Inhibition of gastric secretion(1) HCl : HCl acts d

11、irectly on the G-cell and inhibits gastrin release. HCl "D cells "somatostatin (生长抑素) "inhibits gastrin release. chyme in the duodenum decreases the acid secretion. This is a negative feedback mechanism to prevent overloading of the small intestine with acid content. 3. intrinsic subs
