1、学习必备欢迎下载what does he look like单元教学设计单元教材整体分析本单元是九年制义务课程标准实验教科书新目标英语七年级下册中第七单元,本单元的核心话题是谈论人的外表形象(image),因此talking about sb s image是教学重点。通过对本单元的学习,学生能掌握本单元出现的表示人外观的词组及句型。 talking about sbs image 是教学重点,同时也是教学难点。通过对本单元的学习,学生能掌握本单元出现的表示人外观的词组及句型,并能运用这些词组及句型描述别人的外表,进而描述自己喜欢的人物,比如美术家和音乐家( use the language

2、to write your favourite actor or musician )。谈论人的外观形象是人们日常生活中时常遇到的话题,故学生会热衷于用英语表达此类知识。因此要充分借助听力材料和补充阅读材料,训练提高学生的听力阅读水平。在听读的基础上创设语言情景,加强说写能力的训练。此外,还要充分借用课本插图来扩大学生的写作面,以提高其写作水平。学生在学习过程当中已熟练掌握了描述某人外表的句型,通过各种形式创设情景,让学生自由演习,并借用媒体来提高学生的学习兴趣。同时对学生进行情感教育,要求他们多发现别人的优点,学会友好地描述别人的形象。单元知识结构1. 词汇:名词:hair,height,b
