35、写字步步高硬笔书法大赛活动安排如下:一、活动目的:以此次硬笔书法大赛活动为契机,在全县范围开展师生汉字规范书写的技能比赛;在常规教学中落实学生良好的汉字书写习惯,提高学生整体素质,促进学生全面发展。同时,要把小学生汉字书写的规范和阅读教学改革作为小学阶段两项中心工作常抓不懈。二、参赛对象:小学一至六年级全部在校学生。三、活动要求:1、各单位要把硬笔书法的书写,作为学校日常教学工作常抓不懈,进行详细的安排。学校要加大对教师的监控和考核力度,教师要加强对学生的指导和训练。学校每天要安排不少于20分钟的写字训练时间,持之以恒。2、学校每学期要组织2次以上的全校型的师生硬笔书法大赛。3、教师要从学生的

36、习惯养成抓起,规范学生的写字习惯,要从学生的握笔姿势、坐姿开始五个年级一起抓。书写要做到“三个一”即:一寸、一尺、一拳。坐姿要做到:头正、肩平、臂开、足安。4、教师要从教学工作的点滴抓起,特别是在日常的作业批改中要对学生的作业书写情况提出评价意见和注意事项。四、参赛作品:1、书写内容:可以抄录古诗,中外名言,也可以自创短文,要求内容必须健康向上。(不要练字式的,如:我我我我我我学学学学)2、书写字体:硬笔楷书。一、二年级以铅笔书写为主,其他年级以钢笔书写为主。3、书写用纸:为规范大赛活动,参赛作品需使用“河南中小学生写字步步高硬笔书法大赛”专用稿纸,复制稿纸视为无效,(专用稿纸附在河南美术出版

37、社的写字步步高系列图书中)。五、评审办法及奖项设置:1、评审办法:本次大赛由县教研室组织专业教师进行评审,2009年3月9日以前以学校为单位将初评作品报县教研室任108室梁婷同志处(不收参赛费)。2、奖项设置:作品奖:按小学低、中、高学段进行评比,分设一、二、三等奖,其作者将获得相应的获奖证书。辅导奖:凡获得一等奖的学生,其指导教师将荣获辅导奖。组织奖:积极参与且成绩突出的学校,获得优秀组织奖。3、评选办法:初评:各乡镇以中心校为单位、县直学校以校为单位分年级进行初评,初评要由专人负责此项工作,严格把关,层层筛选将较高质量的作品上报县教研室。上报比例按照参赛学生的总人数,每10人上报1人。复评
