12、sed measureequipment will be temporarily stored by the warehouse, after received measure equipment, warehouse shall promptly inform the calibration personnel to validate and accept.6.2. 验收时应对规格/型号与请购时相同，对附件，说明书，合格证是否完整，检查测量 设备外观和正常工作性能是否合格，需要校准的测量设备仪校人员依测量设备内校规程进行校准或送外校准，如果仪器供应商能提供相应的报告，仪校人员可根据仪器的实际

If the equipment supplier can provide the related reports, the calibration personnel can accept the equipment without calibrating for one time and the calibration will be done next calibration period. The

If the measure equipme nt cannot be accepted, the purchas ing departme nt will retur n to the supplier and cha nge the new one un til the measure equipme nt is accepted.6.3. 验收合格的测量设备，由设备管理员对测量设备进行编号，仪校人员填写设备验收单并注册管理且建立测量设备履历表，贴上相应的校验标签.然后通知使用部门领用。Th

18、nts and Instruction7.1. 校准环璄：仪校室温度应管制在18C -22C之间，湿度应管制在 40%-75%之间。当温湿度超过管制规格时应立即停止校准，至原因消除后再实施重新校准，并重新记录温湿度记录表及测量设备内校报告。Calibration environment: the internal calibratio n temperature shall be con trolled betwee n 18 C -22 C, and the RH (relative humidity ) shall be con trolled betwee n 40%-75%. 26、.3.1. 外校：当仪校室之标准件或需送外校准测量设备，由仪校人员提前半个月知会采购 联系被当地国家政府认可的机购或实验室做校准或者是原制造商作校准，其校准报 告应可能追溯到国家或国际标准。校准后，依外校报告书确认，若有不合格的贴上暂停使用标签后送修，直到修好后经校准合格为止，符合标准于报告书上签名 或盖章。External calibration: when the standard equipment in calibration room or measure equipme nt n eed to be exter nal calibrated, calibrati on pers o

28、ptable measure equipme nt shall be stick label and sent to be repaired and calibrated until it is acceptable, and for the acceptable measure equipment, its report will be signed or stamped.7.3.2. 内校：内校时，依测量设备内校规程进行作业，对校准的测量设备，使用具追溯性的标准件。内校时对本公司测量设备实施比对，其校准结果需由校准人员作成测量设备内校报告呈主管核准，在校准符合要求的测量设备上贴上校验合格标
