工程安装合同

1、工程安装合同於 年 月 日 甲方）舆 （筒稍乙方），签言丁安装 的项目合同。1 . 安装工程名稍 : O2 . 工程地黑占：甲方 港口。3 .工程范 H :本合同所附匮 I 名氏及估僵罩。4 . 完工期限：本安装工程将配合甲方 在甲方港口建造工程完工彳麦 天内，完成安装工程，其中包括 就施行。5 . 安装工程备息僵格： 美元整。6 . 安装工程付款 it 度：第一期：甲方在本合同 八始八施畤，付幻乙方工程名息僵15%, 即 美元整。第二期：甲方在 港口造船工程 II 始日寺，付左合乙方工程各息僵 15%,即 美元整 ；第三期：在安装管路日寺，甲方付 2 合乙方工程备息僵的 10%, 即 _ 美

2、元整。第四期：在主檄的主要工地畤，甲方付会合乙方工 程备 息僵的 40%, 即 美元整；第五期：在安装工程完隼畤，甲方付幻乙方工程八僵的10%, 即美元整；第六期：在工程 八收合格彳麦，甲方付幻乙方工程的10%,即 美元整。7 .款：因乙方原因未卒畤完工畤，雁由乙方 八责，B付款，每天按备息僵的 1 制算，即 美元整。8 .增加或减少工程：若甲方需修改、增加或减少其工程言十割畤，名息僵之增减，雁按燮方规定之 twat 算。若需新增加工程 量， 燮方雁另行饷商新增加工程之罩僵。若甲方因修改原言十 割而 瘠已完工部分工程或已as抵工地之材料八置，甲方在八收彳 麦，雁 按燮方规定的 乙方已完成的工程
