2、 and resolution later on.Example:- Date(s) of failure(s).- Quantity of discrepant/suspect reject parts.- Where the problem was detected.- If applicable, carryout is/is-not analysis and attach to 8D.Have we seen the problem before?问题是什么或目前真实的情况?根据对象和缺陷来陈说。最早问题在哪里发现的?问题是如何发现的?发生的问题与规范有什么不同?规格是什么?如何会产生
3、不同的?检验规范、图纸、CATIA 文件、或不良极限样品产生问题的工程如何丈量的?丈量系统是什么?丈量系统出了什么问题?反复性?精度?目前的情况会影响多少产品或汽车?VIN 编号,影响到的工厂顺序号或日期/时间和班次目前在戴姆勒克莱斯勒的工厂中发生率是多少?在供应商工厂内?良品数?不良品数?第二步:CONTAINMENT ACTION 暂时措施This section should identify those actions that “contain the problem, ensuring no further defects are made and the customer is
4、protected until permanent corrective actions are in place, an example may be to “hold all suspect stock or “100% sort for the defect condition. 这一步应该识别包容问题的那些行动,保证不再产生进一步的不合格品并维护客户,直到永久措施有效,例:坚持一切可疑库存或100% 挑选不合格品。Containment actions must be recorded on the standard Containment Instruction sheet. Thi
5、s instruction must include a date when the containment must be carried out until and the relevant approval signatories as agreement.暂时措施应该记录在规范暂时措施指点书中。 作业指点书必需包含暂时措施实行的日期直到相应的同意协议签字生效。NB: CONTAINMENT ACTIONS MUST CONTINUE UNTIL CORRECTIVE ACTION HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND IMPLEMENTED.暂时措施必需不断采取直到纠正措施确认有

7、se actions, or reference to an action plan stating analysis to be conducted to identify and replicate, where necessary, the problem. 应包括一切的措施,或参考一个行动方案,这个行动方案列出了针对问题所需求进展的分析实验,必要的话,应复制再现问题。Different methods can be employed to identify the root cause - a simple and oftern effective way of identifiyin
8、g the root cause is to ask WHY, WHY . 5 times.确定一个问题根源可以有很多不同的方法-一个简单而有效的方法就是去问5次:为什么,为什么。Following identification this section should include a statement of the root cause and state CLOSED in the target date box when this has been verified.接下来这个部分必需包含对问题根源的陈说,以及当缘由经过验证确认后,在目的日期的方框中注明“封锁“Verificatio

11、等Contribution:影响:State the percentage contribution to the overall problem.列出一切问题的百分比影响There maybe a number of contributing factors in the root cause. If this is the case estimate the percentage contribution towards the problem.一个根本缘由下或许有很多的影响要素。在这种情况下,估计出对于这个问题影响的百分比。Note: the Total must always add
12、to 100%.留意:总数通常是要加到100%No. of Hours: 所需时间Confirm the number of hours and cost per hour for the customer containment. If not definative data is available obtain written statement from the Customer detailing estimated containment duration and cost/hour.确认采取暂时措施所需的时间和顾客每一小时的破费。假设无法得到顾客书面的明确的数据,就详细评价暂时措

If so clarify what has been implemented and verify suitability.确认顾客能否采取了一些暂时措施。假设是,阐明采取了哪些措施并验证能否适当。Example will it affect the integrity of the part and/or effect the warranty.例如,能否影响到部件的完好性
14、和/或影响保质期。POTENTIAL PERMANENT CORRECTIVE ACTIONS 潜在永久纠错措施:By definition a corrective action directly solves the problem identified. Actions proposed must ensure the defect cannot recur and the problem has been permanently resolved.确定一个可以直接处理所发现的问题的纠正措施。提出的措施必需保证问题不会再次出现并永久的处理了这个问题。The 8D Team, all di
15、sciplines, must identify all potential corrective actions that will resolve this problem and carry out verification of these actions prior to implementation to ensure effectiveness.一个一切成员都经过培训的8D小组,必需确定可以处理这个问题的一切的潜在措施,并且在措施执行前完成对这些措施的验证,以保证这些措施的有效性。All potential corrective actions can be listed or,

20、actions taken that have been verified as effective againist the stated problem.这部分应该包含那些曾经证明了可以处理问题的有效的纠错措施All corrective actions must be tracked for progress and confirmed as implemented prior to removal of containment actions.永久措施执行时,一切的纠错措施必需求有过程跟踪并确认后,才可以取消暂时措施。Containment action should be conti
21、nued where possible for a period, as agreed with the team to confirm effective resolution of this problem.暂时措施应该不断延续到这个小组赞同,处理问题的有效措施已确定。Effective 有效性State the percentage effectiveness of the corrective actions as part of the verification.作为验证的一部分,阐明纠正措施有效性的百分比。Actions that are not effective ie. Are

23、of the corrective actions.验证一切的其它能够受此问题影响的类似产品是整个纠错措施的一部分。The originator must communicate to any other KA Plant representatives that maybe affected by this problem to ensure reoccurrences are prevented at other KA locations.组织者必需同客户的其他工厂代表交流,这可以保证这个问题不会影响同一客户其它的区域。IMPLEMENTED ON SIMILAR PRODUCTS/PRO
24、CESSES AFFECTED:在其它受影响的类似产品/过程中执行Confirm all other similar products affected by this problem have corrective actions implemented.确认一切其它受这个问题影响的类似产品也同样执行纠错措施ACTION(S) TO PREVENT RECURRENCE防止再发生的措施The preventive action taken must address the potential for re-occurrence of the problem, what actually allowed for the problem to occur eg. a business process, document or training issue.采取的预防措施必需针对问题再发生的潜在能够,终究什么会引起问题再发生。例如,可以制定商业程序,文件或培训资料。The documents, procedures and systems should be reviewed to reflect the necessary improvements and record the failure modes for future reference and product/p
