1、工业铂、铜热电阻校准规程作者:日期:1目的规范铂、铜热电阻校准的操作,确保铂、铜热电阻的校准结果真实、可靠。2范围本规程适用于-200C +850C整个或部分温度范围使用的工业铂、铜热电阻的校准和使用 中检验。3职责工程设备部:负责按本规程执行铂、铜热电阻的校准及校准记录的管理。4定义4.1热电阻:由一个或多个感温电阻元件组成的,带引线、保护管和接线端子的测温仪 器。4.2标称电阻值R0:热电阻(或感温元件)在0C时的期望电阻值。其阻值通常有10 50為100為500Q、1000Q,它由制造商申明并标于热电阻上。感温元件常以其标称电阻 值表征,例如一个Pt100的感温元件,其标称电阻值为100
2、Q; Cu50的感温元件,其标称 电阻值为50 Qo4.3温度/电阻表(分度表):当R0为标称电阻值时,可根据函数关系制成相应的温度 / 电阻表(分度表)。铂热电阻标称电阻值为100Q的分度表见表2。其他类型铂热电阻的 分度表只要将该分度表中的电阻值乘以 R0/100Q即可(此处的R0为其他类型铂热电阻 的标称电阻值)。铜热电阻分度表亦是如此得到。5内容5.1允差:允差等级是与有效温度范围相对应的。在有效温度范围内,热电阻的电阻值 通过分度表查算出的温度t与真实温度的最大偏差不得超过表 1给定的允差值。表1适 用于任何标称电阻值的热电阻。对于特定的热电阻,若其有效温度范围小于该表规定的 范围,

26、至少应有下列内容的标识:类型 代号、标称电阻值 R0、有效温度范围、感温元件数、允差等级、制造商名或商标、生 产年月。5.4校准条件5.4.1标准器541.1对标准器的误差要求:从提高校准能力出发,标准仪器及配套设备引入的扩展 不确定度与被校热电阻最大允许误差绝对值相比应尽可能小。5.4.1.2选用标准器如下:二等标准水银温度计(-30+300)C,过程校准仪。5.4.1.3辅助设备如下:恒温槽。5.4.2环境条件5.4.2.1 环境温度:1535C;5.4.2.2 环境湿度:3080%;5.4.2.3电测设备应符合相应的环境要求。5.4.2.4无腐蚀性气体。5.5校准项目和校准方法5.5.1
27、外观:按5.3的要求检查热电阻和感温元件的保护套管外部,应无肉眼可见的损 伤。同时按5.3.4的要求检查标识、检定标记等,确定热电阻是否符合管理性的要求。5.5.2允差的校准:各等级热电阻的校准点均选择0C和100C。5.5.3热电阻阻值的测量方法:热电阻的电阻值应从整支热电阻的接线端子起计算。测 量顺序如下:“标准被校1被校2被校n被校n 被校2被校1标准”, 如此完成一个循环,每次测量不得少于两个循环,取其平均值进行计算。5.5.4 R0的校准:在恒温槽中测量热电阻的电阻值,并与标准器测量的温度进行比较, 计算其0C的偏差值t0,校准时必须要有足够的热平衡时间,待测量数据稳定后方可 读数,热电阻应有足够的插入深度,尽可能减少热损失。5.5.5 R0的计算:恒温槽偏离0C的值 t由标准温度计测量得到其值按公式(1)计算: t=t0 + t修(1)式中:t0标准温度计在恒温槽中测得的温度值;t修-标准温度计在
