The scent of a womanThe scent of a woman is a drama and inspirational film. The film tells a poor student Charlie who depend on scholarship and takes part jobs to go on his study.One night he witnessed something that three students plan to make fun of the headmaster. The headmaster asks him to tell the truth or he will be expelled. With the worries Charlie come to frank colonel take a part job. The frank colonel experienced many setbacks and his eyes were blind by accident. He was an even eccentric and irascible man. He stays at home and has nothing to do all the day except drink wine. He has loosed the passion of life. He plans to enjoy a happy trip and kill himself. So he takes Charlie fly to New York. They live in luxurious hotel. They eat big meal, tango and drive Ferrari. Kindhearted Charlie tries his best to keep frank from killing himself. They gradually grow friendship that father and son. At finally frank give a speech at school and help Charlie keep his study. With the help and encourage of each other they make they on the way of life rebirth.I learn a lot from this film, it is an excellent foreign film. I was deeply touched by the moral characters. Charlie is a kindhearted and upright boy. Its said that when the shit hits the fan, some guys run and some guys stay. Charlie faces the fire, but he doesnt give up his principle. He wont sell anybody out to buy his future. He is young with honest and his soul is intact. When he comes to the crossroads in his life, he has chosen a right path. If I were Charlie I may not do like Charlie, he sets me a good example. In our society there are few people like Charlie we should learn to Charlie.Around our daily life, there are many people like Frank. Because of some reasons they are disabled, some of them become demoralized and even want to kill themselves. We shouldnt ignore them; we should give more care for them and help them find the meaning of life.School is a place that not only gives knowledge but also should teach students how to be a good man. What the headmaster to do is wrong. Sometimes kindhearted is more important than grades. Helping others means helping yourself. Charlie help Frank find the meaning of life at the same time Frank also help him can go on his study. So if someone is in trouble, we should give our hands to then
