Prior to the start of the course, your instructor created a SuccessFactory account for you. You should have received an email from the system with your login information. To ensure that you can access SuccessFactory:1 Access SuccessFactory in one of two ways:A. Using the URL /xmltool/loginv.do B. Selecting SuccessFactory from the SuccessFactors toolbar2 Enter your username and password. The login convention is first initial followed by last name. Note: If your first initial followed by last name does not work, please try your complete email address as your username.
