1、14#设备房TS防水卷材施工方案一、工程概况：裕升璞院住宅楼工程位于日照市太原路西侧、天津路北侧，由山 东裕升置业有限公司开发，日照市天衡工程咨询有限公司监理，我公 司负责总承包施工，本工程 14#设备房位于工地西北角，为地下一层 设备用房，基础底板设计为250mm?防水混凝土，板底及外墙为 2层 共1.4厚TS卷材防水。二、编制依据：1 .裕升璞院14#设备房设计图纸2 .地下工程防水技术规范 GB50108-20083 .GB 18173.1-2012高分子防水材料 三、材料选用：1 .聚乙烯丙纶400克防水卷材，GB18173-1-2012标准防水卷材。2 .辅助材料：107专用胶，水泥

6、果非常干燥，需在基面表层喷水保养。5 .地面和卷材涂胶要均匀一致，不得漏涂，拉直后压实刮平。六、防水层的施工与操作：施工顺序应按照先底板后墙面，先附加层后大面，先基坑后大底 板面施工，大面施工时可由中间向两端施工。5.1 施工条件(1)聚乙烯丙纶防水卷材施工温度宜在 5c以上25c以下进行， 雨天、雪天、5级风及以上天气禁止施工，在施工中遇到雨天要做好 防雨措施。(2)找平层验收合格，基层在潮湿的情况下只要无明水便可施工。6.2聚乙烯丙纶防水卷材的粘贴与铺设应按以下规定操作(1)地下防水层施工前，应先做好节点、附加层部位的处理，然 后由最低标高处向上施工。(2)聚乙烯丙纶防水卷材粘贴前，在铺设

11、接缝边缘再涂刷一层水泥胶 浆将接缝密封严实，接缝不允许有露底、打皱、翘曲、起空现象。(7)立面卷材粘贴必须纵向粘贴，自上向下对正，自下向上排气 压实，要求基层与卷材同时水泥涂胶，卷材满粘。(8)立面卷材粘贴时每道施工高度为 2m,每道防水施工完成后应 进行回填，回填完成后再进行下一道防水施工。6.3特殊部位的处理(1)卷材收头处理：卷材收头是卷材防水层的关键部位，处理不 好极易张口、翘边、脱落。(2)阴阳角处理：在阴阳角处，先铺贴增强附加层，附加层宽度为500mm在附加层验收合格后方可进行大面积第一遍施工，第一遍验收合格后方可进行第二遍施工，长短向搭接不得小于100mm对于穿墙管洞处应先做附加

16、e.l systma.suevisinmeca nsm s not p.ec, a ae not vey -nda"., Ente prie beavi or a. make pl3 -底板立面挡土墙采用先刷水泥胶浆紧跟着铺贴卷材，再用刮板从 下向上刮贴，达到水泥胶浆均匀密实。挡土墙上部第一遍预留300mm 宽，第二步预留500mmg,以便于墙面施工时搭接。6.4涂胶与铺设卷材注意事项(1)水泥胶浆涂刮后应随即铺贴卷材，防止时间过长胶中的水份 散失影响粘接质量。(2)用刮板排气刮实卷材的同时应注意检查卷材下面有无硬性颗 粒及其它物质将卷材垫起，如有应将其取出重新粘贴。已铺设完的 防水

17、层在水泥胶浆具备一定强度前应避免人员在上部来回踩踏，以 免卷材起鼓。防水层验收合格后，应尽快进行下道工序的施工。(3)卷材必须平整粘贴于找平层上，不得起皱、翘边，粘贴面积应达85蛆上。(4)卷材施工温度高于25c时，应立即向施工后的卷材表面喷水 降温和遮盖养护，防止卷材变形起鼓。七、防水层检测试验：防水层施工完毕后，由于是地下无法进行蓄水和淋水试验，只能注意检查，发现疑点及时处理。八、资料的整理：提供合格证、检测报告、施工记录等资料。九、施工现场管理：1 .施工现场必须达到工完场净。2 .施工不能在雨季进行，因此在施工前必须注意天气情况。me -Wk,t he cuage to take -o

21、poliica i in3 .施工作业和检查人员不得穿皮鞋、带钉子的鞋防止破坏防水卷 材。4 .防水卷材在施工现场应集中立放， 统一管理，有防止雨淋等措 施。5、施工人员必须带安全帽。6 .材料堆放处、库房、防水作业区必须配备消防器材，施工现场严禁抽烟。7 .施工人员搭配需合理。8 .防水作业人员通过培训考试合格后方可上岗；施工作业人员上 岗必须并穿戴防护用品（口罩、工作服、工作鞋、手套、安全帽等）， 按规程操作，不得违章作业。9 .施工人员在基坑中休息时需远离防水保护墙，不得在防护墙上 行走。10 .出入基坑必须走规定的坡道爬梯。高处作业人员必须有安全 可靠的脚手架，并必须系好安全带。11
