Transport:Product has to be packed, should be

Install the wiringPlease read the fol

23、lowing information before the installation of wiring：Before the implementation of the installation wiring, be sure to cut off the input power, avoid shock caused by the accident.Products must be installed by trained and qualified electrician installation test.4-1. Things need to be checked before in

24、stallation:(1) Check the product model, specifications is consistent with your order information, especially the capacity, input/output voltage, etc.(2) Check whether the factory documents (specifications, certificates, etc.) and other materials which mentioned in contract are all ready.(3) Check if

25、 there is any electrical components damaged during the transit.(4) Voltage stabilizer fasteners must be solid and reliable, wiring is not allowed to have fall off phenomenon, if there are any loss should be tightened, especially control plug-in cant loose or poor contact.(5) please install the produ

26、ct within one month from arrival, to avoid long time storage might affect the product quality.4-2. Install the wiring:(1) In position:After done the inspection, can be in place, In this process, to ensure that the voltage regulator cabinet and cabinet components from being damaged.To ensure that the

28、 the input and output side reliable connection.Cable selection, load factor must be considered intercepting cooling conditions, environmental conditions, laying mode, transmission length and other factors.Input and output line wire gauge should be according to the voltage stabilizer size decided by

29、the user, be careful to have a certain margin. Suggested voltage regulator cable with copper wire, according to selection was 2.5A/mm2.(3) Cable connection:The input power voltage regulator incase of input terminals (marked enter and phase line identification: marked with A, B, C);To connect to the

30、load line voltage stabilizer incase of output terminals (marked with the words output and phase line identification: marked with a, b, c).Will be connected to the zero line voltage stabilizer incase corresponds to the zero line terminal (marked with zero line mark N).Chassis grounding protection: gr

Install the wiring Wiring must be according to the identity of the connection terminals, dont make the input, output, reverse connect, dont play line and zero line reverse connection! Dont confuse Grou

32、nd zero line and the ground, or omitted. Wrong connection will lead voltage stabilizer work unnormal, even cause damage!From the power supply to the voltage regulator, Voltage regulator to load wires and wire end joint should be good contact, Solid and reliable, and can pass the rated current of the

33、 regulator.5. Operation5-1. The charged operation(1) Before connect into the grid, be sure to confirm the input and output cables are properly connected, and has set up the machine safety grounding.(2) Puts the load (equipment) of the voltage regulator on the position of shut down (OFF).(3) Puts sta

34、bilizer on the power switch on connecting (ON) position, the screen display the corresponding numerical values.(4) Check whether the display panel is according to the required output voltage value, if there is deviation, reset voltage output value through the display panel.(5) Confirmed that the out

35、put voltage and current fits the load requirement.(6) If everything is ok and then gradually add the load and start the commissioning.(7) Testing voltage value, current value on the display panel and confirm if it is in the scope of the regulations, if each function is shown in normal, then it can b

36、e used normally.5-2. Notes1. Voltage stabilizer load capacity must have some surplus in order to prolong the service life, and dont make it run in the condition of full load long time, should not be overloaded.2. Voltage regulator is equipped with perfect protection function, ensure the voltage regu

37、lator and its load equipment running safely. Specific as follows:(1) Overload protection: if the load current over preset current more than 20S, Overload lights on, alarm, system switch into bypass; In bypass mode, over current time delayed more than 2 minutes, the system will automatically trip;(2)

38、 Overvoltage protection: when the voltage is higher than the overvoltage value set, Over voltage lights on, alarm, Delay 3 seconds switch into the bypass; In bypass mode, over voltage time delayed more than 5S, the system will automatically trip;(3) Under voltage protection: when the voltage is lowe

39、r than the overvoltage value set, under voltage lights on, alarm, Delay 3 seconds switch into the bypass; In bypass mode, under voltage time delayed more than 5S, the system will automatically trip;(4) Short circuit protection: when voltage regulator is fault, the systems will automatically tripping

40、. Note: protection value can be reset.3. Input voltage in the range of the voltage, but output voltage instability, should be checked immediately.4. When the Silicon controlled cooling fin temperature reaches 45, the fan will rotate.5. When the machine temperature reaches 55 , the fan will rotate on

41、 the chassis.6. Matters need attentionThe following matters which need special attention for the user in order to guarantee your safety of life and protect the product and the connected equipment, please read before use and to strictly abide it during use. 6-1. Caution(1) Voltage regulator must be i

42、nstallation, operation and maintenance by trained and qualified electrician personnel, prevent the irrelevant personnel operating the machine(2) Before installation and maintenance, be sure to cut off the input power, to avoid electric shock or product damage.(3) Wiring must be firmly, to prevent lo

43、ss and spark, or contact resistance is too high cause heat and Contact oxidation.(4) Input and output connection must be reasonable arrangement, Prevent trample worn out, resulting in leakage accident.(5) Voltage regulator must be properly grounded, Due to no ground wire running of electric shock or

44、 harm on human body, shall be undertaken by the user.(6) In order to avoid infringement of third party rights or cause harm, never connect the ground electrode to caliduct, Water supply pipe, gas pipe and other public facilities.(7) While the voltage regulator is running, dont touch the internal par

45、ts or move input and output wires, to prevent electric shock or other electrical accident.(8) Wet hand, please dont operating voltage stabilizer;(9) Please dont take apart or refit the voltage regulator without permission, to avoid failure, leakage or fire.(10) Voltage regulator box should not stand

46、 or put on weight, Dont let the stuff especially conductive objects enter the ventilation or other parts into the machine, to avoid failure, leakage or other accidents;(11) It is forbidden to use Corrosive cleaning agent or plastic and coating dissolution solvent clean the voltage stabilizer;(12) Do

47、nt pile up goods around the voltage regulator, it will prevent air flow;(13) When the voltage regulator is not used, turn off the power, plug .off the input.6-2. The power considerations(1) According to the actual power of the electrical equipment and appropriate allowance to choose the series of pr

48、oducts.(2) Allowing the input voltage range is + / - 15%;(3) Fluctuations in the frequency of the input voltage should be not more than + / - 2%, The frequency of positive (negative) fluctuations and voltage negative (positive) cannot occur at the same time;(4) The relative harmonic content of volta

Routine maintenanceBefore the implementation of maintenance, be sure to cut off the input power, to avoid electric sho

50、ck, or other accidents.7-1. In the process of using, check the working state of the voltage regulator frequently:(1) Check whether the voltage regulator is operating normally;(2) Check whether the load is more than the rating;(3) Check whether the input voltage is beyond the allowable range, etc.(4)

51、 Check whether the LED display is normal.In the process of inspection, if found any abnormal phenomenon, should be handled in time, if it cannot be handled, shall notify the supplier or manufacturer in time, contact for solutions, to avoid damage to the equipment.7-2. Suggest maintenance the voltage

52、 regulator every three months, maintain content including:(1) Carefully cleaning the stabilizer components, remove dust and dirt.(2) Check whether the fastener inside the case and the connection thread loose phenomenon, for the poor contact, connection not firmly, should be handled at once.(3) Defective or damaged comp
