2、说明(三)监控终端系统操作说明二、安全操作注意事项及常见故障三、售后服务四、特别说明(一)安全特别说明(二)功能特别说明(三)知识产权声明五、传感器校准一、仪器安装使用(一)硬件设备连接与运行1、低温管道与液氮生物容器的连接将液氮输送管与液氮生物容器相连,液氮容器输入压力不应超过0.5MPa。 2、连接电源线在仪器上设有电源输入及控制输入输出的专用航空接插件。用户的电源线选用不小于2.5mm平方铜芯线。接地保护线选用2.5mm平方铜芯线与地可靠连接。如果用户不设置保护接地线(仅有触保器实现漏电保护),则用户必须按电力系统规范要求,为本设备专门设置保护接地装置与本壳体联接。在雷电多发地区,必须有
3、防雷保护措施。如此,可以起到防止雷电对微机元器件可能造成的破坏。注意:请将本机与大地可靠连接,防止触电事故的发生!3、试机首次使用(或长时间没用)先将控制系统电源打开,进入系统设置菜单,在设备测试栏,手动开启电磁阀,用干燥氮气将系统管道中的杂质吹出(大约3分钟),以免堵塞电磁阀而影响正常运行,重复几次效果最佳,先注入少量液氮,待罐体内部完全冷却后再将系统调到自动模式,设置好传感器位置,加液停止后24小时再放入冻存物品。注意:手动开启电磁阀试验完毕后要记住手动关闭。4、运行根据冻品需要的温度决定放入冻品的时间,关闭罐盖,打开电源,选择运行模式,设备开始工作,控制系统进入监控状态,系统实时显示液氮
4、罐内的温度变化。 (二)控制系统硬件功能说明监控模块部分:1、实时监测低位、高位温度值。2、运行时间显示并能根据用户设定时间起停电磁阀。3、路控制输出驱动电磁阀,其中2路做为备用,在另2路输出无效时自动切换。备用输出端作IO量检测。4、2段程序任意选择:浸泡式冻存、汽相式冻存。5、采用内部局域网方式罐体计算机和监控主计算机连接。报警模块部分:1、预留1个串口,如用户需要时可单独配备DTU发送报警信息。2、低位、高位温度超温报警3、传感器失效报警4、控制电磁阀的继电器强电输出端无输出报警(三)监控终端系统操作说明本系统控制软件由运行模式选择、监控、报警、报警查询、物品信息查询、物品信息管理、手动
5、操作七个模块组成,下面分别给以详细说明。1、 选择运行模式系统开机后,会根据用户的选择进入相应的运行模式。选择需要的运行模式,点击确定后重启系统进入对应的运行模式。 2、监控模块监控模块实时监控杜瓦室内的温度数据、系统运行的时间、系统运行的各种状态等重要数据。2.1 液氮液位值显示当前液氮的高度,单位为毫米(mm)。2.2 低位温度显示当前低位传感器的温度,单位为摄氏度()。2.3 高位温度显示当前高位传感器的温度,单位为摄氏度()。2.4 运行状态显示系统运行时的各个部件的工作状态。(注:绿色表示正常,红色表示异常)下图表示低位传感器和液位传感器异常。用户在此可手动对电磁阀进行打开和关闭的操
6、作,方便检修和测试系统的辅助设备。2.4.1 低位传感器显示低位传感器状态。2.4.2 高位传感器显示高位传感器状态。2.4.3 液位传感器显示液位传感器状态。2.4.4 电池电压显示电池状态。2.4.5 电磁阀输出显示电磁阀状态,红色表示电磁阀开启。2.4.6 网络状态显示网络连接状态,红色表示与监控中心计算机失去连接。2.4.7 开盖状态显示开盖状态,红色表示开盖。2.4.8 继电器状态显示继电器状态。2.4.9 电源状态显示电源状态。2.4.10 基本工作状态 运行模式显示当前程序运行的模式,运行时间显示程序上电后运行的总时间(不可清除),开盖次数显示液氮罐打开盖子的次数(不可清除)。3
7、、报警信息查看设备运行期间的所有报警记录。4、物品信息查看液氮罐中存储的物品的详细信息。可根据存储物品的任意信息来搜索查看该物品的详细情况。5、物品管理管理存储罐中的物品,进行入库出库操作。5.1 入库操作条码枪扫描物品的条码后,系统自动从监控中心计算机获取物品的信息,操作员查看信息无误后确认,物品存入液氮罐。5.2 出库操作条码枪扫描物品的条码后,系统自动从数据库获取物品的信息,操作员查看信息无误后确认,将物品从液氮罐中取出。6、系统设置7、温度曲线8、主动报警系统在运行过程中出现异常,监控终端和监控中心计算机均会弹出下图所示的报警窗口,同时发出报警声音,提示值班人员。二、安全操作注意事项及
8、常见故障1容器属高真空产品,运输、安装、使用时应小心谨慎,避免碰撞。2初次充装液氮时,应先充入少量液氮(约100L)预冷,接近热平衡后(气化不剧烈),再充注液氮。3皮肤接触到液氮,会造成冻伤,操作时应注意以下几点:(1)一定要戴上皮手套,不可露出手脚;(2)不可穿长统鞋,避免液氮掉进鞋内;(3)不能赤手接触旋转柄、颈口等低温部位,转动旋转柄时最好使用其他工具拨动;(4)充装液氮时宜在通风良好的地方进行,若在室内进行,则应开启门窗,以免发生因缺氧而造成的窒息事故。4容器的真空封口塞为活连接,可以在容器遭受意外破坏,液氮进入夹层空间,急剧汽化增压时,将封口塞冲开,形成泄压口,排放出氮气,起到爆破片
9、的作用,可确保产品使用的安全可靠。严禁取下真空封口罩和对真空封口接头进行任何操作,如发现该接口处有任何人为的开启和操作痕迹,由此造成的一切损失,本公司概不负责。5运输时应将容器放置于靠前车厢板位置,用粗绳固定牢固,不可碰撞与擦伤容器,严禁在满载液氮和冷冻物品的情况下车运输。6容器底部装有4只高强度脚轮,可在内装液氮和冷冻物品的情况下,方便地在室内做短距离移动,室内移动时应小心谨慎,切不可猛推猛移,防止碰撞。严禁在室外凹凸不平的地面移动。7不允许在产品表面施焊。常见故障及处理方法:序号故障现象故障原因处理方法1无法开启电源保险丝烧毁更换同型号的保险丝2温度显示不正常温度传感器损坏更换温度传感器3
10、机器开启但不制冷制冷剂工作压力太低调整液氮容器输出压力、调至约0.2MPa4制冷电磁阀不能关闭杂质堵塞干燥氮气吹除三、售后服务1、我公司生产的SJ系列产品保修期均为一年。用户必须严格按照“产品使用说明书”规定进行正确使用和维护保养。在保修期内,用户在正常使用条件下,发现本产品有质量问题,或使用中发生故障,由本厂负责免费修理或更换全新部件;保修期过后,本厂仍负责修理,仅收取配件费和相应的交通费。2、我公司有严格的售后服务制度。接到维修通知后,30分钟内作出反应,3天内到达现场。每周星期一上午为我公司定期电话回访时间,直接与使用人联系,了解设备运行状况,并做好售后服务记录。3、我公司对系统软件提供
11、终身升级服务。每年对设备进行一次年检并出具年检报告,软件升级只收取成本价。4、免费对业主培训1-3名技术人员。5、我公司开通24小时售后服务热线电话:028827241076、以下情况不属于免费保修范围: (1)用户擅自解剖、拆卸设备的; (2)因不可抗拒因素造成损坏的,如:灾害(地震/火灾/水灾/雷击等)、电压异常等所造成的故障; (3)涂改发票或保修卡的;(注:保修期自开发票之日起算,请妥善保存保修卡和购货发票。) (4)因用户在运输、装卸、管理等过程中不当而损坏的; (5)未按使用说明书使用要求而造成损坏的。四、特别说明(一)安全特别说明1、使用液氮生物容器时必须有专人值守以确保使用的安
12、全!2、使用液氮生物容器时必须打开门窗,使空气对流,确保通风良好,挥发的液氮可能导致小范围缺氧,造成轻微窒息而影响人身安全!3、和液氮生物容器连接的管路必须牢固,杜绝液氮跑、冒、漏、滴、溅等现象的发生以确保操作者的安全!4、液氮生物容器停止使用后,必须将进液阀门关闭并切断电源!5、必须使用安全合格的带接地的三孔电源插座,确保接地正确、可靠,以保证人身安全!6、液氮生物容器使用环境必须远离热源、易燃品、易腐蚀性气体、强磁场、粉尘和油污严重的场所!7、从液氮生物容器内取出冻品时一定要戴手套,防止冻伤的发生!(二)功能特别说明1、关于罐体内部温度的问题。由于被处理冻品的复杂多样性以及使用环境的不确定
13、性,导致罐内温度数据和实际的有一定误差,仅作参考。2、关于液氮消耗量、剩余容量的问题。由于机器所处的温度环境、液氮容器的内部压力等因素的影响,液氮平均消耗量、液氮剩余容量数据和实际的有一定误差,仅作参考。3、关于报警的说明。控制系统正常工作,绿灯常亮;黄灯闪烁表示有故障;4、关于配备UPS的说明。用户应配备在线式长延时UPS,保证在停电时设备能正常工作。若因停电而导致处理程序不能正常完成从而造成用户的直接或间接的经济损失,我公司不承担任何责任!(三)知识产权声明SJ系列不锈钢液氮生物容器是我公司自主研发生产的国家专利产品(专利号:ZL20072008194B.X),知识产权受法律保护。任何人、
14、任何单位不得以任何形式对机器的软硬件进行修改、改造、复制、发行或反编译!否则我公司将依法追究相关人员的责任!五、传感器校准(一) 在校准之前,先在测试界面把传感器里的20个温度值是否正常:首先,在校准值为0的情况下它们的值都大于-200度时为正常范围其次,观察是否离液氮越高的传感器的值是否越大 是为正常、然后,看最下面的传感器是否在-196度附近(有液氮的情况下)(二)在确定液位传感器里的20只温度传感器没问题的情况下: 选择一个温度传感器观察它的温度变化是否在正负1度范围内(三)对温度传感器进行每个校准:(须有2到3只温度传感器泡到液氮里)把泡在液氮中的传感器的值校道跳动的中间值为-196,
