5、ce. With the help of the prince named Edward, Tom got into the palace. Then, they changed their clothes. The real prince got out of the palace, and he saw a different world. He met John Canty (Tom s father) ,the thief, the stranger named Miles Hendon and so on. John Canty was rude. He treated Edward

6、 so badly. Miles Hendon saved him. While the true prince was wandering through the land, the old king died and Tom would become the new king. When the new king would be crowned, the real prince appeared. Edward answered Lord protectors questions. Finally, it was clear that Tom was not the true princ

7、e of England. Edward remembered that Miles Hendon saved him from harm, shame and maybe even death. So the king gave him much gold and many lands. The king saved some of the innocent prisoners he had met in the prison with Miles as well. He never forgot the important lessons he had learned during his travels. He knew about suffering and cruelty. I like this novel. The prince is brave. I believe he will become a good king. Different angles will see different society.
