2、论,并通过文献研究以识别、表达和分析复杂的设计问题。3.设计/开发解决方案:能够针对产品设计复杂问题提出解决方案,设计满足特定需求的各类产品设计及服务系统设计,并能够在设计环节中体现创新意识,考虑经济、文化、环保、安全、技术、美观等因素。4.研究:能够基于设计及艺术的基本原理并采用科学方法对产品设计复杂问题进行研究,包括设计实验、现象观察与分析、地域文化与艺术思潮,在信息采集与梳理的过程中形成合理有效的设计成果。5.使用现代工具:能够针对产品设计的复杂问题,开发、选择与使用恰当设计技术手段、现代信息工具和资源,包括对产品设计复杂问题的预测与实践,并能够理解其局限性。10.沟通:能够就复杂产品设

3、计问题与业界同行及社会公众进行有效沟通和交流,包括制作设计文本和撰写设计说明、陈述发言、清晰表达或回应指令。并具备一定的国际视野,能够在跨文化背景下进行沟通和交流。课程目标完成课程后,学生将具备以下能力:(1)循序渐进的地掌握模型制作的基础知识,初步的模型制作的规范、概念和理论。了解产品模型制作在产品研发过程中的作用。1、2(2)培养学生抽象形态的造型能力。在剥离造型的实用功能,仅保留审美功能的要求下,提高学生对立体形态的理解能力,训练学生对形态的抽象设计能力,并训练学生对立体形态的设计表现能力。3、4(3)培养学生用“手”去思考的能力,要求学生了解模型制作有关材料的选用、加工工艺以及现代工具

4、的使用。通过动手制作去训练学生在平面(图纸)与具体塑形之间转换的理解力。并能完成个人和团队的汇报。5、10课程简介本课程将产品模型制作工艺和产品抽象造型设计作为一个整体进行综合理论知识的展开。通过模型制作的教学,让学生了解各种模型制作材料的选择、步骤以及制作方法。该过程不仅渗透着设计师对产品的理解,而且也是设计师设计思想、设计创造的体现。由于传统手工模型制作的方法简便、快速同时取材广泛和经济等优势,在现代设计过程中仍然发挥着现代技术不可替代的作用与优势。所以了解并掌握在三维空间中理解自然及抽象立体形态的造型能力,掌握立体形态抽象的方式以及原则,利用不同的材料、工具和加工方法将设计构思表现为具有

5、三维立体形态的实体造型,是作为一名产品设计师不可缺少的一项技能。教学内容与学时分配(一)绪论:明确本课程的地位、性质、任务、要求、内容和学习方法 1学时教学要求:要求掌握课程的主要目的与任务,了解产品模型制作在产品研发过程中的作用。以华南理工大学老一辈科研工作人员的研究作为历史故事,结合时代需要的匠人精神和手艺在产品设计领域的延伸,传达华工一代又一代优秀科研领军人物脚踏实地,在学中做、在做中学的优良作风传承。(二)模型制作方法介绍 11学时(1)了解产品模型制作的材料3学时(2)了解产品模型制作的工艺、方法及步骤4学时(3)了解产品模型制作所需要的手动及电动的设备 4学时教学要求:循序渐进的地

7、“手”去思考的能力,要求学生了解模型制作有关材料的选用、加工工艺以及现代工具的使用。通过动手制作去训练学生在平面(图纸)与具体塑形之间转换的理解力。并能完成个人和团队的汇报。重点:本课程主要是着重于产品模型的设计与制作为主要特征的课程,因此,在绘图制作及模型制作等动手过程中,都需要动手操作及实验的过程。实验教学(包括上机学时、实验学时、实践学时)理论学时:32学时上机学时:0学时实验学时:64学时实践学时:0学时教学方法课程教学以课堂教学、课外作业、综合讨论、网络以及授课教师的科研项目于积累等共同实施。考核方式手绘效果图、三视图(待做模型用)模型制作 3件(根据效果图、三视图做模型)ABS模型

19、int) into solid modeling by hand-making; and finish the person and team report. 5,10Course DescriptionAs the general theory knowledge, the craft of product design and making product models will be as a whole to teach in this course. The students will understand the choosing, procedure, and producing

20、 method of all kinds of making product models. The process not only shows designers understanding for products, but also shows designers design thinking, and innovative design. Because it is easy, quick, extensive and economical, the traditional hand model craft plays an important role in modern tec

21、hnique in modern product process. So, they are the most important skills for a product designer that understanding the modeling ability of natural and abstract solid figure in the 3D space, mastering the way and principle of solid abstraction, using different materials, tools and machining methods t
