1、随着世界范围内环保与节能意识的增强,研究与开发“清洁燃料”汽车成为当今重要的课题。本论文以跃进汽车集团实际科研项目为依托,研究新一代燃气发动机电控系统机理及设计方法,。对于合理利用能源,降低排放污染,实现汽车的高效、节能和环保具有重要的理论意义和工程应用价值。 本论文取得的研究成果主要有: 1对燃油发动机燃料系统进行改建,以LPG代替汽油进行工作。在匹配蒸发调压器、混合器、节气门阀体等燃气装置的基础上,增加了氧传感器、转速传感器、温度传感器、进气歧管压力传感器、节气门位置传感器、燃气流量调节阀、废气再循环阀等器件,。完成了LPG燃料电控系统的软件和硬件设计,系统结构合理,功能齐备,可靠性好、应

2、用机型广。 2研究与开发了空燃比控制系统,采用开环与闭环相结合的控制策略:燃气发动机在起动、怠速、大负荷、全负荷工况时处于开环控制模式,。控制器通过对燃气供给量的调整,保证发动机获得最佳性能;在部分负荷时,采用基于混合灵敏度设计方法的空燃比闭环控制器,将空燃比精确控制在理论值附近,在环境、温度发生变化和长期使用的情况下,仍能保证控制系统具有良好的性能。 3开发了带冷却装置和线性EGR电磁阀的废气再循环控制系统,通过大量实验获取了发动机各种工况下的最佳废气再循环开度MAP,。在保证燃气发动机动力性能及经济性能的情况下,最大程度地降低了NOx排放量。采用递推最小二乘算法(RLS),并以EGR位置传

3、感器信号为反馈,对MAP进行在线优化,使在磨损、电压波动等误差存在的情况下,仍能保持废气再循环的控制效果。 4研究点火提前角与LPG发动机性能和排放的关系,。 获取各种工况下LPG发动机的最佳点火提前角,实现了基于RBF神经网络的点火系统优化,提高了发动机的性能。 5为了提高LPG汽车的性能,对提高发动机的压缩比进行了研究,并完成了总功率对比试验和负荷特性试验。对单燃料LPG汽车NJ6400GHR2的整车排放性能,整车动力性能进行了试验研究。采用电控系统后,整车的排放指标优于欧洲号排放法规的要求。 本论文的研究成果已通过江苏省科学技术成果鉴定(苏科鉴字2002第1114号),并已投入使用。Wi

Research works in this dissertation have It has important theory meaning and application engineering value for effective energy uti

6、lization, exhaust contamination reduction, energy conservation and environmental protection. The main research fruits in this dissertation show below as follow: 1. The fuel system of gasoline engine is converted. This engine runs well by using LPG as fuel instead of gasoline. Based on Beside matchin

7、g work of gasifier, mixer and air throttle valve, many devices such as exhaust gas oxygen sensor, engine speed sensor, temperature sensor, intake manifold pressure sensor, air throttle position sensor, flow regulator valve and exhaust gas recirculation valve are were added. Software and hardware des

This control system which has many merits such as appropriate structure, integrated function, high reliability and extensive utility. 2. Air-fuel-ratio control system is researched and developed. In this system, the strategy com

9、bined with open loop control and closed loop control is adopted: During Under some specific driving modes such as cold start, idle speed, heavy load and full load condition, the control system works as open loop. Through regulating the gaseous fuel supply, the controller can help the engine acquire

10、optimum performance; Under the circumstance of part load, Based on the design method of hybrid sensitivity, During part load condition, air-fuel-ratio can be keeped at the stoichiometric value by closed loop controller which the design method of hybrid sensitivity was applied in. When the circumstan

11、ce environment and temperature change or the engine aged after long-time running, the good performance of controller can be preserved. 3. Including A control system with inter cooler and linear EGR solenoid, exhaust gas recirculation control system is developed in this dissertation. Through a large

12、number of experiments, the optimum EGR valve opening MAP is acquired during under various operating modes. The fuel consumptions consumption and engine performance can meet the challenge. At the same time, NOx emissions are reduced to minimum. Using RLS algorithm and the feedback of EGR valve positi

13、on sensor, the on-line optimization of EGR MAP is fulfilled. even when When the condition of abrasion and voltage pulsation occurs, the control effect of EGR is also maintained sustained. 4. The relationship of ignition angle, LPG engine performance and emissions is studied.; At various Various work

14、 conditions optimum ignition angles are acquired. and Because of the implementation of optimum ignition system based on RBF neural network is added, so LPG engine performance is greatly improved. 5. In order to improve the performance of LPG automobile, how to appropriately increase compression rati

15、o is researched. At last, total-power contrast test, load characteristics test, emission test and running test of NJ6400GHR2 LPG automobile have been done. After adopting this electronic control system, the emission results meet the emission regulation of European . Research fruits in this dissertat
