系泊与航行试验大纲(轮机)

1、一、 总则.General1、为了确保船舶的建造质量,检验船舶性能,保证试验顺利进行,特制定轮机部分大纲。本大纲参照“海船系泊及航行试验通则(GB/T 3471 -1995”制定。1. To determine the fabrication quality of the ship, examine the sea going performance of the ship and determine this trial carried out well, the mooring test and the sea trial of machinery part is intended. Th

2、is program refer to “DOCK AND SEA TRIAL PROGRAM OF THE VESSEL(GB/T 3471 -1995”.2、试验由船舶制造部门主持,并会同现场验船师、船舶使用部门和设计部门的人员参加。2.This test is taken charge by the ship manufacture department and ships operators and design department to attend on the scene jointly with the Surveyor.3、试验应在下列条件具备后进行:3. 3、ll be carried out in accordance with the following condition:3.1系泊试验前应由制造部门向验船部门和使用部门提供机电设备、船舶各系统材质及船用产品检验合格证件,制造过程中的各种试验证件及装船后的试验安装测量记录卡以便交验。3.1 Before the mooring test ,manufacturers should send to operators and class by approved certificates of machine electricity equipments, ships material , shi

4、ps and navigate product, all kinds of test document while manufacturing and the installation record card after shipment.3.2系泊试验和航行试验所使用的测试仪器和仪表应具有国家有关主管机构签发的有效合格证件。3.2 All kind of test instrumentation and gauges applicator during mooring test and sea trial should be provided with the efficiency appr

5、oved certificate checked by the supervisor organization of Nation.4、试验分为系泊试验和航行试验两个阶段进行,系泊试验应在船舶各项的工程安装完毕后进行。航行试验是在全船各项工程全部竣工,系泊试验合格,取得验船部门同意后方可进行。The test is divided into two parts: the mooring test and sea trial, the mooring test shall be run after completing installation of engine in the vessel.

6、The sea trial shall be carried out after completion of the vessel, check of the mooring test and class admitted.5、试验后由制造部门将各种试验记录、报告、结论及完工图纸送验船部门、船舶使用部门及设计部门存查。5. After test, manufacture department shall send various test record, report, conclusion and the complete diagram to class, operators and de

7、sign department file for reference.二、 系泊试验、Mooring test1、舵装置及舵机试验1. The test of rudder installation and steering engine1.1试验条件1.1 trial conditiona、舵机及操舵系统安装完好,舵机机械零位正确无误,操舵器与舵叶之间的指示误差应符合产品技术条件的要求;a. rudder engine and steering system are installed integrally and check the correctness of rudder engine

8、s zero ,the indication error between steering machine and rudder blade shall be complied with requirement of technical condition .b、液压系统的溢流阀、缓冲阀、程序阀等按图纸要求调试完毕;b. Flood valve ,cushion valve and order valve of hydraulic system shall be debug in accordance with the requirement of drawings.c、安全阀校验合格;c c

9、heck of safety valved、舵装置的报警系统,包括动力源失电、断相、过载、控制电源失电、油类失压、油柜低液位及自动偏舵等模拟试验合格。d. Check tests of rudder device alarm system, which included electric power source failure, phase failure overload, control power source lose, oil pressure failure, oil tank low level and autopilot by simulation.1.2试验内容及程序1.2

10、 Test content & programThe electro-hydraulic steering engine shall be run for not less than 30 min under no-load condition, and check it as follow:a、检查舵角指示器、操舵器与舵叶之间的误差,检查时自中间位置向两舷转舵,舵角每增加5°核对一次,其舵叶与舵角指示器之间的误差应不大于±1°,并作记录;a. Examine the error between the rudder angle indicator 、st

11、eering machine and the rudder blade, The rudder turn from amidship position to two shipboard when testing, Collate when the rudder angle increase each 5°, with the error between the rudder blade and the rudder angle indicator shall be not more than±1°, then record it.b、检查舵角电气限位器动作的正确性

12、,应能使舵叶转至左、右舷各35°处停止;机械限位器的安装位置为36.5°。b. check the correctness of rudder angle gas limiters, The rudder blade turn to port andstarboard 35°and stop ,installation location of mechanical rudders stops is 36.5°.pumps ;examine the operation of hydraulic system, temperature rise of bea

13、ring and vibration; check whether have abnormal noise and leakiness during oil pump working. When doing continual steering, the angle turn form 0°to 35°port, 35°port to 35°stb,and carry out alternately ,finally to 0°,but not less than 10 round, preliminary measure the needed

21、、油污水分离装置效用试验中,应测量记录分离后水的含油量。b. Measure oil in separated water and record during test.4、压载系统试验4. Ballast System test4.1试验条件4.1 trial conditiona、压载系统经密性试验合格;b、压载泵或管路上的安全阀校验合格。a. 23、systems5.1试验条件5.1 trial conditiona、各生活系统的管路及设备安装完好,并密性试验合格;b、各水柜清洗完毕;c、安全阀及减压阀校验合格;d、各压力水柜的水位及各泵的控制调整完毕;e、按设计要求调整好热水柜的温度调节阀。使热水温度保持在60°70c°左右。a. after pipeline and equipment of each service sys.are installed ,take the efficient test.b. each water tank must be washed.c. check of relief valv
