Have diction: Teacher speaks Chinese meanings; students write down the English words and expressions they learnt yesterday.2. Retelling: Let some students retell the passage of Lesson 8 sentence by sentence and make students try to retell the whole passage together.Step 2 Presentation 1. Present the new words of this lesson and match the words with the correct meanings.2. Listen to the tape: The first time, write down the name of the place of interest.3. Listen again: finish Part One of Lets Do it. Then check the answers together.4. Let students try their best to describe the places of interest in English like Danny. Others could add more details about that.5. Read the conversation together.6. Ask some students to change all verbs into Simple Past Tense.Step 3 Practice 1. Divide students into 9 groups as usual. Six students are in a group.Work in groups, and take out the pictures and information they have prepared. Introduce them like above and try to use some new sentence patterns.2. Invite some students to show their pictures and description.3. Others correct their mistakes.4.
