1、Configurations & Parameters配置与参数 - 配置选择与参数设置目的1.为了使 硬件与软件准确沟通2. 为了使整个系统工作精确3. 为了加强 提高 每个模块的工作效率Meaning of Configuration Parameter配置的意义 参数 配置是系统的基础而且是重要系数. 决定系统工作正确或者错误. 原因是 WEM 将首先读 配置然后往储存单元储存,并且不再重读那个配置. 配置系数用处在于设定如Mixer 的最大重量 或者某一个配料秤的最大接受重量等等Meaning of Configuration配置的意义* 注意 设定配置的原则? 1. 不会系统

2、操作中改变 2. 设定每个装置的工作3. 设定装置的顺序4. 设定操作员录用的权利 5. 设定系统的联络 (如 FMB,ARC,FMLR)Meaning of Parameter参数的意义 参数是决定每个部分工作的系数. 读系数将产生命令. 比如命令生产. 系统将读相关参数控制过程. 故每次修改参数后, 下一个循环才执行工作命令或者未工作的 WEM 按照工作前命令重新读参数. 4、中的数字是约数 (Divisor)计算的数据是( denominate) : 115,200 Kb./sec.Example: 115,200 / 6 = 19,200 Kb./sec. Divisor (约数)= 6 (CRT) 115,200 / 12 = 9,600 Kb./sec. 9、scharge gate closed. 3表示所有干混合原料都放入了混合机后开始干混合(料门关闭). Wetmix start Flags 湿混合开始标数- 0 or 1 are the same to start wet mix time when all dry ingredient are in and the dry mix time has complete. The liquids need not be complete .- 2 to start wet mix time when all dry ingredient are in and the dry mix time

10、has expired, all the liquids need have been injected into the mixer. This is the number that ap

14、pears on your batch report, if you are printing it. This number is used for the Stored batch, and Production run storage file. Stored Batch: This is where you enable the storage of stored batches. The stored batch number is the production run number plus the batch number of batches you ran. These st

15、ored batches will be located in the (y) directory, and require user report to report. The default is a No if you put nothing here.Scale Parameter混合机参数Meaning for some items.部分参数意义 Running Batch Number : This is the running batch number, as your batch this number will increment by 1 for each batch you produce. The number you see here is the next batch number. It will be incremented at the very beginning of a batch. Downstream Routing Interlock Enable : This is relative new in the standard program. What this does is give you an alarm window when the mixer is ready to discharge the 1s
