1、北京王府学校校长在2021新学期全体教职工大会上的讲话:勤于春耕,扬鞭奋蹄尊敬的各位老师,各校区全体教职员工: 大家好!随着牛年的到来,全体中国人开启了全新的征程。过去不平凡的一年,让全世界见证了中国速度,见证了大国的崛起和责任担当,卧龙的腾飞意味着中华儿女都将迎来了新的机遇,作为教育人、王府人,我们应当紧紧跟随国家复兴、文化复兴的历史脚步,抓住新时代国际教育发展新契机,从当下做起,从自身做起,切实做到以下几个方面: 第一,紧跟国家大政方针,发展创新步调一致。我们的事业要融入到国家发展战略,要坚决杜绝意志不坚定、教学不完善、课程改革不到位。我们要坚决贯彻执行党的教育方针,贯彻落实教育部最近出台

2、的教育新政策,贯彻执行国家课程与国际课程的融合发展战略,深度学习和理解国家的大政方针,从国家政策层面规范管理,提高教学质量,紧跟形势,适时转型,发展好我们的教育事业,做一个合格的、有权威的好教师。 第二,面对疫情的常态化,全体教职员工应严格执行国家政策,做到个人服从大局,强化疫情防控能力,与此同时,疫情已改变了传统的教育模式,王府人应完善信息系统,持续加强信息化建设,持续推进卫星课堂建设,做好线上线下教学衔接,顺应教育改革趋势,面向世界,面向未来,面向现代化,肩负起教师的伟大使命,把我们的学生培养好。 第三,尊重人才,人尽其才。从新学期开始,王府学校会通过提升教师待遇及福利政策等有效方式,最大

3、程度激发教师主观能动性,通过科学有效的激励政策优化教师队伍、释放最大团队效能,真正体现出每一名教师的价值,也希望全体教职员工,能以高度的教育责任感和以德树人的责任感,为教育事业贡献力量。 第四,提升任用标准,优化人才引进及流动机制。为积极保障王府优质教师队伍,王府学校会在人才招聘录用、人才培训、人才流动等各方面升级优化人力资源管理政策,建立更加科学完善的人才选用标准和教师任教资格标准,为“以人才培养人才”落实根本保障。 第五,保持自信,持续突破。目前,王府学校已荣耀获得了标志着国际一流权威及影响力的WASC认证,这是对我们王府人五年辛勤准备工作和王府学校长此以往优质教育教学能力的充分肯定。WA

4、SC认证的喜讯是对我们过去工作的最好总结,我们从此将拥有更先进的教育资源和更权威的国际人才引进资格,今后我们将以更高的标准开展教育工作,持续创新,追求突破,也只有这样我们才能勇立潮头。 第六,深入强化课程融合,提升王府知名度。作为基础教育课程改革实验基地,我们一直在深入推进实验区课程改革工作,创新教学模式,扎实推进研究,全面探索教育改革创新,真正体现了我们在申办王府学校初期时提出来的“教育豪华超市”。我们在课程改革、科研教学等方面得到了国家教育主管部门的高度认可与支持,因此,王府人必须肩负起国家国际课程融合全面发展的伟大使命,以绝对实力率先成为国际教育的一面旗帜,为提升王府教学知名度和打造国际

5、精英人才奋斗到底。 第七,教育教学再优化,突出办学特色。幼小初高各学部要针对自身的学部特点,以学生为中心,突出办学特色,避免千篇一律。我们要持续学习和贯彻党的教育方针,按照国家课程改革中心的标准去实施,创新教育新内容,发展教育新内涵。党员干部应率先垂范,积极引领,以自信的业务素质和专业的高精尖水平,不断地改进教育教学方法。 第八,王府学校已经在成都、三亚、运城、大连等多个城市建立校区,全国教育遍地开花,各个校区均具备良好的办学条件和声誉,随着各校区在当地教育届影响力的不断提升,王府的教育资源也在不断增值,但是,我们不能将校区数量作为我们的增值标准,而应以教学质量作为我们增值的标准。王府各校区应

6、紧紧跟随王府教育事业的发展步伐,不断优化完善,时刻以领先国际的人才培养标准要求自己。 第九,引进先进资源配置,全面满足学生需求。我们各校区要持续引进有经验、懂管理、懂运营、懂市场的高级管理干部,集团会以先进的资源配置、国际教育的统筹方式和国际教育的格局思维去满足各校区的发展需求,同时坚持贯彻执行教育部等八部委关于“开放教育、融合教育”的教育政策,汲取国际教育精华,实现国际教育和传统文化融合发展,古为今用,洋为中用,全力提升教学水平。 人间正道是沧桑。全体王府人要本着为人民服务、为实现人类命运共同体而不懈拼搏的价值理念,思想上同心、目标上同向、行动上同步,共同跑好王府历史的接力赛。新的学期已经到

7、来,愿全国各校区全体教职员工积极发扬孺子牛、拓荒牛、老黄牛精神,只争朝夕、不负韶华,共同实现教育教学改革的全面胜利。值此新春之际,向大家拜个晚年,祝大家心想事成,万事如意!谢谢! On February 24th, BRS Principal Wang Guangfa made a speech during the Faculty and Staff Meeting of Beijing Royal School on campus. This meeting was also livestreamed for BRSs branch schools in other cities in C

8、hina. Looking ahead to the new semester, Principal Wang shared his profound perspectives on BRSs future development and direction, and he stressed nine specific areas on which we should focus during the new semester: 1) The development of our school should maintain consistency with the innovation of

9、 national policy, so that our course of development can be integrated into the national development strategy. We must resolutely implement the new educational policies recently introduced by the Ministry of Education. We must also continue to carry out curriculum integration and reform and make cont

10、inuous efforts to improve teaching quality. In addition, we must encourage all teachers to continue growing professionally in the pursuit of BRSs mission. 2) The epidemic continues to test our skills of resilience, adaptability and flexibility. As we continue to face this incredibly challenging situ

11、ation, we should be prepared to utilize and create effective education methods in a timely and efficient manner. These include BRSs dedication to developing information technology to improve the quality of online teaching; being prepared to adapt to new ideas whenever challenges arise; maintaining a

12、ccessibility to the best teaching resources; and working diligently to provide our students with the best possible education. 3) Stable professional development of our teachers is one of the most important ingredients for BRS to flourish. Therefore, the school will give our teachers deep trust and r

13、espect that allows teachers to feel valued and able to invest themselves in the ongoing process with the school together. The school will definitely focus more on professional development and offer highly competitive salary and benefits packages. 4) Highly qualified faculty is the most important res

14、ource a school can possess. An abundance of this vital resource will ensure a schools prosperity and competiveness. Therefore, we are making the school a very satisfying place to work. Meanwhile, the school is setting strict standards for choosing teachers, providing a variety of training opportunit

15、ies, and offering more diverse positions and opportunities for our teachers. 5) Stay confident and keep breaking through. This year, Beijing Royal School received the full 6-year accreditation from the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). The 6-year WASC accreditation status demonstra

16、tes our schools commitment and competence to support high-quality student learning and ongoing school improvement. Our commitment and competence assures the educational community, the general public, and other organizations that we have met high standards of quality and effectiveness. Our success wi

17、th WASC accreditation is also a statement that Beijing Royal School is a trustworthy institution with high standards of education and academic integrity for student learning. 6) BRSs dedication to the integration and reform of our curriculum. As a Basic Education Curriculum Reform Pilot Area chosen

18、by the National Center for School Curriculum and Textbook Development of the Ministry of Education, BRS remains committed to building our academic curricula and focusing on research-based teaching. We encourage our teachers to actively participate in the curriculum integration and reform, and we als

19、o encourage them to invest themselves in the ongoing process of making BRSs education a standard for international education. 7) Each school division should highlight their own characteristics. In order to innovate and develop new educational materials, we should follow the standards of the National

20、 Center for School Curriculum and Textbook Development of the Ministry of Education. Party members and cadres should take the lead to enhance the quality of education and improve teaching methods to achieve high levels and standards. 8) At the present, BRS has branch schools in several cities in China, including Chengdu, Sanya, Yuncheng, and Dalian. As BRSs educational resources continue to increase in value, the quality of teaching and learning also serves as the standard by which we add value. The branch schools should follow closely with BRSs development, an
