1、 脚手架搭设方案 Method statement for scaffold erection1.简述General Description上海赛科90万吨/年乙烯裂解炉H-0500H-0900对流段钢结构及模块安装时需搭设脚手架。本方案以H-0600为例,详细说明对流段脚手架的搭设程序、方法、要求、用途,以保证脚手架的搭设质量和使用的安全性,为优质、安全、快速完成裂解炉对流段安装创造条件。It is necessary to erect scaffold during steel structure and module installation of convection section
2、in cracker H-0500H-0900 area of Shanghai SECCO 900kt/a Ethylene plant. This method statement takes H-0600 for example, describes scaffold erection procedure, method, requirement and usage in detail to ensure good quality and safety use, so as to be ready for installation of convection section with g
3、ood quality, safety and high speed.对流段安装高度为+18.598+38.40m,脚手架由以下三部分组成:The installation height of convection section is +18.598+38.40m. The scaffold is composed of three sections:(1)两台裂解炉对流段之间的脚手架;Scaffold between convection sections of two crackers;(2)辐射段顶部脚手架;Scaffold on top of radiant section;(3)汽
4、包框架钢结构。Steel structure frame for steam drum.具体部位详见附图1。因为吊装裂解炉的300t.m塔吊将占用2#楼梯间的位置,2#楼梯间暂时无法安装,所以这三个部分的脚手架暂时使用H-0500两侧或H-0800和H-0900之间的临时公用楼梯间。The location refers to attached drawing 1. Tower crane(300t.m) for lifting cracker will occupy 2# staircase, and the 2# staircase can not installed now, so th
5、at the temporary staircase for public usage on both sides of H-0500 or between H-0800 and H-0900 shall be used.2.脚手架的搭设程序Scaffold erection procedure熟悉图纸、方案和SECCO安全规程察看现场,由脚手架工程师对施工班组进行技术交底准备材料、机具搭设汽包框架脚手架搭设对流段模块间脚手架和辐射段顶部的脚手架检查验收使用维护、检查Familiar with drawings, method statement and SECCO HSE regulatio

7、3.脚手架搭设的方法Scaffold erection method3.1第一部分脚手架First section scaffold3.1.1从+12.35m平台起开始搭设,A,B,C,D,E,F,G轴线立杆应正好座落在钢格板支撑梁的中心。Erect from +12.35m platform, and A,B,C,D,E,F,G axial standards shall lie on the bearing beam center of grating.3.1.2为防止立杆在钢格板上滑动,在钢格板上应铺设脚手架立杆专用垫板。见图3.1.2。To prevent standards slip
8、ping on grating, special baseplate for standards shall be laid on grating. See drawing 3.1.2.图3.1.2立杆专用垫板Special baseplate for standards3.1.3主轴线之间的立杆底部不能直接座落在钢格板上,应在钢格板的支撑梁之间采取加固措施。如图3.1.3。Standard end between main axis shall not lie on grating directly, strengthen measures shall be taken between be
9、aring beams of grating.图3.1.3立杆底部加固槽钢Strengthen Channel Steel under Standard End3.1.4脚手架立杆距底部200mm处应设扫地横杆。Foot tie shall be available at 200mm from standard bottom.3.1.5脚手架的立杆应紧贴对流段的柱子。如图3.1.5-1和图3.1.5-2。Standard of scaffold shall cling to pillar of convection section.3.1.6主轴线小横杆长度为900mm,主轴线之间的小横杆长度
10、为1500mm。Length of little ledger of main axis is 900mm, and length of little ledger between main axis is 1500mm.3.1.7此脚手架不便于搭设剪刀型斜撑,为加强其稳定性,在每层脚手架平台至少设立两处小横杆与对流段柱子相连。连接方式如图3.1.7。It is inconvenient to erect shear bracing for the scaffold; two little ledgers at least shall be connected with pillar of c
11、onvection section on each scaffold platform to enhance stability. Connection method refers to drawing 3.1.7.3.2第二部分脚手架Second section scaffold3.2.1第二部分脚手架搭设前应具备的条件:The following conditions shall be available prior to second section scaffold erection.l 辐射段盘管已全部就位,并临时加固稳妥;All radiant coils shall be loc
12、ated, and temporary fixed tightly.l 做好辐射段盘管产品保护措施,防止高处物件坠落损坏辐射盘管;Protection measures shall be taken for radiant coils to prevent damage by things falling from height.l 辐射盘管不得与任何碳钢接触,防止渗碳;Radiant coils shall not contact with carbon steel to prevent carburization.l 辐射室顶部盖板安装完毕;Installation of cover pl
13、ate on top of radiant chamber shall be finished.l 汽包框架1415轴线施工完毕;Steel structure frame construction of 14-15 axis for steam drum shall be finished.l 模块1吊装找正完毕。Lifting alignment of moudel 1 shall be finished.3.2.2从辐射室顶部17.76米起,搭设脚手架,满足19.913m横梁和平台的安装要求。该层平台板为满铺花纹钢板。 Erect scaffold from top of radiant
14、 chamber 17.76m to meet19.913m transom and platform installation. Checkered plate shall be fully paved on the platform.3.2.3从19.913m平台起,随对流段模块高度的加高,第二部分脚手架随之而起,脚手架平台高度与第一部分相同,并通过裂解炉两侧通道与第一部分相连。见图3.2.31和3.2.32。From 19.913m platform, with the height of modules of convection section increasing, the sec
15、ond section scaffold shall be erected, and the height of scaffold platform shall be same as that of the first section, and connected with the first section with access of both sides of cracker.3.2.4在脚手架的侧向设置剪刀型支撑,该支撑与地面的夹角不得大于45o。Shear bracing shall be erected on scaffold lateral, and the angle betw
16、een bracing and ground shall not more than 45o.3.2.5每台脚手架平台东西方向铺设跳板,平台宽度为4块跳板1000mm。Decking shall be paved in east-west direction on scaffold platform, and width of platform is of four deckings, that is 1000mm.3.3第三部分脚手架Third section scaffold3.3.1明确该框架的吊装方法和结构形式Ascertain lifting method and structure
17、 format of frame.l 安装汽包框架时,300t.m塔吊已投入使用,为了增加钢结构的稳定性以及雨季采取防台风的措施,汽包框架钢结构呈框架式吊装。沿高度方向从18.598m27.01m为一节,从27.01m38.4m为第2节,每节吊装的分块原则如图3.3.1。When installing frame for steam drum, tower crane(300t.m) has been put into operation. To enhance stability of steel structure and take typhoon-proof measures in ra
18、iny season, steel structure frame for steam drum shall be lifted by framework type. 18.598m27.01m is the first section, and 27.01m38.4m is the second section, and lifting division refers to drawing 3.3.1.l 图3.3.1中,阴影部分钢结构为整体吊装,空格部分为散装,也就是要搭设脚手架的地方。In drawing 3.3.1, steel structure of shadow section
19、shall be integral lifting; steel structure of blank section shall be scattered lifting, where scaffold shall be erected.l 19.913m和22.657m框架平台满铺钢格板,整块吊装的钢结构需连同安装完毕的钢格板以及扶手一起吊装,无扶手的部分应用架杆管设立两道栏杆和一道挡脚板,以减少高处作业的工作量,降低危险性。Grating shall be fully paved on 19.913m and 22.657m frame platform. Integral steel
20、structure shall be lifted with handrail and grating which installation is finished. Use tubes to erect two rows of rails and one row of toe board in section without handrail, to reduce amount of work at height and decrease hazards.3.3.2第三部分脚手架搭设Third section scaffold erectionl 在18,19轴线17.76m层上搭设平台,以
21、便于安装18.598m钢结构节点。Erect platform on 18, 19axis17.76m floor to facilitate 18.598m steel structure node erection.l 在B,C和D,E轴线之间搭设脚手架,以满足安装19.913m框架之间的连接梁,满铺钢格板后,在该平台的B,C和D,E轴线之间继续搭设脚手架,以满足安装22.657m框架之间的连接梁。满铺钢格板后,从22.657m一直搭到炉顶38.4m。如图3.3.21和图3.3.22。Erect scaffold between axis B, C and D, E to meet tie

After plating erection finished, erect scaffold from 22.657m to top of cracker38.4m. See drawings 3.3.21 and 3.3.2
23、2.4.脚手架搭设要求Scaffold erection requirement4.1脚手架材料要求Material requirement4.1.1脚手架立杆、横杆均使用48×3.25,Q235AF钢管,使用250×25mm,L3000mm或L=2500mm,2000mm的钢跳板,或250×50×4000mm的木跳板。Material for standard and ledger shall be 48×3.25,Q235AF steel tube; steel decking for usage shall be 250×25m
24、m,L3000mm或L=2500mm,2000mm, and timber decking shall be 250×50×4000mm.4.1.2架杆管采用卡扣连接。Use clasps to connect tubes.4.1.3架杆管和跳板不应有严重锈蚀、油污、裂纹,卡扣不应有滑扣。Tubes and decking shall not be rusted severely, contaminated by oil or cracked, and clasps shall be fixed tightly.4.1.4材料应整齐、统一、美观,使用200×10m
25、m的五合板做挡脚板,并涂有色彩明显的油漆标志。The material shall be in order, uniform and with good appearance. Material for toe board shall be 200×10mm timber board, and shall be painted with eye-catching color.4.1.5用12镀锌铁丝捆绑跳板。Bind decking with 12 galvanized wires.4.1.6对存在损坏、变形和严重锈蚀等质量问题脚手架材料坚决予以报废。Material for sca
26、ffold with damage, deformation and rust severely shall be rejected firmly.4.2人员要求Personnel requirement 4.2.1所有脚手架搭设人员应经过培训,并取得相应资质。All personnel for scaffold erection shall receive training, and with relative qualification.4.2.2施工前认真学习脚手架搭设方案,让工人明白设计意图,并做详细的技术交底和JHA分析。Familiar with method statement
27、for scaffold erection; workers shall familiar with design intention; technical clarification and JHA shall be available in detail.4.2.3设立专人监控搭建脚手架的全过程,并使之与方案一致。Full time supervisor shall be designated to supervise scaffold erection to ensure conformance with method statement.4.2.4脚手架搭建过程中,脚手架专业人员在各通
28、道入口挂上红色标签,并注明“正在搭建,严禁使用”等字样的警告牌。A red label with warning “Erecting now, forbid to use” shall be hung on each entrance by professional person during scaffold erection.4.2.5脚手架搭建完毕后,脚手架专业人员报请SECCO脚手架专业工程师检验,合格后将红色标签更换为绿色标签,方可使用。Professional person shall inform scaffold engineer of SECCO to inspect aft
29、er erection; replace red label with green label if qualified for use.4.2.6脚手架专业人员还应每天在使用前对脚手架进行例行检查,并进行日常维护。Daily inspection shall be made by professional person prior to use, and daily maintenance shall be available for scaffold.4.2.7脚手架使用人员在脚手架使用前应接受交底,了解脚手架的最大设计载荷(225型)以及承载能力。了解正确的使用方法以及在脚手架上递接材料
30、的正确方法。Users of scaffold shall receive technical clarification prior to use, familiar with the max. design load (for 225 type) and load capacity of scaffold, and familiar with the correct using method and correct method of passing material on scaffold.4.2.8脚手架使用人员还应能觉察到正在使用的脚手架存在的危险,并知道如何控制和减少这些危险。Us
31、ers shall be aware of hazards condition of the scaffold when using, and know how to control and reduce these hazards.4.3技术要求Technical requirement4.3.1拉线确定脚手架的大致位置。Pull string to ascertain approximate position of scaffold.4.3.2按脚手架图纸施工,横杆平直,立杆垂直。According to scaffold drawings to erection, ledgers sha
32、ll be straight, and standards shall be vertical.4.3.3脚手架的作业平台跳板应该满铺,不能存在间隙,跳板接头处加横杆,横杆最大间距不得超过1.4m,跳板两端用镀锌铁丝固定在横杆上,跳板端部应至少伸出150mm,但不超过300mm。跳板接头处尽可能对接,如需搭接其搭接长度不少于200mm。Decking of scaffold platform shall be fully paved with seamless; erect ledger on joint of decking, and the max. space between ledge
33、rs shall not more than 1.4m; both end of decking shall be fixed on ledgers with galvanized wire; decking end shall extend 150mm at least, but not more than 300mm. Joint of decking shall be butt and butt as much as possible; overlap length shall not less than 200mm.4.3.4脚手架主杆间距不超过2.4m,扶手高度为1.2m,挡脚板高度
34、为200mm,扶手和挡脚板之间设两道横杆。Space between standards of scaffold shall not more than 2.4m; height of handrail is 1.2m; height of toe board is 200mm; erect two rows of ledgers between handrail and toe board.4.3.5脚手架的拐角处应设剪刀型支撑或支杆,剪刀型支撑和地面的夹角不应大于45o。Shear bracing or support pole shall be erected at the corner
35、 of scaffold, and angle between shear bracing and ground shall not more than 45o.4.3.6脚手架安装和拆除期间,平台上至少要铺设3块跳板。Three deckings shall be paved on platform at least during scaffold erection/dismantle.4.3.7搭设脚手架期间,周围应设围栏和警示牌,防止无关人员进入施工作业区。Barricade and warning plate shall be available around work area du
36、ring scaffold erection to prevent irrelative person entry.4.3.8脚手架的搭设和拆除视为高处作业,作业人员应配备并按规程使用“五点双钩”安全带。Scaffold erection/dismantle is regarded as work at height; workers shall use “five points and two hooks” safety belts according to regulations.4.3.9 A轴线西侧设置安全通道,并有醒目逃生方向的指示牌在提醒在脚手架上的工作人员安全通道的方向。Safe
37、ty path is available on west of axis A, and eye-catching indication plate is reminding all workers the direction of safety path for emergency.4.3.10集中作业时,严禁脚手架超载,控制作业人员数量,闲杂人员一律不得入内,控制载荷在225KG以内。Forbid to overload for scaffold strictly; control worker numbers; irrelative personnel is forbidden to en
38、try; control the load within 220Kg.4.3.11脚手架上作业人员的施工用具应按规定存放于专用工具箱内,不得在脚手架跳板平台上随意摆放。Tools of workers on scaffold shall be placed in special tool box according to regulations, and shall not be placed on decking at random.4.3.12搭设和使用期间,应密切关注天气预报情况,当有台风来临等恶劣天气前,应组织专业人员进行安全检查,必要时请SECCO脚手架专业工程师亲临现场指导,并在台风迎风面用钢丝绳加固。台风过后,立即组织检查脚手架地基是否下沉,跳板是否有脱落现象等,并对出现的现象立即进行整改,专业人员检查后,报请SECCO复检合格,方可继续作业。Pay attention to weather forecast during erection and using; organize relative personnel to inspect prior to typhoon or other bad weath
