1、HTR系列高压热变电阻软起动装置一、概述 HTR系列高压热变电阻软起动装置(简称热变电阻)用于大中型高压鼠笼交流异步电动机或异步起动的高压同步电动机,作电阻降压起动之用。使用该装置起动的电机具有起动电流小且恒定、转矩逐步增加的软起动特性,起动过程中无电流冲击和机械冲击,起动时对电网影响小,无电磁干扰、是起动电抗器和自耦降压起动器的理想替代产品, 相对于大容量高压变频软起动而言,又具有明显的操作简单、免维护、无谐波污染等优势。 高压热变电阻软起动装置广泛用于电压等级3kV、6kV、10kV,功率范围250kW45000kW甚至更大容量电机的降压软起动。 该装置采用五项专利技术,技术水平国内领先。

2、专利号:ZL 97 2 41662.X ZL 99 2 45458.X ZL 03254078.XZL 02290367.X ZL 03254077.X。二、正常工作条件环境温度:上限50(24小时平均气温不超过45),下限5;相对湿度不超过85%;海拨高度不超过1000M;应放置室内无剧烈振动及冲击且垂直倾斜度不超过5°的场合;安装场所不允许有导电尘埃及腐蚀性气体;没有火灾及爆炸危险。注: 海拨高度超过1000m的地区,用户订货时应予说明。三、型号说明四、产品特点4.1 工作原理高压热变电阻软起动装置由具有负温度特性的三相平衡电阻组成。当该电阻通入电流时,电阻体温度逐步升高而电阻值

3、逐步减小,从而使电机端电压逐步升高,起动转矩逐步增加,以实现电机平稳起动且降低起动电流的目的。该装置可与高压软起动控制柜、隔离柜、切换柜、星点控制柜组成,成套供应,接入电机起动回路,具有起动电动机和完成电机起动过程中的保护的功能。4.2 性能特点根据产品性能及不同配置,我们将高压热变电阻软起动装置分为HTR3、HTR4、HTR6三大系列,以满足不同用户的需要。具体性能特点见表一,也可根据用户要求作相应调整。HTR3、HTR4、HTR6系列均具有以下基本性能特点:1)恒电流,软起动:起动电流为电机额定运行电流的2.03.5倍,降低了电机起动发热,有效地延长电机使用寿命;2)确保一次起动成功,不受

13、R6-32000220003200089000×2000×2800151360HTR6-450003200045000810800×2000×2800201510五、安装及调试1)安装注意事项:1热变电阻最好安装在独立、安全的地方。2安装地面应水平,热变电阻应配槽钢基座,槽钢基座水平,误差小于0.2%,热变电阻和基座槽钢采用焊接方式固定,电缆根据方案与用户要求采用不同出线方式。3安装完后应作绝缘电阻检测和耐压试验。4热变电阻可能有几个分离的柜体(或箱体),安装时应保证按要求布置。2)电阻液配置:1了解电网参数(最小短路容量、固定负荷等)及继电保护整定值、

14、电机参数、负载参数。2根据负载参数确定起动电流倍数,烧结风机取33.5倍,压缩机、轴流风机取2.53倍(详见表五),与用户协商起动电流倍数和起动时间,计算热变电阻阻值。表五:负载类型烧结风机离心风机高炉风机(高速增压离心)旋转式压缩机轴流风机往复式压缩机罗茨风机起动电流倍数Ki33.52.83.52.83.522.5起动时间40S60S30S40S30S40S10S20S六、维护警告! 维护工作只能由训练有素的专职人员执行。1) 注意事项1电阻值的调整应在生产厂家的的指导下进行。2电机起动过程中的保护整定应能覆盖起动时间,同时应有其它保护方式确保电机起动过程的安全。3本热变电阻适用于不频繁起动

15、场所,允许电动机连续三次起动或累计起动时间不大于120S。4每次起动之前应检查电阻器的液位是否在正常位置,柜内及接线端有无异常。5定期检查项目对地耐压(工频耐压)。按表六进行,时间为1min。6严格按照操作步骤,启动完毕后必须使高压热变软起动装置脱离带电状态。2)保养维护1应保持配电间及柜体的干燥,清除柜内设备上的灰尘杂物。2器件活动部位应有干净的润滑油。3热变电阻运行参数不得超过铭牌指定值。4热变电阻每隔六个月应检查一次,检查全部紧固螺栓有无松动,接线有无脱落,以及频繁使用的二次控制器件,检查联锁是否有效等。出现问题及时调整。5经常检查液体液位是否在规定的范围之内,若液位太低应加适量清水保持

16、液位。七、包装、运输、贮存及开箱检查1包装要求依据用户可选用简易包装,国内包装及出口包装要求。2电阻柜不可躺倒搬运,以免损坏柜体及绝缘箱体,搬运及存放倾斜角不宜超过15°,特殊要求请另行与制造厂家协商。用叉车或吊车搬运包装箱,搬运时应避免撞击,起吊时应按储运标志吊装。3贮存时应避免日晒及雨淋。4开箱前应检查包装是否完好,破损严重应与运输单位交涉,或与我公司联系。开箱起吊柜体时,应勾在柜顶的吊环上。起吊时候应该采用4点吊装,并保证4点受力均匀,以免柜体受力不匀而变形。八、订货须知:1所配电机型号、功率、电压、电流、堵转电流、转速、起动转矩倍数、最大起动转矩倍数、电机及负载GD2、母线最

17、小短路容量、负载阻力矩变化曲线、所配设备名称及工作制要求;2所选电机的高压起动主回路方案、拼柜排列图、配电室平面布置图;3特殊要求请另行与制造厂家协商。HTR Series of High-voltage Thermal Resistor 1 OverviewHTR Series High-Voltage thermal resistor (brief in HTR hereinafter) is suitable for large-capacity high-voltage AC squirrel-cage asynchronous motors or high-voltage synch

18、ronous motors with asynchronous starting, used to reduce the starting voltage. The motor started with this device has characteristic that starting current is little and constant, torque gradually increase, and the process of starting has no current impact and mechanical shock, little impact on the e

19、lectricity grid, and no electromagnetic interference. HTR is an ideal alternative of starting reactor and autotransformer starter products. Compared to the large capacity high-voltage frequency soft starter, it is also has advantages of simple operation, maintenance-free, non-harmonic pollution and

20、others. HTR is widely used for soft start of high voltage motor in voltage level of 3KV, 6KV, 10kV, and power level of 250kW to 45000kW or even greater capacity. 23、4 Product features4.1 Working principleHTR is composed of the three phase equilibrium negative temperature resistance. When current through the resistor, resistor temperature gradually increases and resistance values gradually reduces so that motor terminal voltage gradually increase and starting to

24、rque gradually increase to achieve a purpose of smooth start and low motor starting current. The device works with high-voltage soft start control cabinet, isolation cabinet, switching cabinet and star point control cabinet. Being connected in motor starter circuit, complete the starting of motors a

25、nd motor protection in the process of starting.4.2 Performance featuresAccording to product performance and the different configuration plan, we divide HTR into HTR3, HTR4, HTR6 three series to meet the needs of different users. See Table 1 to know about specific performance characteristics, in acco

HTR should be installed on channel steel base. Channel steel base level error should be less than 0.2%. HTR and channel steel base are fixed b

47、out.(2) Resistor liquid configuration:1 Learn about grid parameters (minimum short circuit capacity, fixed load, etc.) and relay protection setting value, the electrical parameters, and load parameters.2 To determine starting current multiples according to load parameters, such as sintering fan from
