1、河北省成人高等教育本科毕业生授予学士学位英语统一考试大纲一总则 本考试是河北省学位委员会为检测成人高等教育本科毕业生英语水平而组织的统一 考试，目的是检验考生掌握与运用英语水是否达到了本科毕业生应掌握的知识及能力。 考试 采用标准化测试的方式。考试合格者，由省学位办发给合格证书。本考试主要考核学运用语言的能力， 同事也考核学生对语言知识的掌握程度， 要求学 生具备较强的阅读能力， 一定的听、 译能力以及初步的写和说的能力， 使学生能以英语为工 具，获取专业所需的信息，并为进一步提高英语水平打下较好的基础。考生可选择下列教材：1）应试学位教材 ：外国语水平考试教程 .英语（河北省学位办编写，河北

2、教育出版社）；2）词汇测量标准 ：大学英语新要求英汉双解词典 一般要求词汇 （外语教学与研究出版社 2005）；3）自学教科书： 新视野大学英语（ 1-4 级）（外语教学与研究出版社）； 大学体验英语（ 1-4 级）（高等教育出版社）；大学英语（第三版， 1-4 级）（上海外语教育出版社）。 本考试每年夏季，冬季各举办一次，具体时间另行通知。二考试内容本考试的考试内容包括五部分：词汇和语法结构（Vocabulary and Structure ），阅读理解（Reading Comprehension），完形填空（Cloze），英译汉（English-Chinese translation）和写

3、作（Writing）。 由于条件所限，暂不进行听力，口语部分测试。所有考试内容要求在 150 分钟内完成。第一部分：词汇和语法知识 （I.Vocabulary and Structure ）：共 50 题，考试时间为 35 分钟。题目中的词汇和语法结构各约占 50%。要求考生从每 题 4 个选择项中选出一个最佳答案。词语和语法结构部分的目的是测试学生掌握和运用词汇、 短语及语法结构的能力。 考试范围 包括教育部 2004 年 1 约颁布的 大学英语课程教学要求 制定的词汇表中的一般要求词汇； 第二部分：阅读理解 （II.Reading Comprehension） ：共 30 题，考试时间为

4、50 分钟。要求考生阅读若干篇短文，总阅读量不超过 2500 词。 每篇短文后有若干个问题， 考生根据文章内容从每题 4 个选择项中选出一个最佳答案。 选材 原则：题材广泛，包括人物、社会、文化、科普常识等，但涉及的内容及背景知识应能为 学生所理解；题材多样，包括议论文、叙述文、说明文等；文章的语言难度适中，无法 猜出而又影响理解的关键词，超出要求词汇表时，则注明文中的汉语词义。该部分旨在测试考生以下能力：理解文选的主旨大意；明了有关细节和事实；既理解书面意思，也能进行一定的推理和判断；既理解个别句子的意义，也理解上下文的逻辑关系；既要判定准确，又 要有一定速度。第三部分：完型填空 （III.

5、Cloze） ：共20题，考试时间为15分钟。在一篇题材熟悉，难度适中的短文(不超过250词)中设置20个空白，每个空白为一题，每题均有A、B、C、D四个选项。要求考生全面理解短文，选出一个最佳答案。 或将选择词语给出由考生自己填入，最终使短文结构和思想恢复完整。该部分旨在测试学生英语的综合语言应用能力。第四部分：英译汉(IV.E nglish-Chi nese tran slatio n)共6题，考试时间为15分钟。一般从原阅读理解的短文中选出若干句子，要求学生 根据对原文的理解，将选出的6题逐一译成汉语，可直译和意译，但意译要求准确，书写要 工整符合汉语的表达方法。该部分旨在测试考生的笔译

6、能了。第五部分：英语写作(V.Writ ing)共1题，考试时间35分钟。要求学生写出一篇120个词左右的短文。试卷上可给出题目，或规定情景，或要求看图作文，或给出首句要求读写，或给出关键字，要求写成短文。该部分旨在测试学生初步使用英语表达思想的能力。要求能正确表达思想、语意连贯、标点正确、无重大语法错误，内容会涉及日常生活和一般科技知识。三：答题与计分客观性试题用机器阅卷，要求考生从每题4个选择项中选出一个最佳答案，并在答题纸(Answer Sheet)上该题的相应字母中间用铅笔划一条横线/涂黑。试题册(Test Paper)上作答无效。每题只能选择一个答案，多选作答错处理。多项选择题积分只
