Loose, missing or sheared rivets have also been reported on the FWD Cargo Compartment Door Frame Heads and skin in the area of beam No. 1. Isse this EO to inspect structure of FWD cargo compartment doors for cracks and loose/lost/sheard rivets. WHEN YOU DO MAINTENANCE WORK, REPAIRS OR MODIFICATIONS, ALWAYS KEEP ELECTRICAL WIRING,COMPONENTS AND THE WORK AREA AS CLEAN AS POSSIBLE. Operators can therefore, as deemed necessary, omit or add access and/or close-up steps to add flexibility to their maintenance operations as long as the technical intent of the EO is met within the set parameters.A. 通用信息/GENERAL(1) 标准施工/Standard practices(a) 本EO所涉及的化工品的规范请参照CMLFor the material specification (Mat No.) given in this EO, refer to Consumable Material List (CML).(b) 区域识别参照AMM 06-20-00, Page Block 001。For the identification of zones, refer to AMM 06-20-00, Page Block 001.(c) 接近盖板识别参照AMM 06-41-00, Page Block 001。For the identification of access panels, refer to AMM 06-41-00, Page Block 001.(d) 按照SRM 51-43-00获取紧固件加大数据。Obtain oversize fastener data in accordance with SRM 51-43-00.(e) 按照SRM 51-44-11获取紧固件孔直径和钻孔、去毛刺数据。Obtain fastener hole diameters and drill and deburr data in accordance with SRM 51-44-11.(f) 按照SRM 51-49-00拧紧Hi-Lok紧固件Torque tighten Hi-Lok fasteners in accordance with SRM 51-49-00.(g) 隔框(FR)识别参照AMM 06-31-53, Page Block 001。For the Frame (FR) identification, refer to AMM 06-31-53, Page Block 001.(h) 如果用到紧固件的选择和替代,必须按照SRM 51-40-00查找相应的螺母/collar的兼容性。In case alternative and substitute fasteners are to be used, you must check that the associated nut/collar are compatible in accordance with SRM 51-40-00.(i) 如果此EO中给定的紧固件长度不符合SRM 51章给出的安装标准,可选用长度满足SRM 51章的安装要求的同规格或允许替代的紧固件。另外,对于紧固件的长度,可以参照SRM 51章安装垫圈调节。If the length of any fastener specified in this EO does not meet installation standards given in SRM Chapter 51, then a fastener of the same specification, or an approved substitute, with a length which meets the installation standards given in SRM Chapter 51 may be used. In addition, washers may be installed for fastener grip length in accordance with SRM Chapter51.(j) 紧固件的拆装按照SRM 51-42-11。Remove and install fasteners in accordance with SRM 51-42-11.(k) 钻孔前按照SRM 51-47-00检查边距。Check all edge distances before drilling in accordance with SRM 51-47-00.(l) 使用导向钻钻已有孔和钻衬套。Transfer drill existing holes with a pilot drill and drill bush.(m) 按照SRM 51-46-11获取划窝数据。Obtain countersinking data in accordance with SRM 51-46-11.(n) 重新加工的区域表面防护按照SRM 51-75-12。For surface protection of reworked areas in accordance with SRM 51-75-12.(o) 按照SRM 51-48-00对紧固件孔进行冷拔。Do the cold expansion of fastener holes in accordance with SRM 51-48-00.(p) 按照SRM 51-76-11使用和去除密封胶。Apply and remove sealant in accordance with SRM 51-76-11.(q) 按照SRM 51-24-12实施特殊涂层。Apply special coatings in accordance with SRM 51-24-12.B. 准备/PREPARATION(1) 工作开始/Job set-up(a) 开始维护工作前,下列项目应该作为基础构型加以考虑:- 飞机在地面利用起落架停放(地面安全销和轮挡安装在起落架相关位置)- 发动机关车,反推关闭并锁定- 飞机处于清洁构型- 使用停留刹车- 飞机断电- 液压系统释压- 驾驶舱和客舱接近门可用- 所有跳开关在关闭位置、- 所有控制键在NORM, AUTO或OFF位置The following items shall be considered as the basic Aircraft configuration before you start a maintenance task:- Aircraft on the ground resting on landing gear (the ground safety locks and the wheel chocks are in position on the landing gear).- Engine shut down, thrust reversers closed and locked.- Aircraft in clean configuration.- Parking brake applied.- Aircraft electrical network de-energized.- Hydraulic systems depressurized.- Access to the cockpit and cabin is available.- All circuit breakers are in closed position.- All controls in NORM, AUTO or OFF position.(b) 确保飞机静电接地,参照AMM Task 12-34-24-860-802。Make sure the aircraft is electrically grounded, refer to AMM Task 12-34-24-860-802.(c) 在前货舱门下放置接近工作梯。Put the access platform below the FWD Cargo Compartment Door.(d) 接通地面勤务电源,参照AMM Task 24-42-00-861-801。Energize the ground service network, refer to AMM Task 24-42-00-861-801.(e) 从前货舱门上拆下接近盖板821AR, 821BR, 821CR和821DR。Remove access panels 821AR, 821BR, 821CR and 821DR from the FWD Cargo Compartment Door.(f) 参考AMM 52-30-00, Page Block 201打开前货舱门Open the FWD Cargo Compartment Door, refer to AMM 52-30-00, Page Block 201.(g) 视情拆下衬板接近检查区域,参照AMM Task 52-31-15-000-801。Remove the linings as necessary for access to the inspection areas, refer to AMM Task 52-31-15-000-801.C. 步骤/PROCEDURE注 释: 紧固件头部油漆松脱是紧固件出现松动的迹象。报告紧固件松动前,根据SRM 51-42-11进行检查。 在进行货舱门检查时,查找紧固件松动、剪切和丢失是判断疲劳的重要依据。紧固件剪切或丢失能被快速判断,但紧固件松动的判断较为困难。尤其是基于运行经验,一些头部周围存在黑印导致错误的认为这些油漆松脱的紧固件松动,这就是所谓的fastener rash。推荐通过以下方式检查松动的紧固件:- 紧固件头部外侧的油漆碎裂是一个很好的判断依据,但不是唯一的判断依据。- 检查紧固件头部下面是否有不规则的间隙。- 摇动紧固件确认其松动。然而,有时紧固件是宽松的(在蒙皮和隔框之间),这就是为什么必须检查货舱门两侧的原因。NOTE: Paint peeling at fasteners head is an indicator of potential loose fasteners. Before reporting as loose, check as per SRM 51-42-11.During the cargo door inspection, it is necessary to look for loose, sheared or missing fasteners as an indicator of fatigue. Sheared or missing fasteners can be quickly identified as the result of the detailed inspection form outside, for the loose fasteners it could be however more difficult. In particular, based on the in-service experience, some fasteners affected by paint peeling can be wrongly considered loose due to the black marks around the fastener head, the so called fastener rash phenomenon. Recommendation to detect loose fasteners:- Paint chipping of fastener head detected from outside is a good indicator, but must not be the only evidence.- Check for abnormal gap under the fastener heads on both sides.- Fastener movement (play) confirm the fastener is loose. However, sometimes the fastener can be loose and stuck (between skin and frame), that is why it is necessary to check on both sides of the cargo door.(1) 详细检查前货舱门挂钩间隙Do a Detailed Inspection of the FWD Cargo Compartment Door Hook Gaps(a) 确认前货舱门正确关闭并锁定,参照AMM 52-31-00, Page Block 001.Make sure the FWD Cargo Compartment Door is correctly closed and locked, refer to AMM 52-31-00, Page Block 001.(b) 将前货舱门锁定手柄置于UNLOCKED位置。Put the FWD Cargo Compartment Door locking handle in the UNLOCKED position.(c) 依据AMM Task 52-31-11-820-805和Fig. A-GBAAA Sheet 01 View B的尺寸,测量并记录下列详细位置的挂钩间隙U和V。隔框 20B, 隔框 21, 隔框 21A, 隔框 22, 隔框 22A, 隔框 23, 隔框 23A, 隔框 24, 隔框 24A 和隔框 25Measure and record the hook gaps U and V at the locations detailed below, in accordance with the dimensions given in the AMM Task 52-31-11-820-805 and as shown on Fig. A-GBAAA Sheet 01 View B. Frame 20B, Frame 21, Frame 21A, Frame 22, Frame 22A, Frame 23, Frame 23A, Frame 24, Frame 24A and Frame 25.注释:在本EO末尾的表1中记录测量值。Note:Record measurement value in the Table 1 at the end of this EO.挂钩间隙是否在容限范围内/Whether gaps are are within the specified tolerances:是/Yes 否/No(d) 假如挂钩间隙U和V在规定容限内,执行SUBTASK 523087-210-201-002详细检查前货舱门隔框叉形接头区域和SUBTASK 523087-832-203-001详细检查前货舱门隔框顶部区域。If the hook gaps U and V are within the specified tolerances go to SUBTASK 523087-210-201-002 Do a Detailed Inspection(DET) of the FWD Cargo Compartment Door Frame Forks and SUBTASK 523087-832-203-001 Do a Detailed Inspection(DET) of the FWD Cargo Compartment Door Frame Head Areas.(e) 假如挂钩间隙U和V超出规定容限,执行SUBTASK 523087-210-201-002详细检查前货舱门隔框叉形接头区域和SUBTASK 523087-832-203-001详细检查前货舱门隔框顶部区域。If hook gaps U or V are out of tolerances, go to SUBTASK 523087-210-201-002 Do a Detailed Inspection(DET) of the FWD Cargo Compartment Door Frame Forks and SUBTASK 523087-832-203-001 Do a Detailed Inspection(DET) of the FWD Cargo Compartment Door Frame Head Areas . .1 检查和修理完成后,调节挂钩间隙,执行SUBTASK 523087-820-201-001 调节前货舱门挂钩间隙U和V:Do the hook gap adjustment after the inspection and any resulting repairs are completed go to SUBTASK 523087-820-201-001 Do the adjustment of the FWD Cargo Compartment Door hook gaps.(2) Subtask 523087-210-201-002详细检查前货舱门隔框叉形接头区域Subtask 523087-210-201-002 Do a Detailed Inspection(DET) of the FWD Cargo Compartment Door Frame Fork Areas(a)在下列位置,详细检查前货舱门4号梁处的外蒙皮和隔框叉形接头内表面,看是否存在裂纹,铆钉松动,剪断或丢失,按照NTM 51-90-00:隔框 20B, 隔框 21, 隔框 21A, 隔框 22, 隔框 22A, 隔框 23, 隔框 23A, 隔框 24, 隔框 24A 和隔框 25Do a detailed inspection of the outer skin and inner surfaces of the FWD Cargo Compartment Door frame forks at beam 4 for cracks, loose, sheared or missing fasteners at the following locations:Frame 20B, Frame 21, Frame 21A, Frame 22, Frame 22A, Frame 23, Frame 23A,Frame 24, Frame 24A and Frame 25, in accordance with NTM 51-90-00.参照Fig. A-GBBAA Sheet 01, Fig. A-GBCAB Sheet 01, Fig. A-GBDAA Sheet 01和Fig. A-GBEAA Sheet 01Refer to Fig. A-GBBAA Sheet 01, Fig. A-GBCAB Sheet 01, Fig. A-GBDAA Sheet 01 and Fig. A-GBEAA Sheet 01.注 释:紧固件头附近或周围有灰暗的污迹说明紧固件松动。对可能松动的紧固件(检查后),有必要确认它们在连接的材料上是否能移动,以确认其状况。NOTE: A black or dark grey stain adjacent to or around the fastener head can show a loose fastener.
