1、Mechanical Torque Calibration(译:机械校正力矩)During this procedure the operator will install the torque calibration fixture(Torque arm) and block the servomotor from rotating with the locking fixture. Once this is done it is then possible to proceed with the menu prompts for mechanical torque calibration.

2、 It is important that the weights are not installed until prompted.译:在这个过程中操作者将会安装力矩校正装置(力矩臂)并使用锁紧装置阻止伺服电机旋转一旦这个工作完成就可以继续进行机械校正力矩根据菜单提示直到提示,重物未被安装这点很重要Once the mechanical simulated load menu is entered, the testers internal gearbox will be automatically engaged. This will allow the calibration softw

3、are to measure the signal from the torque sensor and “Zero” the force created by the weight of the torque arm assembly. While the torque arm is suspended with no weights installed, it is important to adjust the level of the torque arm. It is recommended to preload the arm during the leveling procedu

4、re to ensure the force vector is perpendicular with the horizontal. Once this is complete, the program will prompt for installation of the weights. Once the weights have stabilized, (stopped moving) the operator will enter the weight in kilograms and click ok. The program will then measure the signa

6、Torque Calibration menu, but do not proceed with further menu prompts until the torque arm has been installed. Once the mechanical simulated load option is entered, the testers internal gearbox will engage and it will be different to adjust the torque arm in a level position.译: 重要! 进入力矩校正菜单, 但是不要点击更

Remove lower right part clamp if present and lower right vertical fixture clamp.译:移除右下部零件夹具(如果有)和右下部垂直夹紧工装35. Loosen the 6 horizontal fixt

8、ure clamps and record the position indicated on the horizontal adjustment wheel. Adjust the wheel to bring the vertical fixture as close to the gear face as possible.译:松开个水平夹紧工装,并记录水平调整轮上显示的位置调节这个齿轮使得垂直夹具尽可能地靠近齿轮面36. Remove the main cover located behind the fixture. This will expose the drive and se

9、rvo system.译:移除位于夹具后面的主面板,这将会将驱动和伺服系统曝露在外面37. Insert servo lock tool as shown below. The tool should be positioned so that it is wedged between the two sides of the flex coupling. If the tool does not fit easily between the coupling flanges, gently exert some pressure to move the torque senor toward

10、s the front of the machine. This will spread the couplings allowing the tool to be inserted.译:照下图所示插入伺服锁紧工具在弯曲连接的两边将会被工具楔形定位如果工具没能容易地安装在连接之间,轻轻地加一些压力在机器前面的力矩传感器上以使其转动这会使得连接允许工装被插入38. Remove the existing gear from the machine.译:从机器上移除现有的齿轮39. Install the 18 tooth gear(602-0009 Gear,18 T,6/8DP) on the

11、 torque arm as shown below. Two shoulder bolts are provided to wedge between the gears teeth and hold the gear to the torque arm.译:如下图安装18齿齿轮在力矩臂上两个螺钉被楔入齿轮之间,并使齿轮定位在力矩臂上40. Place the torque arm with gear onto the shaft of the tester.译:通过齿轮定位力矩臂在测试台的轴上At this time the gearbox should be unlocked and f

12、ree to rotate. If not, exit from the mechanical torque calibration menu and return to the calibration utility main menu.此时齿轮未被锁定并且可以自由旋转如果不是,退出机械校正力矩菜单,并返回至校正软件主菜单41. Hold the torque arm slightly above level. Then activate the gearbox by selecting the mechanical simulated load option and click “Cont

13、inue”.译:保持力矩臂在水平面上一点然后选择机械模拟负载选项并点击”Continue”以激活齿轮The following prompt will be displayed. Do not install the weights at this time. Follow the instructions on the prompt and mount the fixture. 14、到下一步被完成.42. Place a small level onto the torque arm and adjust the leveling screw so the torque arm is slightly above level. When the weights are installed, the arm will be pulled down slightly which should cause the arm to be level. Leveling can also be performed with the weights installed for bett

The following photograph shows the torque arm and weight hanger installed from a front view. If the weights used are

19、into the dialog box not the torque. The value must be entered in kilograms. In other words, enter 20 and then click on OK. After the value has been entered, the prompt will change and display a warning message. Observe the safety message warning you to remove the weights before pressing OK. If you do

Once you return to the main calibration screen, click the save button to store the new calibration scale data. If you do not clic
