2、论：周末如何过得更有意义，合理进行课外活动的频率和怎样能更有效地提高英语成绩。二、教学内容分析本单元以“How often do you exercise?”为话题展开教学活动。首先设计任务，了解学生周末做什么事情，然后让学生学会使用频率副词的用法，如：always, usually, often, sometimes ,hardly ever, never. 其次学会描述自己或他人的生活方式，通过学习动词及动词短语,如：shop, exercise, read, go to the movies, watch TV, surf the Internet, etc.创设贴近教学内容、学生实际说

3、的教学情景， 使学生主动、积极参与，让学生在“小组互动、合作探究”学习的过程中完成任务，体验成功而获得的喜悦，培养学生的团队精神，从而培养和提高学生综合运用英语的能力。三、教学目标知识目标：1、Words: always, usually, often, sometimes ,hardly ever, never, once, twice2、Phrases: how often, three or four times, once a month, twice a week3、Sentences: A: What do you do on weekends?
