Section B 1a-1f 黄湾中学 孙静Analysis of teaching 本课是本单元Section B（1a-1f）第一课时的内容,是学习对于前天、后天等，这样远一些的时间概念的叙述，同时礼貌的发出邀请并进行拒绝回复，适当的讨论自己已有的计划或安排。 Analysis of students 课程内容并不是太复杂，学生同时在Section A已经有所接受过这样的学习，能较完整的进行对话练习。本节课要求学生学习如何对日期进行提问，并能正确回答，采取了对话表演的形式，让学生在语言环境中运用语言，感受到英语学习的乐趣。 Teaching Aims Knowledge Objects 1. Students will be able to master the following words and phrases: calendar, weekday, the day after tomorrow, the day before yesterday, 2. Students will be able to master the following sentences structures: -Whats today? -Its Friday the 16th.- Whats the day after tomorrow? -Its Sunday the 18th.-What was the day before yesterday? -It was Wednesday the 14th. 3. Students will be able to talk about the plans on the calendar.Ability Objects 1. Students can use correct sentence structures to talk about date, make, accept and refuse invitations and give reasons. 2. Students can improve their listening abilities by catching some key words. 3. Students can develop their abilities of working in pairs and communication by learning useful structures.Emotional Objects Students will be able to be polite to others when they turn down their invitations.Teaching Key Points 1. Students can master the key words, phrases and sentence structures well.2. Ask the students to read and understand the following words and phrases : today, tomorrow, yesterday, weekday, weekend, the day before yesterday, the day after tomorrow, look after . 4. Have a memory challenge . Ask the students to write down the words and phrases on the screen.（设计意图： 通过本活动，一方面对新单词学习的一种检测；另一方面进行单词记忆大比拼，有助于他们的单词记忆，也有利于提升学生学习英语的兴趣。）Step 3 Work on 1a and 1b. 1.
