1、口译员职业道德准则AIIC: Code of Professional Ethics. Purpose and ScopeArticle 1This Code of Professional Ethics (hereinafter called the "Code") lays down thestandards of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality which all members oftheAssociationshallbeboundtorespectintheirworkasconferenceinte

2、rpreters.Candidates shall also undertake to adhere to the provisions of this Code.The Council, acting in accordance with the Regulation on Disciplinary Procedure,shall impose penalties for any breach of the rules of the profession as defined inthis Code.II. Code of Honour Article 2Members of the Ass

3、ociation shall be bound by the strictest secrecy, which mustbe observed towards all persons and with regard to all information disclosed inthe course of the practice of the profession at any gathering not open to thepublic.Membersshallrefrainfromderivinganypersonalgainwhatsoeverfromconfidential info

4、rmation they may have acquired in the exercise of their dutiesas conference interpreters.Article 3Members of the Association shall not accept any assignment for which they arenot qualified. Acceptance of an assignment shall imply a moral undertaking onthe member's part to work with all due profe

5、ssionalism.Any member of the Association recruiting other conference interpreters, be theymembers of the Association or not, shall give the same undertaking.Members of the Association shall not accept more than one assignment for thesame period of time.Article 4Members of the Association shall not a

6、ccept any job or situation which mightdetract from the dignity of the profession.They shall refrain from any act which might bring the profession into disrepute.Article 5For any professional purpose, members may publicise the fact that they areconference interpreters and members of the Association,

7、either as individuals oras part of any grouping or region to which they belong.Article 6It shall be the duty of members of the Association to afford their colleaguesmoral assistance and collegiality.Members shall refrain from any utterance or action prejudicial to the interests ofthe Association or

8、its members. Any complaint arising out of the conduct of anyothermemberoranydisagreementregardinganydecisionAssociation shall be pursued and settled within the Association itself.Any problem pertaining to the profession which arises between two or moremembersoftheAssociation,includingcandidates,mayb

9、etaken referredbythetotheCouncil for arbitration, except for disputes of a commercial nature.III. Working ConditionsArticle 7Withaviewtoensuringthebestqualityinterpretation,membersoftheAssociation:shall endeavour always to secure satisfactory conditions of sound, visibility andcomfort, having partic

10、ular regard to the Professional Standards as adopted bythe Association as well as any technical standards drawn up or approved by it;shall not, as a general rule, when interpreting simultaneously in a booth, workeither alone or without the availability of a colleague to relieve them should theneed a

11、rise;shall try to ensure that teams of conference interpreters are formed in such away as to avoid the systematic use of relay;shall not agree to undertake either simultaneous interpretation without a boothor whispered interpretation unless the circumstances are exceptional and thequality of interpr

12、etation work is not thereby impaired;shall require a direct view of the speaker and the conference room. They willthus refuse to accept the use of television monitors instead of this direct view,except in the case of videoconferences;shall require that working documents and texts to be read out at t

13、he conferencebe sent to them in advance;shall request a briefing session whenever appropriate;shallnotperformanyotherdutiesexceptthatofconferenceinterpreteratconferences for which they have been taken on as interpreters.Article 8MembersoftheAssociationshallneitheracceptnor ,afortiori,offerforthemsel

14、ves or for other conference interpreters recruited through them, be theymembers of the Association or not, any working conditions contrary to those laiddown in this Code or in the Professional Standards.IV.Amendment ProcedureArticle 9ThisCodemaybemodifiedbyadecisionoftheAssemblytakenwithatwo-thirds

15、majority of votes cast, provided a legal opinion has been sought onthe proposals.出师表两汉:诸葛亮先帝创业未半而中道崩殂, 今天下三分, 益州疲弊, 此诚危急存亡之秋也。然侍卫之臣不懈于内,忠志之士忘身于外者,盖追先帝之殊遇,欲报之于陛下也。诚宜开张圣听,以光先帝遗德,恢弘志士之气,不宜妄自菲薄,引喻失义,以塞忠谏之路也。宫中府中,俱为一体;陟罚臧否,不宜异同。若有作奸犯科及为忠善者,宜付有司论其刑赏,以昭陛下平明之理;不宜偏私,使内外异法也。侍中、侍郎郭攸之、费祎、董允等,此皆良实,志虑忠纯,是以先帝简拔以遗陛下:愚以为宫中之事,事无大小,悉以咨之,然后施行,必能裨补阙漏,有所广益。将军向宠,性行淑均,晓畅军事,试用于昔日,先帝称之曰愚以为营中之事,悉以咨之,必能使行阵和睦,优劣得所。“能 ”,是以众议举宠为督:亲贤臣, 远小人, 此先汉所以兴隆也; 亲小人, 远贤臣, 此后汉所以倾颓也。 先帝在时,每与臣论此事, 未尝不叹息痛恨于桓、 灵也。 侍中、尚书、 长史、 参军,此悉贞良死节之臣,愿陛下亲之、信之,则汉室之隆,可计日而待也。臣本布衣,躬耕于南阳,苟全性命于乱世,不求闻达于诸侯。先帝不以臣卑鄙,猥自枉屈,三顾臣于草庐之中,咨臣以当世之事,由是感激,遂许先帝以驱驰。后值倾覆,受任于败军之
