,与时俱进,以学生为本,促进学生的全面发展和个性发展,尊重学生人格,发扬教学民主,突出学生是英语学习的主人地位,从导课、练单词、说句子到游戏,我尽力为学生创设生动、活泼、开放、和谐的课堂气氛,引导学生能自主地在听、说、读、写、玩、唱的活动中,学会知识,掌握学习方法,培养学生的协作意识、创新精神及实践能力。2. 在自觉坚持任务型教学原则的前提下,我引导学生很好地完成了以下不同层次的教学任务。从而检测所学内容。课堂上,听、说、读、写融为一体,综合运用,培养了学生的语言综合实践能力。3. 作业(写一篇短文“My favorite”)的布置,在于引导学生结合自己的生活实际,进行探究发挥,有利于培养学生的发散思维,创新能力及对知识的迁移能力。4. 多种方式的评价,渗透在整个教学活动过程之中。比如:老师语言的肯定、手势及表情的赞许、学生的掌声、等多种方式对学生的语言实践活动给予评价,使学生在轻松、自主的学习氛围中学会了知识,得到了激励。内容: Grade 8 (A)Unit 4Unit12 Whats the best movie theater?.Teaching aims and demands:Students learn to make comparisons and discuss preferences.Key and difficult points:A. Write the names of these places on the board.Task 2 Help students compare the three stores using the words good, better, and best. T: Where do you buy CDs? S1: I buy CDs at Great Records and New Music. T: Does Great Records have good CDs? S2: I think New Music has better CDs. T: Who has the best CDs? S3: The Music Mega Store.Step 2 Key vocabularyTask 1 Read the instructions.Task 2 Read each item to the class. Ask the students to explain what the word or phrase means in their own words.Task3 Ask students to decide which of the things are important and which are not important. Write their answers.Task4. Find out which items students think are most important.Step 3 Target languageTask 1 Read the instructions.Task 2 Point to the chart. Explain the meaning of any phrases students dont know.Task 3 Point to the list of Movie theaters in the instructions and the blank lines under the Movie theater heading. Task 4 Play the recording the first time. Students only listen. Task 5 Play again. Ask students to write the names of each movie theater on the blank line. Task 6 Check the answers.Step 4 Pair workTask 1 Ask students to look at the pictures in activity 1a. Then ask students to read the sample conversations in activity 1c.Task 2 Ask students to read the instructions to the class .Task 3 Ask students to work in pairs and make their own conversations about the movie theater in the picture.Task 4 Ask some pairs to present one or more of their conversations to the class. Who is the tallest girl in our class?Who is the busiest student in our class?Who is the best student in our class?Task 2 Practice the conversations using the target language students have already studied.Step 2 ListeningTask 1 Read the instructions and point to the two questions on the survey.Task 2 Ask some students to read the names of the stores and the radio stations.Task 3 Play the recording the first time. Students only listen.Task 4 Play again. Ask students to circle the letters of the correct answers.Task 5 Check the answers.Step 3 ListeningTask 1 Read the instructions and point to the chart. And read the names of the stores and comments after each one or ask different students to do it.Task 2 Play again.
