Annual utilization hours is 7500h.输煤皮带系统概述Summary for belt conveyor system本工程来煤为厂外长皮带来煤,厂外长皮带来煤进入CCH-2号转运站。Incoming coal for the project is transported through long belt outside the plant , and enters in transfer station CCH-2.

8、电厂单台机组耗煤量为331t/h,按日运行小时数24h计,全厂1300MW机组日耗煤量7944t。本期建1个约267 米103 米的煤场,堆煤高度14.45 米,总贮煤量约145000吨。 可满足1300MW 机组共计15 天的耗煤量。Coal consumption for each unit: 331t/h, daily coal consumption for 1300MW based on operating hours(24hs): 7944t. One coal yard (about 267 meter103meter) for this power plant built, p

9、ile height: 14.45meters, total storage amount about 145000t which can supply 1x300MW unit for 15 days储煤场内设置1台斗轮堆取料机,采用折返式布置,下设BC-2胶带输送机。斗轮堆取料机堆料出力800t/h,取料出力800t/h,回转半径40m。另外在煤场配备2台推煤机、1台装载机用于煤场整平和煤场辅助作业。1 bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer of zig zag arrangement is set in the coal yard, with BC-2b belt

The bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer has output of 800t/h /h, reclaimer output of 800t/h and turning radius of 40 m.In addition, 2 coal pushers are set on the coal yard, and 1 loader is set for leveling and auxiliary operatioin of the coal yard.(三)破碎设备燃煤从煤矿将尺寸200mm的褐煤进入电厂,电厂安装在CCH

11、-2的破碎设备为二级破碎系统设1 台布料器额定出力800 t/h,最大出力1000 t/h,上口9001500mm,下口9602850mm,高2500mm,带软连接。和一台PHB1626MVD型可逆式锤式破碎机,额定出力Q=800 t/h,最大出力1000 t/h,机壳设液压驱动开启装置,配置振动、轴承温度转速、壳体闭合安全监测装置。进料粒度0-200mm(其中3%-5%大于300mm),出料粒度0-40mm,95%,电动机功率710KW,电压6KV。(III)Screening and crushing equipmentThrough first-stage of screening an

12、d crushing in the coal mine, the lignite with size smaller than 200 mm enters into the power plant. The screening and crushing equipment set 1 distributor for second-stage of screening and crushing system, with rated output of 800 t/h and max output of 1000 t/h, with upper opening of 9001500 mm and

13、lower opening of 9602850 mm and height of 2500 mm, with soft connection. In addition, a reversible hammer crusher PHB1626MVD is set, with rated output Q=800 t/h and max output of 1000 t/h, the hydraulic opening device is set on the enclosure and equipped with vibration, bearing temperature and speed

14、, enclosure closing safety monitor. The feed granularity is 0200mm (where 3%5% are bigger than 300mm) and discharge granularity is 040mm (accounts for 95%). The motor power is 710KW with voltage of 6KV.安装在CCH3储煤斗下为三级筛碎系统设4 台布料器,额定出力400 t/h,最大出力500 t/h,上口2865955mm,下口2866672mm,高2500mm,带软连接。和4台PHB1628M

15、VD型可逆式锤式破碎机,双路布置,额定出力Q=400 t/h,最大出力500 t/h,机壳设液压驱动开启装置,配置振动、轴承温度转速、壳体闭合安全监测装置。进料粒度0-40mm,95%,出料粒度0-25mm,(其中颗粒度3mm约占50%),电动机功率710KW,电压6KV。The coal hopper sets 4 distributors for the third-stage of screening and crushing system, with rated output of 400 t/h and max output of 500 t/h, with upper openin

(四)胶带输送机系统电厂从煤矿皮带输送机至煤场的输送系统、从煤

18、场至主厂房原煤仓的输送系统,除煤仓间BC-8带式输送机外,其它带式输送机的规格为B=1200mm,V=2.5m/s, Q=800t/h;煤仓BC-8带式输送机的规格为B=1400mm,V=2.0m/s, Q=800t/h;除BC-2及BC-3和BC-4带式输送机为单路布置外BC-1LR、BC-5LR、BC-6LR、BC-7LR、BC-8LR带式输送机均为双路布置。一路运行,一路备用。并具有双路同时运行的条件。(IV) Ruuber belt conveyor systemExcept for belt conveyor BC-8 in the bunker bay, the conveyor

19、system of the power plant from the coal mine belt conveyor to the mine yard and from the mine yard to prime bunker bay of main power plant are all of specifications of B=1200mm,V=2.5m/s and Q=800t/h; belt conveyor BC-8 in the coal bunker bay is of specification of B=1400mm,V=2.0m/s and Q=800t/h; exc

20、ept for BC-2,BC-3 and BC-4 belt conveyors which have single-way arrangement, all other belt conveyors are dual-way arrangement, one for operation and one for standby and these conveyors are equipped with conditions of carrying dual-way simultaneous operation. (五)辅助设施1.电磁除铁器电厂设置3级除铁器,分别在BC-3#带式输送机的头部

21、、煤场的BC-2带式输送机头部、碎煤机室后的BC-6LR带式输送机头部设有悬挂带式电磁除铁器,用来除去煤流中的铁块。在BC-3、BC-4、BC-5LR、BC-6LR、BC-7LR带式输送机的中部安装LJT-12型金属探测仪,适应带宽B=1200mm,用于保护碎煤机和磨煤机。(V) Auxiliary facilities1. Electric magnetic iron remover3 stages of iron removers are set for the power plant, respectively at the head of the BC-3# belt conveyor

22、, the head of the BC-2# belt conveyor on the coal yard, and the head of the BC-6#LR belt conveyor in the coal breaker room, of which the last one is hanging belt type electric magnetic iron remover for removing the briquette in the coal flow.Install metal detector LJT-12 in the middle of BC-3,BC-4,B

23、C-5LR,BC-6LR and BC-7LR rubber belt conveyors, with adapting belt width B=1200mm, for protecting the coal crusher and coal mill.2.取煤样装置电厂在JT5转运站BC-7LR设置2套入炉煤取样装置,用于入炉煤取样。3.计量装置在厂外UC-5皮带机、BC-7LR胶带输送机中部共设置4台带循环链码校验装置的电子皮带秤,用于入厂煤和入炉煤的计量。2. 25、关。在每条胶带机两侧,每隔一段距离,设置防跑偏开关。在每路胶带机上分别设置速度监测器、煤流信号、纵向撕裂保护装置,在落煤管上防堵塞装置等。4. ProtectorEach rubber belt conveyor gateway is equipped with dual-direction puII cord switch. At both sides of each belt conveyor, belt sway switches are set every certain distance. Speed monitor, coal flow signal, longitudinal t

26、ear protector are set on eacy way of belt conveyor, and obstruction-proof device is seet on the coal dropping pipe, etc.5.检修起吊设施每条胶带机头部及其它重型设备上均设有电动葫芦;在一些轻型设备及胶带机尾部上部设置手动葫芦;在推煤机库检修间设置1台电动单梁起重机。5. Maintenance of lifting facilitiesElectric hoist is set on the head of each rubber belt conveyor and othe

27、r heavy equipments; manual hoists are set on some light equipment and at the tail of the belt conveyor; 1 electric single beam crane is set in the maintenance room of the coal pusher garage.6.输煤综合楼电厂输煤综合楼布置在碎煤机室附近,其中包括运煤检修间、运煤系统配电室、控制室、办公室、备品间、休息间、工具间等设施。7.推煤机库电厂推煤机库布置在煤场附近,其中包括1个推煤机检修位、3个停车位、备品间、休息

28、间、工具间等设施。6. Coal handling complex buildingCoal handling complex building is set near the coal crusher room, including coal handling maintenance room, distribution room of coal conveying system, control room, office, spare room, rest room and tool room, etc.7. Coal pusher garageThe coal pusher garage

29、 of the power plant is arranged nearby the coal yard, including 1 coal pusher maintenance station, 3 parking spaces, spare room, rest room and tool room, etc.(六)输煤系统控制输煤系统设备运行采用计算机程序控制,并配备工业电视监视。斗轮堆取料机采用机上半自动,半自动控制;为方便设备维修和调试,各设备设有就地控制装置。在各条胶带输送机上配置胶带输送机保护装置等,胶带输送机、筛碎、除铁等设备采用程序运行;入炉煤取样装置采用程序运行。(VI)

30、Control of coal conveying systemThe operation of equipments of coal conveying system is controlled by computer programme, together with industrial television monitoring. Bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer adopts on-board semi-automatic control method; for easy maintenance and commissioning of equipments

Each strip of belt conveyor is equipped with belt conveyor protector, etc., rubber conveyor, screening and crushing equipments and iron remover, etc. adopts program running; sampls er of fired coal adopts program running.(七)输煤系统运行的方式输煤系统按两

32、班制运行,每班平均运行时间约为7-8小时。输煤系统在CCH-2破碎机下、BC-2、BC-4、BC-6LR设置电动三通,以实现工艺流程的交叉切换。输煤系统CCH -3储煤斗采用2台单侧犁式卸料器卸煤,煤仓层采用双侧犁式卸料器卸煤,每个原煤仓配置2台犁式卸料器。(VII) Operation mode of coal conveying systemCoal conveying system operates in 2 shifts, with average operation time each shift about 78 h.Coal conveying system sets elect

33、ric tee under #1 crusher, BC-2, BC-4 and BC-6LR, to realize the cross switching between various process flows.Coal hopper of coal conveying system and coal bunker layer respectively uses 2 single-side plow unloaders and double-side plow unloader to unload the coal, and each prime coal hopper is equi

34、pped with 2 plow unloaders.(八)输煤系统的管理方式及注意事项输煤系统采用PLC程序控制,同时设就地手动操作装置,为确保系统安全运行,须注意以下几点:1.系统运行时应尽量避免交叉。2.电动三通应在胶带机停运状态下切换其位置。3.本地褐煤注意在雨季煤中水分达到50%,要控制好上煤量,加强设备监控,防止堵煤情况发生。(VIII)Management method and precautions to coal conveying systemCoal conveying system is controlled by PLC program together with l

35、ocal manual operation device, to ensure safety operation of the system, the following precautions shall be noted:1.Try to avoid crossing when the system is in operation.2.Switch the position of electric tee when the rubber belt conveyor stops.4.重视对胶带机各类保护装置的管理维护,损坏后应及时更换,确保系统正常运行。5.为了避免存煤的自燃,煤场堆取作业应

36、遵循先进先出的原则,存煤时间最长不得超过30天。6.斗轮堆取料机作业时应启动机上喷水装置来喷水雾抑尘。 4.Pay attention to the management and maintenance of various protectors of the belt conveyor, and give in time replacement if they are found damaged, so as to ensure the normal operation of the system.5. To prvent spontaneous combustion of coal, th

37、e piling and taking operation in coal yard shall abide by the rule of first-in first-out and the coal storage time shall not be longer than 30 days.6. The onboard water injector shall be started to suppress dust by water mist when the bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer is operating. 二、煤尘防治二、煤尘防治(一)输煤系统的

38、防尘和抑尘措施在储煤场上设置覆盖整个煤堆面积的喷洒设施,以防止煤尘飞扬。在各转运站、碎煤机室、煤仓间各落料点均设置除尘装置。在落差较大的各落煤管加装锁气器,在犁式卸料器漏斗处加装锁气挡板。II. Prevention and control of coal dustII. 40、l be installed at funnel of the plow unloader.(二)输煤系统清扫方式电厂输煤栈桥、各转运站、碎煤机室、煤仓间均采用真空清扫。(II) Coal conveying system cleaning methodCoal conveyor gallery, each transfer station, coal breaker room and coal bunker bay of the power plant shall adopt vaccum cleaning.三、燃油系统介绍三、燃油系统介绍电厂的锅炉点火及助燃燃料品种为轻柴油。本工程锅炉启动

41、和低负荷助燃所用的燃料为轻柴油,油区包括罐区、油泵房和汽车卸油区。罐区共设置2个500m3的轻柴油罐。油泵房共设置2台NM076BY01L06V轻柴油卸油泵(一运一备)、2台NM090SY04S24Z轻柴油供油泵(一运一备)、1台NM038BT01L06B污油泵、1台NM038BT01L06B燃油回收泵。油泵房设置1个燃油回收箱。燃油蒸汽伴热系统、蒸汽吹扫系统、燃油冷却系统、泡沫消防及水消防冷却系统组成。四、输煤系统与电厂集控四、输煤系统与电厂集控(一)输煤设备对集控的要求输煤系统设备运行采用计算机程序控制,并配备工业电视监视。斗轮堆取料机采用机上手动,半自动控制;为方便设备维修和调试,各设备

44、控方式,即将水控制网、灰控制网、输煤程控控制网合并为一个辅控网。Coal blending of coal bunker layer is mainly finished by electric coal plow. Each prime coal hopper is equipped with 2 plow unloaders. 45、c coal blending, programmable manual coal blending and local manual coal blending, of which, the former two are conducted under control of PLC, while the latter operates without participation of PLC. The auxiliary shop will finally adopt central monitor method of the whole pwer plant, i.e., integrat

46、e the water control network, ash control network and coal conveying programmable control network as a auxiliary control network.(二)输煤运行岗位与集控的相关性介绍值长在生产现场值班,有权直接调度与生产有关的部门及人员,任何部门和个人不得无故拖延或拒绝执行值长的调度命令。对无故拖延或拒绝执行调度命令而造成的后果,由受令人全部负责。(II) Relevency of coal conveying operating post and central controlShi

47、ft foreman on duty on the production site has right to directly dispatch department and personnel in relation to production, and any department and personnel shall not unseasonably delay or refuse to execute the dispatching command of the shift foremen. For consequences caused by unseasonable delay or refusal of execution shall be the sole responsibility of the people receiving the command.输煤班长(或主值)在调度上必须服从值长的统一管理,接到值长的命令后必须全文复诵,核实无误后迅速正确地执行,执行完毕后立即向值长汇报。对值长命令有疑问,可向值长申明理由,如果值长坚持命令,必须立即执行,出现问题由发令人负责;值长命令有明显错误(如对人身及设备构成严重威胁时),受令人可越级向有关领导汇报并向值长申明理由拒绝执行,如果明知命令错误既不申明理由,也不越级汇报、请示,仍照
