盐城工学院 本科毕业设计说明书 2004摘 要新型组合式选粉机从功能上兼具粗粉分离器和选粉机性能，变系统气、料两路走为一路走，实现了简化系统的目的。本设计在机体的分级结构中将涡流分级、惯性分级、离心分级原理学科学地组合在一起，物料在选粉机内不同部位经过了几次不同方式的反复分选、清洗、分离彻底，且从结构上消除了风速梯度，保证了分选区气流场稳定，因而可以达到较高的选粉效率。其自带一组低阻高效旋风收尘器，可将80的合格成品收集下来，大大减轻了下一级收尘器的处理压力和工作负荷，使系统的运转率更高，投资更省。而且采用下部进风的型式，使系统阻力更小，工艺布置更紧凑。关键词：新型组合式选粉机、粗粉分离器、分级 AbstractNew Combined Separator has Thick Powder Separator simultaneously with Separator performance, changing systematic gas and material from two road into one, and have realized easier systematic purpose.
