14、NG Rotating PartIts very dangerous to touch the rotating parts in the generator.Stop the engine to service and maintain the inner parts of the unit.The cooling fan of the radiator will go on rotating after stopping the engine for awhile. Dont service the electric fan until it stops entirely.Electric

15、 shockDont touch the inner parts with high voltage during the running.Stop the engine to service and maintain the inner structure. Hot PartLet the engine cool before storing the generator indoors.T o prevent scalding, pay attention to the warning marks attached to thegenerator.Close and lock the doo

Measureinsulation resistance between bolt and engine frame.It is

Consult with dealer for any question.(4 Check battery proportionThe engine cant start maybe for the storage battery leakage. If like that, youshould measure the proportion of battery electro

The relation chart betweenbattery and proportion as follow.0.01 errorCharge the battery if the charge ratio is less than 75%. -(3 Clean air cleaner element.Refer to diesel engine operation manual.When dry dust clag on air cleaner elementWhen dry dust clag on element, please remove the element

37、and blow it with dry,clean compressed air.Check the element. If it has been scathed, replace it.Install air cleaner, and clean it.Electric ShockCheck insulation resistance after stopping engine.Measure one time every month by using 500V insulating-resistance metercheck if it is above 1M. Remove

47、the oil drain bolt and drainout the oil.a. Remove element by oil cleaner wrench.b. Clean element, spread oil film on the spring gasket surface. Install it by oilcleaner wrench, connect surface with oil cleaner gasket, and tighten.c. Running engine for a while after replace the element. Check oil pos

48、ition. Besure oil position is in between H and Ld. Concerning oil cleaner spring gasket, you can consult manufacturer and diesel engine operation manual.-8.1 Check for the initial 50 hours(1 Replace engine oilReplace engine oil in 50 Hrs for the first time, after the second time replace it in 250 Hr

49、s.Add engine oil Check after running a few minutesOK3 41 2Drain out engine oil Tighten the screwsa. Remove oil drain bolt ,drain oil empty .It is easy to drain oil out empty, if theengine warms.b. After that recover the oil drain bolt and tighten.c. If it is new oil, please fill with filling pipe. F
