14、0磅大锤20个，小锤若干个，风镐4个；8个水泵、8个打夯机、 10辆自卸车、手推车若干、两台水准仪及卷尺等；人员配置：普工30人、石工30人、电工1人、机修工2人、测量工 4人、保洁工8人等配合工种。3.2 施工工艺：总施工工艺：破除原有施工灌注桩的地面硬化层一承台土方一破桩 头一运输。细部工艺：施工准备一施工方案-安全技术交底 （含桩位图）一依据 现场坐标和高程点（士 0.000）测量放线-质量记录-设置基坑周边排水 系统一深承台井点降水（承台底标高超过9.6m时，泵吸至城市排水网） 一承台上下口测量放线（见开挖放线示意图，其中a为上下口线的水平距 离）一承台土方第一次机械开挖至桩顶标高一确

23、，合格后开始由人工挖除17 cm厚予留桩间土，用尺量好50 cm标准尺杆，随时校核基底标高，并在清理好的梢边上放好梢边线。4.1.6 人工清运土体倒退进行，若手推车不得不在挖好的基底土上行走时，必须垫好木板或厚铁皮，不得扰动基底土4.1.7 施工中对标准桩、观测点应加以保护4.1.8为防止地下水或雨水浸泡梢底,沿基坑边30 cm外设置50 cm宽临时排水明沟，并在转角处设临时积水坑,坑内配备4台水泵，随时抽出坑内Fuuedeve -:oe ectS -d oppor uite S, to cra. a g积水。 现场预备足量彩条布用于下雨时土体边坡覆盖用。4.1.9破桩头：清理桩间土一桩头控制

24、标高：防水保护层上50 mm-剥离钢筋笼主筋一清理一桩身防水保护层上 50 mm处凿开50- 100加深的硅梢 一破除桩头一恢复钢筋笼主筋位置一桩头清理外运一桩位复核。清凿桩头紧跟随土方开挖进行施工，要求不损伤设计桩顶标高以下部分的桩体，桩头表面平整，不出现凸头形状，先采用风镐凿除，留150mm高左右人工仔细凿除平整。桩顶标高严格按设计承台标高进行控制，在桩身用水准仪抄3 个水平点，连成水平线，采用手提切割锯进行切割，然后用刚钻人工凿出边槽。在水平凿除桩头时，杜绝过大的水平力，防止断桩。清桩头时，桩头部分的松散砼或浮浆必须清除干净，清至砼密实层。首先在桩身的侧面用人工钻水平方向凿50100mm

25、深沟梢，然后采用风镐自上而下进行凿除作业，必须保证不冲击破坏有效桩体。桩清好后，严防重型机械行走或扰动，防止使桩头压松造成桩顶砼不成形。桩间土开挖应避免扰动基础持力层土，开挖后的标高允许偏差值为0, 25 mm,平整度为 20 mm。不允许横向重锤凿桩，桩体清除允许偏差士25 mm。桩身防撞措施：挖掘机在现场工长的引导下按照桩位图机械开挖。5主要管理措施5.1 基坑的防护5.1.1 施工现场应有专职负责安全的安全员和专职电工。5.1.2 在基坑周围用48钢管设置一道护身栏杆。基坑上口边 1m范围内 不许堆土、堆料和停放机具。在基坑上口5m范围内不许重车停留。各施工人员严禁翻越防护栏杆。基坑施工
