3、ore the Franchise AgreementBe used to create an action plan to drive continual coffee house improvementEnsure Franchise Partner and Store Manager alignment to Gloria Jeans Coffees International Operations Platform and Vision, Mission and ValuesThe Report is conducted overa two day period assessing t

7、 (SR) - The Gloria Jeans Coffees WayThe Store Report process is another integral component of the Operations Review Cycle and is utilised duringyour Help Day visit. This document is essentially a detailed review of the coffee house operations and systemsand is completed annually with the Gloria Jean
8、s Coffees Support Team.The Store Report is designed to recognise areas of excellence and identify areas of opportunity. The analysisresulting from the Store Report can be used to build sales, maximise operational standards and improve consistency between all coffee houses. It is completed over one o
9、r two days depending on your coffee house type.An excel worksheet package is provided prior to the Store Report visit. It contaSystems Audit, and the Store Report Rationale. (Tools are also available on Gloria)a cover letter, 6 StoreA Help Visit is scheduled prior to the Store Report to check on the
10、 completion of the 6 Store Systems Audit,Team Member Audit and the Store Report Worksheets.Specific activities to be achieved during your Help Day visit are:Help Day Visit Coffee House Report ComponentsAlliance Worksheets Emotional Connection Worksheet Coffee Worksheets Clean Freaks Worksheets Retai
11、l Mindset Worksheet Service Worksheet 6 Store Systems Audit Daily Book Audit Team Audit When the Store Report is completed, the top 3 opportunities in each of the 8 review areas are agreed uponand an action plan is developed to improve these areas, identifying the people, changes, tools and resource
