Job Set-up/工作准备(Ref. Fig. 301/TASK 34-22-25-991-002 SHEET 301.1) A. Energize the ground service network(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-801) . M 接通地面勤务汇流条(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-801) .B. Get Access /打开接近 M (1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position at the access door 821 : 在接近门821处放置可调接近平台3M (10 FT): -at zone 131 to get access to the L static probe 3 在区域131处接近左静压口3 -at zone 132 to get access to the R static probe 3. 在区域132处接近右静压口3(2) Open the FWD cargo-compartment door 821 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-010-801) and the access door 132AZ . 打开前货舱门821和接近门132AZ(Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-010-801)。(3) Remove the cargo floor panel 132EG or 132LF for access to the static pressure Air DataModule (ADM) 3 19FP8 (Ref. AMM TASK 34-22-25-000-801) . 拆除备用ISIS指示器(Ref. AMM TASK 34-22-25-000-801)。(2) Before you flush the standby static pressure lines : 冲洗备用静压管路前: - remove the cabin pressure switch (Ref. AMM TASK 52-71-19-000-801) .- 拆除客舱压力电门(Ref. AMM TASK 52-71-19-000-801)。 2. Procedure /步骤 A. Draining of the Standby Static Pressure Lines(Ref. AMM TASK 12-24-34-600-801) . T 排放备用静压管路(Ref. AMM TASK 12-24-34-600-801) B. Check of the Condition of the Hose From the ADM3 (19FP3) T 从ADM3 (19FP3)检查软管状态(Ref.Fig. Check of the Condition of the Hose From the ADM3 (19FP3) (1) Measure the distances D1 and D2 as follows: 按以下要求测量距离D1,D2D1: distance between the hose (1) and the plate assy (3) D1:软管(1)和托架(3)的距离Distance of D1 / D1的距离_D2: distance between the hose (1) and the nearest backshell (2). Flushing of the Standby Total Pressure Line (for Thales Pitot probes). T 冲洗备用总压管路(对于Thales皮托管)(Ref. Fig. 301/TASK 34-22-25-991-002 SHEET 301.1)(1) Disconnect the total-pressure ADM 3 quick-disconnect coupling (4) from theADM 3 19FP3. 从ADM 3 19FP3脱开总压ADM 3快卸接头(4)。(2) Connect a ADAPTERS-AIR DATA SYSTEM FLUSHING (98D34103002000) 2-pin adapter (98D34103002102) to the red hose (5). Then connect it to the dry nitrogen source- 2 bars (29 psi) . 连接大气数据系统冲洗适配器-2销适配器到红色软管(5)。再将其连接到干燥氮气源- 2 bars (29 psi)。(3) Attach the hoses to prevent movement. 为防止移动,捆缚软管。(4) Blow the gas into the instrument hose (5), at a pressure of 2 bar (29.0075 psi) . Do this for approximately 3 minutes. 将压力为2 bar (29.0075 psi)的氮气吹入设备软管(5),持续约3分钟。(5) Make sure that there is no contamination in the pressurized gas at the outlet ofthe pitot probe 3. 确保空速管3出口处增压氮气无污染。(6) Stop the flow of gas. 关断氮气。(7) Remove the 2-pin adapter from the red hose (5). 从红色软管(5)拆除2销适配器。(8) Connect a 3-pin adapter to the total-pressure ADM 3 quick-disconnectcoupling (4). 连接3销适配器到全压ADM 3快卸接头(4)。(9) Blow the gas into the total-pressure ADM 3 adapter at a pressure of 2 bar (29.0075 psi) . Fig. 301/TASK 34-22-25-991-002 SHEET 301.1) (1) Disconnect the total-pressure ADM 3 quick-disconnect coupling (4) from theADM 3 19FP3. 从ADM 3 19FP3脱开总压ADM 3快卸接头(4)。 (2) Connect a ADAPTERS-AIR DATA SYSTEM FLUSHING (98D34103002000) 2-pin adapter (98D34103002102) to the red hose (5). Then connect it to the dry nitrogen source- 2 bars (29 psi) . 连接大气数据系统冲洗适配器-2销适配器到红色软管(5)。再将其连接到干燥氮气源- 2 bars (29 psi)。(3) Attach the hoses to prevent movement. 为防止移动,捆缚软管。 (4) Blow the gas into the instrument hose (5), at a pressure of 2 bar (29.0075 psi) . Fig. 301/TASK 34-22-25-991-002 SHEET 301.1)(1) Disconnect the static-pressure ADM 3 quick-disconnect coupling (2) from the ADM 3 19FP8. 从ADM 3 19FP8脱开静压ADM 3快卸接头(2)。(2) Connect a 3-pin adapter (98D34103002100) to the hose (1) . 连接3销适配器到软管(1)。(3) Connect the dry nitrogen source - 2 bars (29 psi) to the hose (1). 连接干燥氮气源- 2 bars (29 psi)到软管(1)。 (4) Attach the hoses to prevent movement. 为防止移动,捆缚软管。(5) Put a ADAPTER-COVER STATIC PROBE (98F34103000000)on the L and R static probes 3 . 连接静压口适配器-口盖到左右静压口3.(6) Blow the gas into the instrument hose (1), at a pressure of 2 bar (29.0075 psi) . Do this for approximately 1 minute. 将压力为2 bar (29.0075 psi)的氮气吹入设备软管(1),持续约1分钟。(7) Make sure that there is no contamination in the pressurized gas at the cabin pressure switch hose (3). 确保客舱压力电门软管(3)处增压氮气无污染。(8) Stop the flow of gas. 关断氮气。(9) Put the blanking plug on the cabin pressure switch hose (3). 安装堵盖到客舱压力电门软管(3)。(10) Push the drain valve. 按压排放活门。(11) Blow the gas into the instrument hose (1), at a pressure of 2 bar (29.0075 psi) . Do this for approximately 1 minute. 将压力为2 bar (29.0075 psi)的氮气吹入设备软管(1),持续约1分钟。(12) Make sure that there is no contamination in the pressurized gas at the drain valve. 确保排放活门处增压氮气无污染。(13) Stop the flow of gas and release the drain valve. 关断氮气并释放排放活门。(14) Connect the second 3-pin adapter(98D34103002100) to the hose (2). 连接第二个3销适配器(98D34103002100)到软管(2)。(15) Blow the gas into the instrument hose (1) at a pressure of 2 bar (29.0075 psi) . Do this approximately 1 minute. 将压力为2 bar (29.0075 psi)的氮气吹入设备软管(1),持续约1分钟。(16) Make sure that there is no contamination in the pressurized gas at the hose (2). 确保软管(2)处增压氮气无污染。(17) Stop the flow of gas and remove the 3-pin adapter from the hose (2). 关断氮气并从软管(2)拆除3销适配器。(18) Remove the static probe cover from the L static probe 3. 从左静压口3拆除静压口盖。(19) Blow the gas into the instrument hose (1) and make sure that there is no contamination in the pressurized gas at the outlet of the L static probe 3. Visual Inspection of the Draining Holes of the Pitot Probes T 目视检查空速管排放口(1) Make sure that the draining holes (one on each side) of the pitot probes are not blocked by foreign materials. 确保空速管排放口(每边一个)没有被外来物堵塞。(2) If the pitot probes are blocked by foreign materials do the flushing of the principal total pressure lines . (Ref. AMM TASK 34-11-00-170-801) . 若外来物堵塞空速管,参考AMM TASK 34-11-00-170-801执行冲洗全压管工作。 G. Put the Aircraft back to its Initial Configuration after Flushing of the T DIC Standby Total Pressure Line 冲洗备用全压管路后恢复飞机至初始构型(1) Release the hoses. 松开软管。(2) Connect the quick-disconnect coupling (4) to the ADM 19FP3. 连接快卸接头(4)到ADM 19FP3。(Ref. Fig. 302/TASK 34-22-25-991-003 SHEET 302.1)(3) Make sure that you can see the blue ring on the quick-disconnect coupling (4). 确保快卸接头(4)上蓝环可见。(4) Pull the quick-disconnect coupling to make sure that it is correctly attached. 拉拔快卸接头,确保连接正确。(5) Install the ISIS Indicator (Ref. AMM TASK 34-22-25-400-801) . 安装ISIS指示器(Ref. AMM TASK 34-22-25-400-801)。(6) Do a visual inspection only, of the quick-disconnect fitting connection, by a second qualified mechanic, with a sign off by both mechanics. 需2位授权的技术员对快卸装置接头执行目视检查。H. Put the Aircraft back to its Initial Configuration after Flushing of the T DIC Standby Static Pressure Line冲洗备用静压管路后恢复飞机至初始构型(1) Release the hoses. 松开软管。(2) Connect the quick-disconnect coupling (2) to the ADM 19FP8. 连接快卸接头(2)到ADM 19FP8.。 (Ref.
