1、Oxford English 9 A上Unit 4 Reading A 教学设计从化市吕田中学 曾东秀2013.10.25课 题：牛津英语上海版9 A上 Unit 4 What should I do?教学内容：Reading A What should I do?教材分析：本单元的主题是讲述如何就自己遇到的问题向别人寻求帮助，是学生比较感兴趣的话题。本课是本单元的第一课时，阅读材料是学生的三封求助信，学习在遇到困难时应该如何向他人寻求帮助。这三封求助信与我们学生的实际生活非常贴近，容易激起学生的学习兴趣。但是新短语比较多，对学生来说，也是个挑战。学情分析：1. 学生大都非常喜欢问问题，具备一

2、定的寻求帮助的常识，所以他们会对这个主题比较感兴趣。学习完本课后，对他们解决问题有一定的帮助。通过初中两年的学习，学生已具备一定的阅读理解能力，掌握一些阅读理解的策略与技巧，借助本课的阅读理解活动进一步巩固、运用已学的策略与技巧，以提高学生的阅读理解能力。2. 本校是山区学校，学生的英语基础相对较薄弱，有相当一部分学生对英语的学习缺乏兴趣，英语学习热情偏低，没有形成良好的学习习惯，课堂比较沉闷，竞争意识欠缺，要上好这节课具有一定的挑战性。教学目标：1.认知目标：学生能够读懂这三封求助信； 学生能够掌握新词汇，熟悉新短语。2.能力发展目标：通过多种形式的阅读活动与任务，指导学生进一步巩固、运用已

3、学的阅读理解策略与技巧，培养一些阅读微技能，如：猜测生词大意、搜寻细节信息等，从而提高学生的阅读理解能力；学生尝试运用自己的语言讲述遇到的问题；培养学生探究学习、合作学习、自主学习的能力。3.情感目标：激发学生对自己身边发生的事进行思考； 引导学生要有正义感，以平常心正确对待身边发生的事更重要。教学重点：学习和掌握短语：flower pot, by accident, question sb., feel guilty, be frightened, do no good, by mistake, wait one's turn 及阅读微技能的培养。教学难点：生词的学习和巩固，大意的了
