摘 要社会在不断的向前发展，行业在不断的向前突破。在生产生活中机械已经必不可少，物质的生产要满足需求就需要模具。所以模具的设计以及制造是相当的至关重要。一个国家，企业的发展就需要模具的技术水平的提高，当今世界模具的技术水平代表着当今工业的水平发展。在精密、复杂、大型中模具技术发展相当迅速。模具业的前景要求我们应更熟悉掌握专业知识，为成为适应市场需求的专业人才而更加努力。而毕业设计就显得更加重要，这不仅是一次对自己专业知识的总结、也是对专业知识灵活应用到实际生产当中的一次实践。本设计是关于夏利轿车差速器螺栓垫片。夏利轿车差速器螺栓垫片由钢板冲压加工而成，设计并优化其批量生产工艺及部分冲压模具的设计。螺栓碘片的制造通过冲裁模具的冲裁进行加工而成。当然本设计针对这个冲裁模具进行设计，通过对工艺方案的分析确定模具类型以及规格。设计的手动落料方式，然后对模具的压力计进行选择，最后将模具的装备图画出来，根据三维图用CAD绘制模具二维装配图和零件图。差速器螺栓垫片的作用是增大螺栓与零件的接触面积，减少磨损，延长使用寿命，冲压相对来说复杂一些，分析其工艺性需要很好的韧性以及强度，在使用中可以起到防止松动。冲裁垫片需要对模具进行设计，分析实用性，经济性还有它的制作是否简单，生产成本。关键词：汽车垫片；冲压模具；差速器iiABSTRACTSociety in the continuous development of the industry in the continuous forward breakthrough.
