This week, key components defects rate on line was 738 PPM ,which meet the target this week, and UP by 201 PPM as compared with thedatalast week. (target: 75

17、of Key components部品part问题点issue原因分析Root Cause改善对策actionSQAOpen / close按键 keypad1387PPM建欣,4856PPM,OT-Easy扣位断Kin tecOt-easy position hole is lost;【流出原因】在检验時有发现此現象考虑組裝后是在機殼的內部,且产品的的定位孔很多,考慮不會產生影響,誤判導致不良的流出;【Outflow 】Operator in supplier had found this defect, but their manager thought it is the back of
18、 keypad which cant result in other issues.【根本原因】1.喷涂前摆放按键时,员工在对散料分開時用手撕拉,導致個別產品邊緣的定位孔出現破裂;2.該產品字體為鐳雕,在噴涂底色后完成,鐳雕時需單片產品進行,在撕取時出現將產品邊緣的定位孔撕破現象;【Root cause】1.When placing keypad to paint, worker need to tore scattered keypads; If be not careful, it is easy to break; 2.This kind of keypad need to be cur
19、ved by laser, it is easy to break when removing it from position jig.【临时对策】將不良的樣品制作成不良看板,將不良的現象記錄入SOP和SIP的品質履歷表中,后續檢驗時重點管制.【temporary action】 Making limit samples for reference;【长久对策】 將噴涂前和鐳雕前的產品撕取動作改為用刀片劃割,劃割時將產品平放桌面,左手按壓住產品,右手用戒刀片來劃割,避免撕取時定位孔出現破裂;【Long-term 】Using knife to cut keypad in stead of t

32、h didnt find this;【根本原因】导电油墨印刷完成後.因後續還有多個工序.多次轉序會導致導電面被污柒造成【Root cause】 Because conductive oil have been printed at first, there are many processes after this, which easily result in dust on the surface of conductive oil; 【临时对策】1.產品在放置和轉序時務必用膠箱且加蓋子保護;2.自退貨之日起OQC將加嚴抽檢3批若有異常不允許放貨.確認OK後方可入庫.【temporary
33、action】 1.Using tray to place and move keypad;2.The value of AQL change from normal to strictness;【长久对策】縮短印刷導電OK後各工序周轉時間.具體方式:修改作業流程:修改前:印刷導電-印刷字體-噴coating-拆孔-檢驗-包裝-出貨.修改後:印刷字體-噴coating-印導電-拆孔-檢驗-包裝-出貨.此方式將試投1000PCS左右.分開標示交貴司確認OK後方可執行.【Long-term action】 Adjust the process of keypad,Before: printing
