糖果枕式包装机总体设计及竖封装置设计摘要：本课题是在目前市场上较热门的包装机械的基础上，对其竖封装置及总体结构进行设计。该类包装机要求传动系统简洁，工作稳定，维修保养简单，所有控制由软件实现，方便功能调整和技术升级。在传动系统设计中，主要是对齿轮和轴的设计。整个系统的设计充分体现了价廉物美、简单实用、结构简单，节省材料的设计原则，同时大量地使用了通用件，降低了制造成本。在竖封装置的结构设计中，主要采用了凸轮来控制竖封机构的间歇运动。不但结构简单，而且运动也十分平稳。控制部分采用人机界面的PLC控制，具有故障自诊断功能和参数存储功能。而且还采用了双变频器控制，带长即设即切，无须调节空走，一步到位，省时省膜。另外还用高感度光电眼色标跟踪，数字化输入封切位置，使封切位置更加准确。温度独立PID控制，更好适合各种包装材料。本次设计的糖果枕式包装机功能良好，性能可靠，操作灵活方便；在结构上，方便工厂生产制造以及车间内的安装，在使用中，便于调试和维护；同时具有生产成本和使用成本低等特点。关键词：包装机；总体设计；竖封装置设计The Overall Design of the Candy Pillow Type Packaging Machine and the Design of the Vertical Encapsulation Device Abstract: This topic is the design of the packing machines vertical closure device and the design of the overall structure foundation in the more popular packing machine present-market.
