3、e. After a deep contemplatation, three most possible decisions of mine are made. If it possible, I would like to be businesswoman, an English teacher in primary school or a civil servant. Those are my prior choices. There are enormous justifications for me to make such a decision. I will show you in

4、 the following one by one. Having been studying for so many years, I expect to apply what I have learnt to the reality. Since I am an English major, I aspire to get a job which is related to my major. That is the main reason why to be a businesswoman is my first choice. To be more exact, it is to be

5、 a businesswoman who is dealing international trades with foreigners. By doing this job, I can get pretty many opportunities to communicate with foreigners by using those knowledge that I have acquired. It makes me happy when I could assert myself with what I have obtained. Whats more, numerous fore

6、ign friends will be made during this process. I am the very person who are fond of making friends, for friendship is the golden thread that ties the hearts of all the world. Besides, traveling is one of my favourite things. A quantity of chances will find me if my expection of becoming a businesswom

In high places they build their nests.On a rock, on the top of a tree but always on a spot where they have a good view on the world that surrounds them. And from their castle they see what is happening

10、 around them and that gives security.The businessman should also have a clear view on what is appening in the market. From very far he should recognize his potential customers and attack them at the right moment. At the same time he should be aware of the dangers that surround him, anticipate, absor

11、b the environment and be prepared to act immediately.Bald eagles are confined to their territories. With the seasons some migrate but you find bald eagles only in a specific habitat namely forests, mountains and near sea and rivers. You wont find them in the desert. In their habitat they know what t

12、o do, where they can find prey and which dangers surround them. By instinct and by learning they have knowledge about the way they have to conduct their lives and about how they have to behave in this habitat. They will never go beyond the limitations of this frame work. If they do, they die.This ho

13、lds a lesson for the businessman. He should know everything about his business and when I say everything, I mean everything. He should know all about the products he sells from beginning to end, every detail should be an open book to him.He can never be surprised with questions on which he has no an

He should know about marketing techniques, the position and plans of competitors etc., etc. And if he doesnt possess this knowledge by nature, he has to learn it.When Bald Eagles catch prey, they will catch only one fish at a time. It is not possible for them to catch more. But they know prec

15、isely how to catch this one fish. Their flying skills, their strong talons and their yesight are extremely well developed and fit for the job. Almost every attempt to catch a prey is successful.This phenomenom also holds a wise lesson for the businessman. He has to restrict himself to a number of pr

16、oducts he can handle and products that matches his skills and abilities. To stay in the animal world: if you are a cow dont try to jump fences like a horse. People will only laugh at you. 18、courage to be successful. He has to make decisions about difficult and uncertain subjects. And he also needs to know when to stop his free fall. Having courage to make difficult ecisions is not synonymous for being reckless. A decision that leads to disaster is not a decision, but a wild guess.You s

Only taught and influenced by a teacher who has a good command of knowledge and at the same time has a noble character, can the students grow up healthily and happily. If I can obey these rules and put them into practice very well, then I can make a little contribution to our countrys harmious development. The administrative organs

They refer to administrati

47、ve organs established within governments at all levels, having a multitude of administrative functions, with administrative power not limited to departments at the same level and with matters rather than individual civil servants as the target of their work, and with administrative powers of a macro

Their major functions are: draw up civil servant administrative regulations and standards; conduct guidance to personnel departments in the governments at the same level or lower levels; conduct organizational coordination on matters involving different departments or areas; ca

49、rry out the right of examination and approval according to division of administrative powers; and conduct supervision over the administration of civil servants. They accept leadership from officials in charge of the departments and are responsible to them. At the same time, they also accept the guid

50、ance and supervision of the personnel departments of the governments at the same level and conduct civil servant administrative responsibilities within their respective departments. Their major functions and powers are: the right of recruiting; the right of checking and examining; the right of confe

51、rring awards and meting out punishment; the right of promotion and demotion; the right of making appointments and removals; the right of sacking; and other rights of deciding personnel matters. Posts of civil servants are classified into leading position and non-leading positions. These positions, c

52、onsisting of ten categories from the Premier of the State Council to vice section director at a grassroots unit, have the functions and powers of organizing, decision making and giving command. These positions, including those of clerks, researchers and inspectors of various levels, do not have the

53、functions and powers of organizing, decision making and giving command. Civil servants are divided into 15 classes with the Premier in the first class and clerks at the 10th to 15th classes. State administrative organs or leaders conduct all-round check up, examination, analysis and appraisal of civ

54、il servants under them, in accordance with their administrative power. Such examinations consist of annual and routine examinations. State administrative organs give awards and encouragement to their civil servants who have proved outstanding in their work, made visible contributions and achievement

55、s or have performed other merits. Awards include first-, second- and third-degree merits and the title of honor. Award winning civil servants may also receive additional reward in the form of a certain amount of bonus, prizes, raise in salary. Civil servants who have violated discipline are to be pe

56、nalized. Administrative penalty includes six types of punishments such as warning, recording a demerit, recording a serious demerit, demotion, stripping one of his position and sacking. This includes promotion based on annual evaluation, on achievements and merits after examination. Civil servants w

57、ith outstanding merits and achievements may be promoted by bypassing restrictions on seniority but such promotions must be approved by relevant departments in accordance with regulations. Demotions are meted out to civil servants who have been proved incompetent or who have been proved incompetent b

58、ut are inappropriate to transfer to other positions; those who have to take up lower positions as a result of change in the organizational setup or reduction of the leading posts; those who ask for demotion with ample reasons. They shall be permitted to take up lower posts. Demotion is also meted out to those who have committed mistakes and are no longer suitable to remain in their original positions.
