Ill help to clean up the city parks.教材来源:初中八年级英语教科书/人民教育出版社2013年版内容来源:八年级英语(下册)第二单元主 题:Ill help to clean up the city parks.课 时:共5课时,第1课时授课对象:八年级学生设 计 者:马睿岚/巩义市站街镇三彩学校 目标确定的依据1. 课程标准相关要求课程标准四级目标要求八年级学生能听懂接近自然语速、熟悉话题的简单语段;识别主题,获取主要信息;能引出话题并进行交谈,并能在口语活动中使用正确的语音语调;能连贯、流畅地朗读课文;能从简单的文章中找出有关信息,理解大意。2. 教材分析本单元的话题是志愿服务及慈善活动,主要学习向别人提供帮助或提出如何帮助他人的建议的表达方式。Section A 学习用情态动词表达建议,正确使用有关援助的表达、短语动词以及相关表达中的动词不定式。Section B 加强对短语动词和动词不定式结构的学习,并且词汇及表达更加丰富,巩固了之前的学习。3. 学情分析学生在小学阶段就已经初步学习向别人提供帮助简单句型,在八年级上册中学过动词不定式的用法。并且学生在英语学习中经常接触动词及其动词短语,所以学生在学习本单元内容时能很快就理解接受。教学目标1、能正确使用动词短语。2、能使用情态动词表达建议。3、会向别人提供帮助或提出如何帮助他人的建议。教学重难点1. 教学重点:掌握这些短语动词的构成和用法:clean up, cheer up, give out, put up, call up, come up with, hand out, call up.2. 教学难点:学会提供帮助的基本句型:Id like to work outside. You could give out food at a food bank. 评价任务Assessment 1 Look at the ways and then list other ways.Assessment 2 Listen and do the exercises.Assessment 3 Let some pairs to act out the conversation in front of the class.教学过程Step Warming up1. Show some pictures, then ask and answer.T: Who are they?S: Theyre volunteers. They usually volunteer to help others. T: How could we help people? S1: We could clean up the parks. Step DiscussionTask 1 Look at the ways you could help others. Then list other ways.Ss discuss with their partners and write the ways one could help others:Help plant trees by the river. Help clean up the city park. Step Listening 1. T: Tell Ss to read the sentences in the chart. Make sure they know the meaning of the sentences. 2. 1b. Play the recording for the Ss to listen and number the ways the boy and girl could help others. Task 2 Listen and do the exercises.Step Speaking 1. Let Ss read the conversation in the picture. 2. 1c. Use the information in the chart of 1b to make other conversations. 3. Let some pairs act out their conversations. Step Listening 1. Look at the pictures in 2a. Play the recording for the Ss to listen and check the pictures. 2. 1. Let Ss read the sentences below. Explain some main sentences for the Ss. Make sure they know what to do. Play the recording for the Ss to write the correct words in the blanks. Step Pair work Ss to make a conversation using the information in 2a and 2b.
