4、of the equipment should be completed before testing is started. 所有的机电设备,在试验前应检查。B) Megger test should have been completed. 绝缘的测试。C) All machinery, equipment, pipe systems including surrounding area to be properly cleaned before test. 试验前,相关的机器、设备以及周围的环境应适当的清洁。D) The shipyard should have satisfactori
5、ly tested the equipment itself prior to the official test. 在报验前,船厂自己应正规地试验成功。2) During Testing Procedure 在试验中G) The detailed test procedure should be followed. 应根据试验程序详细试验。H) The information from the test should be filled in on the system and pump motor data sheets 试验中的有关信息应填入相关的表格。1. 6、tion and test主配电板/应急配电板的检查和试验The following tests to be carried out: 执行如下试验:1.1 Cable connection to be verified.确认电缆接线完整。1.2 The capacity and protection settings of circuit breakers and starters within the MSB to be crosschecked. 检查所有的开关,启动器容量和整定值。1.3 Switch on/off test of all feeder circuit (MSB) -
7、feeder circuit breakers to be stable and reliable with the load current as far as practicable.所有支流回路的开关闭合试验各断路器带负载电流时尽量稳定和可靠。1.4 Verify various indicating and alarm lamps (MSB) together with alarm itself (high/low voltage; high/low frequency) as correct.确认各种指示灯和报警灯的正确性。1.5 Confirmation test of meter

And when the voltage of emergency generator reaches a set value, the main switch of the emergency generator closes automatically. The emergency generator supplies power to emergency switchboard. 当主配电板失压,应急发电机自动起动,当
11、应急发电机电压达到设定值时,主开关自动闭合,应急发电机供电至应急配电板。- When MSB recovers to supply power normally, the main switch of emergency generator to be switched off automatically and the tie switch of emergency switchboard to be connected to MSB automatically. 当主配电板恢复正常供电,应急发电机主开关跳闸,应急配电板上连络开关自动闭合,使主配电板恢复对应急配电板供电。1.8 Insula

14、se the ACB of the generator manually. Verify that the electric source is recovered, and then, switch of electric driven auxiliary machineries are started automatically in the sequence according to the program.手动切断在运行发电机的ACB,手动合上发电机的ACB。确认电源已供电,此时,如下辅助机械开关根据已设定的程序按顺序自动起动。SEQ.序号TIME(sec.)时间ITEM项目Start

STARTING TEST OF LARGEST MOTOR ON BOARD 大功率马达起动测试The instantaneous volta
23、ge drop, current and kilo-watt to be measured when the largest motor on board is started. 当起动大功率马达时,应测量瞬时压降,电流,功率。It should be confirmed that the generator has sufficient reserved capacity to permit the start up of the largest motor in the ship. 确认发电机组有足够的容量来起动大功率马达。Equipment设备Result结果Remarks备注NO.1L

27、(W/H-ECR change-over, duty engineer selection test, engineer call test), alarm test (for each extension alarm panel)延伸报警系统测试:自检,功能测试(选择值班轮机员测试,轮机员呼叫测试),报警测试(每个延伸报警板)。- One copy of Alarm and Monitoring List should be kept in ECR as master list. All test result of alarm points should be recorded in th

34、se circuit breaker or isolating switches inside lighting distribution board shall be turned off to carry out the measurement with 500V megger . All insulation resistance between insulation pole and earth shall not be less than 20M. (electric apparatus can be disconnected) 把照明分电箱内的塑壳开关或隔离开关分断,用500V兆欧
35、表测量。所有绝缘极对地之间的绝缘电阻至少为20M。(卸去用电设备) 9.2 Set point of circuit protections are to be verified. 确定回路保护装置。 9.3 Inspect the lamps and accessory in all compartments and room. They shall be in good condition. 按照照明系统图检查各区域和房间的灯具、属具,都应处于良好的工作状态。9.4 Lights cable glands rubber packing should be of cable size to
36、maintain a proper and tight seal condition. Inspect connection and wiring. Supply cables should be grounded at both ends and cable grounding to be properly connected. 灯具的填料函橡皮圈应与电缆匹配,以保证电缆紧固。检查接线完整。电源电缆两端应正确接地。9.5 Emergency lights (Explosion-proof) cable connections are to be verified as built in ac

Insulation resistance of control panel shall be measured and record
41、ed. 卸去可能损坏的元件的线路及各分路的断路器,测量并记录控制板绝缘电阻.10.2 Navigation light test航行灯试验The mooring test and trials ensure compliance with the following requirements.系泊试验和航行试验要满足下列几项要求:10.2.1 For each lamp of the navigation light(as specified in attached table ),verify type approval certification in accordance with st
42、atutory requirements(COLREG) 逐个检查航行灯(见附表)的型号、规格必须符合要求(国际海上避碰规则).10.2.2 Verify that navigation lights are supplied via dedicated distribution/control switchboard , placed on bridge(or in the "chart room "). 检查航行灯内部的支路回路和控制板回路.10.2.3 Verify that navigation light switchboard is supplied by tw
43、o alternative circuits:-one from the main source of power -one from the emergency source of power with automatic change-over switch. Verify insulation resistance of the switchboard supply circuits (>= 10M).检查航行灯的开关灵活性,且电源由两路分开单独供应: 一路从主配板供应;另一路从应急配电板供应;带自动切换开关。并测量两路配电板的绝缘电阻(不小于10M)。 10.2.4 Verify
44、 function test of alarms in case of the switchboard's power supply failures. 在失电状态下,测试航行灯的"故障报警"功能.10.2.5 Verify that each light is connected to the switchboard with multi-pole circuit breaker,multi-pole fused circuit breaker ,or with multi-pole switch and fuses in each of the phase. 确
45、认每一路航行灯的开关板;需带有双相断路器;双级熔断器;或双级开关且每个都有保险丝。10.2.6 Verify that overload and short circuit protection for each of these circuits is correlated with the supply circuit in such a way that discriminative action of the protection devices is ensured. Verify set point of short circuit and overload protection
46、for each of the light. 检验每一路在过载和短路保护的情况下,应有单独一路的保护装置。 把测试点放在短路和过载保护的电路上,逐个检验航行灯的工作状态。10.2.7 Verify insulation resistance of the navigation light's electrical circuits. 检测航行灯的绝缘电阻。10.2.8 Verify proper (secured)installation of the lamps and their fixtures, each linking and cable connections of eac
47、h of the light . 确认航行灯正确安装,并且检查每一盏灯的完整性。10.2.9 For each of the switched-on light verify function of the automatic monitoring device giving visual indication of: -light on/off status -light failure 检验航行灯在通电情况下,检查自动监测装置的显示功能:航行灯接通电源状态;航行灯故障状态;Note : Visibility sector of the light should be observed by
