107无醛涂料的制备与研究 学生姓名：向顺成 班级：060233 指导老师：熊联明摘要：107涂料是上世纪80年代初期开发的,以聚乙烯醇缩甲醛为主要成膜物的涂料。仿瓷涂料、冷瓷涂料、803涂料等均为此种涂料的商名。它曾风靡一时,占据了我国建筑涂料的大部分市场。但是，在多年使用中,107涂料暴露出一些致命的缺陷。其中最大的危害当属107涂料中含有的有害物质甲醛。无醛107涂料即是在107胶的生产制备过程中选用某种交联物质来替代传统的甲醛，使得107胶中完全不含有甲醛这一有毒物质，在生产源头将甲醛这一有毒物质去除，从而保证了制备的新型107涂料完全适应市场的需要，亦符合国家的环保要求。本文从聚乙烯醇的聚合机理入手，通过探讨三种不同的交联剂脲素、硼酸钠、异氰酸酯对聚乙烯醇的聚合影响及产品的性能测试，在不影响其基本性能的基础之上试图找到一种新的合成方法和交联剂来替代甲醛，从而更好地适应市场的需求。研究结果表明，异氰酸酯改性后的性能最佳，符合要求。关键词：无醛涂料、交联反应、性能测试指导老师签名： The preparation and research of 107 non-aldehyde coatingStudent name:Xiang Shuncheng Class:060233 Supervisor:Xiong LianmingAbstract：107 coatings were the early-1980s developed, taken polyvinyl formal as main membrane material . However, in many years uses, 107 coatings exposes some fatal flaws and biggest harm, that is the deleterious substance - formaldehyde which in 107 coatings includes. 107 non-aldehyde coating is to selects some kind of crossing linking material in 107 rubbers production preparation processes to substitute traditional the formaldehyde, enables in 107 rubber not to include formaldehyde this toxic substance completely,so in production source ,this toxic substance-formaldehyde is eliminated, thus,we had guaranteed the preparation new 107 coatings meet the market need completely, also meets the national environmental protection requirement. This article obtains from the polyvinyl alcohol mechanism of polymerization, discusses three kind of different crosslinking agent - urea, the sodium borate, the isocyanates influence to the polyvinyl alcohol polymerization and the product performance test, we do hope that it did not affect its key property above the foundation to attempt to find one new synthetic method and the crosslinking agent substitutes the formaldehyde, thus adapted the market demand well.
