牙签盖的注射模设计机械设计制造及其自动化 作者：唐勇 指导老师：张文玉摘要 塑料模具是当今塑料工业生产中利用特定形状，通过一定的方式来成型塑料制品的一种工艺装备。模具设计与制造技术，特别是设计与制造大型、精密、长寿命模具的技术，已成为衡量一个国家机械制造水平的重要标志。本次设计的是牙签盖的注塑模具。属于日常生活用品，所用材料是当前应用较为广泛的热塑性塑料ABS。它的生产批量为大批量生产，该产品有如下特点：（1）内部结构比较简单，但需要侧抽芯；（2）表面比较光滑，表面粗糙度小，对模具型腔与型芯的精度要求较高。本次设计使用了当前比较流行的制图软件AutoCAD及模具设计软件Pro/E。此次设计的过程中查阅了大量的模具设计资料，通过牙签盖模具的设计与应用，同原有的设计方法相比，模具的应用提升了产品的质量，模具整体设计的思路和要求符合现代设计潮流和未来的发展方向。关键词 塑料；模具；塑料盖；AutoCAD；Pro/E。 Design ofInjection Mold for the Cover of the Toothpick BoxMachine Design & Manufacturing and AutomatesAbstract The plastical mold is a kind of craft equipment in the plastic industrial production which uses the specific shape and through certain way to shape plastic products. The mold technology, specially, the one of designing and manufacturing the large-scale, precise and long-life mold has become an important symbol of the level of a national mechanical design and manufacture.This design is a plastic mold. This product is a kind of daily-life thing and its material is thermoplastic ABS. ABS is a kind of material which is current used quite widespread. This production has the following characteristics: (1) the internal structure are complex;but the workpiece need a core to pump a side. (2) the surface of the product is smooth, so the surface roughness is small; This design has used current quite popular charting software AutoCADand mold design software Pro/E.I have consulted massive materials of the plastic mold design and manufacture in this design process .Through the design and application of the cover ,the processing technology ，compared with previous technology ,which increase the quality of the product.
