There were no computers or Internet in my time. 3能听、说、认读单词和词组:star, easy, look up, Internet 句子:Could you see stars

2、 at night? The Americans took about five days to get there in 1969. I looked it up on the Internet.教学重难点 1重点:学习句子:There was no library in my old school. Tell us about your school, please. How do you know that? There were no computers or Internet in my time. 2难点:能正确使用一般过去时和一般现在时。教具准备 1课文挂图和配套VCD。 2单词

3、卡。 3录音机和磁带。教学过程 一、热身(Warm-up) 1师生问候。 2 Sing the song Changes in me. 二、复习(Revision) 1复习词语:school, library, playground, computer room, art room, music room, dining hall, grass, gym。教师先出示图片,让学生看图说词语,然后再出示单词卡片,抽读词语,最后全班拼读生词。 2活动:真真假假 活动方式:教师随机出示一张单词卡,如出示单词卡grass,教师读grass,表达是正确的,那学生就立即跟读单词grass。如果教师读成gym

4、,学生就不能跟读并要说:No.该活动用小组竞赛的形式进行,给反应快的小组加分,当教师表达不正确时,如果有学生跟读不正确的表达,那他所在的小组就要被扣分,教师可适当加快速度,活跃现场的气氛。 3活动:卡通明星大闹校园 活动方式:教师拿出事先准备好的三个盒子,三个盒子上分别标注着:who,where,what。让学生说出一些卡通明星,教师将其写在纸上投入标注着who的盒子中。where的盒子里放人的是一些学校的场所,what的盒子里放入的是一些动作词组。请学生在三个盒子中分别抽取一张纸条,利用这三个单词连成两个句子,看看谁连成的句子最有趣。如:Mickey Mouse is in the musi

5、c room. He can bath. Lan Yangyang is in the library. He can play football. 三、新课呈现( Presentation) 1教学单词star, easy, look up, Internet (1)教师出示星空的图片介绍说:Look! There are lots of stars in the sky. Some are big. Some are small. We can see them at night.板书:star,然后全班齐读单词。 (2)教师指着图上的一个星星问:Do you know the name

6、of this star? 引导生回答:Sorry, I don't know.教师补充学生的回答:But I can look it up on the Internet.教师板书:look up,Internet让学生说说这两个词的意思,然后带读这两个词。 (3)教师出示单词gym,并对全班说:Spell, please.全班拼读后教师问:Is it easy? I think it's very easy.板书:easy,让学生说说这个easy的意思,最后全班齐读单词。 2教学句子:There was no library in my old school. Tell u

7、s about your school, please. 教师用课件出示一个“希望小学”的画面,对全班说:我们将请出这所“希望小学”里的一位同学来介绍他们的学校。但是他要求同学们要一起来说这句话:Tell us about your school, please.教师板书:Tell us about your school, please.全班齐读句子数遍后,教师点开录像画面,播放录像。 录像的解说词如:Welcome to our school! This is my classroom. There was no TV and computer in our classroom. Now

8、we have a big TV and a new computer in it. There was no library in my old school. But now there is a big library in our school, There are many books in it. 教师板书:There was no library in my old school. 让学生说说句子的意思并齐读句子。 3教学句子:How do you know that? There were no computers or Internet in my time. 教师提问:Wh

9、o was the first man to step on the moon? When did he get there? How did he get there?根据学生的回答,教师追问:How do you know that?根据学生的回答教师总结:We can look up many things on the Internet. But there were no computers or Internet in my time.教师板书:How do you know that? There were no computers or Internet in my time.

10、并带读。 4教学A. Let-s try (1)教师让学生翻开课本,读一读A. Let-s try中呈现的两个句子。 (2)教师播放A. Let-s try的录音,学生听完录音后判断正误。 (3)全班校对答案。5教学A. Lets talk (1)教师播放A. Let's talk部分的录像,要求学生带着问题看录像:What was Grandpa's school like? 录像播完后,让学生回答问题。 (2)让学生说说The Americans took about five days to get there in 1969.这句话的意思。 (3)再次播放A. Let&

11、#39;s talk的录像,每句后暂停,要求全班跟读。 (4)播放A. Let -s talk的录像,将声音关闭后,要求全班分成三组为录像配音。 四、巩固与拓展(Consolidation and extension) 1三人一组分角色表演A. Let's talk部分的内容,然后请一些学生到台前表演。 2What was your school like five years ago? What is it like now? Draw and talk. (1)教师出示学校以前的照片给学生看,让学生根据课本的要求画出现在的学校和过去的学校。 (2)学生展示并介绍自己的作品。 3活动:评选校史讲解员 活动方式:告诉学生:下周有一些外宾要来学校参观,学校想选出一些同学来介绍学校的过去和现在。现在请你们根据学校提供的照片编写解说词,并向全班进行解说,成绩优秀的三名学生可成为讲解员为外宾服务。如: There was no library in my school. But now we have a modern library. There are many books, CDs, computers in it. 五、家庭作业(Homework) 1听录音,跟读对话。 2完成活动手册配套练习。 3用英文向家长讲述学校的今昔。 六、板书设计Un
