32、Notice of the input signal wire connection)设置接线用断路器(Configure the circuit breaker)在电源输入端子(AC1、AC2)和电源之间,请务必连接对应驱动器容量的保护断路(MCCB)。Ag theer supply input terminals (AC1, AC2) ander, be sure to connectright capacity circuitbreakers (MCCB) .-MCCB 的容量请选为驱动器额定电流的 1.52 倍的容量。The MCCB capacity is1.5 2 times ra

40、达开门终端区时,系统输出“开门到位”信号;Reach to the open terminal area ,the control system will output the ”open end ” signal;- 关门终端(Close terminal):关门位置到达关门终端区时,系统输出“关门到位”信号;Reach to the close terminal area ,the control system will output the ”close end ” signal;(2) 关门爬行距离和收放门刀距离(Close creng distance and close/open

41、doorcamdistance)- 收放门刀距离(close/open door cam distance):门系统关门到达机械限位后收缩门刀操作过程中同步皮带的位移距离。The synchronous belt moving distancet the door driver system close to mechanical endand then retract the door cam.- 关门爬行距离(Close creng distance):门机到达机械限位前以爬行速度运行,直至轿门完全到达机械限位位置时的距离。The distance ist the door operato

42、r do creng speed until it reach to the mechanical endition.4.2初始位置校正运行(Correction drive for initialize)驱动器每次上电均需要进行位置初始校正运行操作,如果门机未完成校正运行,门机驱动器仍然可以响应开、关门信号,并以爬行速度进行移动,运行到终端位置后完成校正运行操作。The door driver must do the correction drive for itsition initialize whener is on .If the door driverhave not do the

43、ition correction drive ,door operator accept the openor close ordert by the lifts control system and response for the creng speed .Thedoor operator will do the initialized operation when the door reach to end门机校正操作需要有开/关门信号控制下完成操作(Door operator doition .the initialize runningshould be controlled by

46、的运行指令后才能予以解除,非主动模式必需设置 SW4 为 OFF 位置!Driving-block protection function should do at the slave mode .The door need stop closing thedoor when the door are hedged by any-reason ,it will do reverse operation after the lifts controlsystem sendopen door order to door control system. 50、 Elevator17Installation Manual4.4K300 门机运行调试(Commisin for K300 door operator)4.4.1、参数初始化(Initialization parameters)(1)设置 SW2 位于 OFF 位置,如下图;Set the SW2 at OFF,seethe follow pictureO N OF F1 2 3 4SW2习按钮 2 秒,开门到位显示灯、关门到位显示灯、堵转(2)同时按下试运行按钮和灯同时闪亮 3 下,参数初始化完成。Press the test button(31)and auto adjustment b

51、utton(32)at one times over 2 seconds,then the LED lights of open end and close endand obstruction would blink three times,then the parameters initialize operation are finished .注意(Attention)!在运行灯亮的状态下无法进行初始化,如运行灯无法熄灭时,先关闭门机电源,同时按住试运行按钮和习按钮后再重新送电,进行参数初始化操作。You cant do the parameters initialization op

52、eration if the runningled indicator lighting.So it should switch off theer and repress two buttons at the same time before switch the er on .4.4.2 电机磁极位置(1)切断控制器电源;习(Motor magnetic poles set up running)Switch off theer;(2)在不带厅门的状态下,手动移动轿门离开终端位置(即把门放在行程中间,非开门终端或关门终端);Put the door out of the open /clo

54、)等待约 10 秒时间,习完毕。Wait for about ten seconds and finished the operation.4.4.3 门宽距离习(Gate-width teach in operation)(1)切断控制器电源;Switch off theer;(2)设置功能开关,SW2 为 ON 位置,SW3 为 ON 位置,参考下图;Set the SW2 at ON,SW3 at ON ,please to seethe follow pictureSW2ONOFF1 2 3 4(3)控制器上电;Switch on the supplyer;(4)按下习开关;Press

55、 the auto learn button 32;(5)电机驱动门机先开门,在开门终端稍停一下然后关门直至完全关上后自动切断输出,则习完成;The door operator will open to endand wait for a while then do the closingpros till to the closing endition .ThyssenKrupp Elevator19Installation Manual4.4.4 初次运行操作(Do therunning )习成功之后,按下试运行键,可以对门机进行单次开/关门操作,检查开、关门到位后的开门、关门到位信号是否

56、输出一致,否则需要进行运行方向调变 SW1 DIP 开关的位置进行方向调整操作,即:如果 SW1=ON,则需要改为 SW1=OFF 位置;如果 SW1=OFF,则需要改 SW1=ON 位置。After finished the gate-width teach in operation ,it should be let the door do the close oropen running by press the test button (31).it also need to check outputsignal areconsistentto the door operation p
