1、精选优质文档-倾情为你奉上导游情景英语教学大纲一、 课程性质与内容本课程是面向旅游管理专业的专业课程。是一门实用型选修课程，面向旅游行业第一线，旨在培养学生较强的旅游接待能力，能够为将来成为高素质技能型旅游行业英语人才打下基础。三大技能并重,即语言技能,知识技能和职业应用技能.通过系统学习旅游涉及的英语词汇,会话, 及旅游知识, 使学生了解旅游接待所包含项目和分类,掌握一定旅游知识, 提高旅 游会话能力, 及提高其它涉及旅游的讲解演示能力及口译笔译能力.在本课程结束时, 能就不同的旅游情景进行恰当的交谈, 能就旅游话题及名胜古迹进行连贯介绍表达, 语音语法基本正确, 语言基本得体。二、 教学内

2、容及要求本课程内容可根据旅游业职业岗位要求整合分为四个部分。 第一部分：导游业务服务程序，包括介绍、对话、实用训练。第二部分：导游业务中常见的预防和对突发事件的应急处理，包括案例、分析、对话和实用训练。第三部分：中国历史文化、社会、宗教等一般性知识，包括课文和问题。第四部分：国内著名景点详细介绍及编写导游词，包括如何描述景点、景点描述的范例、问题和实用训练。四个部分每一章节后都附有大量的练习题，强调通过练习来学习。同时给出一些热点导游问题。这些问题都来自于实践，都是旅游从业人员应该掌握和学习的重要知识。具有很强的针对性和时代感。实训是教学重点，因此要查找资料，搭建实训教学体系，具体操作如下：有
