1、船坞(台)大合拢搭载工艺Final Erection Craft页次:2/14文件号:QB/JMS-01H1313-09船坞(台)大合拢搭载工艺版改号:A / 0一、适用范围 Range of application本工艺主要适用于在倾斜船台进行大合拢建造的钢质全焊接船舶;This craft is applied to all-welding steel ships in inclined building berth本工艺主要包含了合拢前分段技术要求以及分段吊装程序工艺。This craft includes block technical requirement before assem
2、bly and block lifting procedure.二、工艺内容Content:大合拢前的场地准备:Site preparation before final erection:船体分段大合拢通常在船台或船坞上进行,对船台场地应进行必要的打扫和清理。Block erection usually is conducted on berth or dock, the ground should be clean.船台中心线处勘划船体中心线的船台地面扁钢条应除锈,涂防锈漆,所勘划船中心线肋 位站号应明显、永久、精确。Ship berth flat steel bar of hull ce
3、nter line need rust removal, painting antirust paint. Frame number on ship center line should be obvious, permanent and accurate.在船台一侧设置永久性标杆并涂上油漆,在标杆上设置分段水平检验标志,该标志要求 醒目,在船台合拢区域内不得有妨碍激光寻标的任何物件。Set a permanent benchmarkon one side of berth and being painted. Set block level testing mark on benchmark
4、, this testing mark should be striking. Anything in berth erection area obstruct laser marking is not permitted.船台定位肋骨线,根据排楞图中滑落机的位置,定出船体在船台上的布置位置,用 40mm x 40mm力位样条在船体基线一定高度位置,定出船台面中心线肋位号标志,该标志应明 显、永久、精确。 Locate frame line. According location of slide machine, find arrangement location of hull on be
5、rth, and mark the berth center frame number, and this mark should be obvious, permanent and accurate.2、大合拢前分段技术要求:Block technical requirement before final erection;进行大合拢的分段作为中间产品,必须是经中合拢检验合格的分段产品,其分段的建造 精度符合CSQS进行船台大合拢预装的预埋件,必须根据生产计划及托盘表的要求按时 送至 U大合拢指定地点。As semi-finished product, final erection bloc

7、y point of final erection blocks分段合拢时以定位分段为基准,然后向首、艇方向发展的肿塔式建造方案。为此定位分 段上船台前两端余量割净,按焊接型式要求两端开出坡口。In block erection, with thebase block as reference, building fore and aft, which is middle tower building scheme, is adopted. Clean margin of both ends of base blocks before they arecarried to berth. Ope
8、ngroove at both base block ends according to welding types.主船体其它各分段其拼接端的余量上船台套割,其另一端自由端在上船台前割去余量, 开出焊接坡口。艄楼、甲板室分段下端余量上船台合拢时套割。The joint side marginof each other blocks should be cut off before erection. And margin of the other free end should cut off before erection and open the welding groove. The
9、marginof lower part of forecastle and deck house should be cut during the erection.船体双层底企口上侧余量50mm用企口接缝线+ 10mm乍为上口线激光划线,然后割 去余量。For double bottom, the margin of upper side is 50mm,use groove seam line + 10mm as upper edge line laser mark, then cut off the margin.分段两端构件尽可能一刀切,为保证分段的强度和构件的完整性,纵向构件碰到横舱
10、壁 时,构件应延伸到舱壁,环形大接缝尽量在同一平面内。To ensure the block strengthand integrity of components, cut the components of both block ends with one cut as possible. When longitudinal component encounter the transverse bulkhead,component should be extended to bulkhead, and big ring joint should be at same level as po
11、ssible.为保证底部双层底分段长度和减少舷侧分段与双层底分段的肋位的错位现象,在双层底 分段的大合拢接口处的肋位,船台定位考虑环缝焊接收缩量后,装配误差应控制在+3-0mmL内 o To ensure block length of double bottom and reduce the frame number dislocation of double bottom, error of assembly on erection joint frame numberof double bottom should be within +3-0mm, considering the shr
12、inkage of circular seam welding.为使上层建筑吊装时,肋位误差尽可能小,主船体大合拢接口肋位误差控制在土 5mmi内。 To reduce frame number error as possible when lifting the superstructure, controlthe frame joint error of hull erection within 5mm舷侧分段下口外板50mmM舱壁20mm量按标杆修正定位水线+ 10mm再放公差+ IZm1i,文件号:QB/JMS-01H1313-09 |船坞(台)大合拢搭载工艺版改号:A / 0 |页次
13、:4 /14划线后再割去下端余量。对于双壳体的船舶,考虑内壳的精度,纵向舱口围板焊在舷侧分段甲板上,该甲板不伸 出纵舱壁和纵向舱口围板,左右相应舷侧分段应在平台上事先在分段首艇上端用方形横 撑过桥固定,同时亦可在船台上分别定位后 ,加固方形横撑过桥。As for double shellship, considering accuracy of inner shell, longitudinal hatch coaming should be welded to decks of shipside block. The deck could not extend out of longitud
14、inal bulkhead and longitudinal hatch coaming. Relevant shipside blocks P/S should be fixed on platform with square gap bridge in advance. Also,locate根据图纸要求加放大合拢分段反变形值,本厂惯例艇部0、-10、-15mm艄部-5、-5、-10mmAdd deformation value of erection block as drawings requirement, usuallydeformation value of stern is 0
15、、-10、-15mm,and that of bow is -5、-5、-10mm.对箱型结构双层底分段环缝的焊接,一定要在前后或后方已拼23只分段,并在其中分段上加固体重物压载后才可进行。For circular seam welding of box structuredouble bottom block, it is necessary that there have been 2 or 3 jointed block fore or aft and solid heavy things to be ballasted on blocks.所有分段大合拢环缝附近的横向构件角焊缝在分段建
16、造中均应焊妥。为使大合拢环缝接 口光顺,减少凹凸不平现象,在大合拢环缝附近,最好在强构件处,用火工进行反变形 加工,一般将板边向外烘烤1020mm&右,并在双层底横向环缝离实肋板若大于等于400mmi由端,则在毗部离环缝50mnit,做假触肘板,用一 8 X 300,余料拼成,直至分段take deformation大合拢定位前拆去。Transverse component angle welding seamnear erection circular seam should be welded well for all blocks. 17、ircularseam fair and reduce uneven part, near erection circular seam,process with hot work. Generally bake the plate edge about1020mm,andif distance between double bottom transverse circular seamand solid floor is equal or greater than 400mmfree end, then make a virtual bilge bracket 50mmaway from b
18、ilge. The virtual bilge bracket is madeof 8X300 margin. Removethe virtual bilge bracket before positioned erection.分段在大接缝处的纵桁及纵向构件不包括舱壁250 500 mmrt不焊接,应待大合拢拼接后再焊接。 Longitudinal girder and longitudinal component except 250-500mm of bulkhead are not welded until erection assembly.艇轴管一般在艇立分段上预装,因而艇立分段上
19、船台安装应以轴系粗拉线与主机座相对文件号:QB/JMS-01H1313-09船坞(台)大合拢搭载工艺版改号:A / 0贞次:5 /14位置为基准,船台定位。在船台大合拢时应及时测量轴系中心线的变形偏移并及时控制。 Stern tubes usually preassemble on stern vertical block, so installation of berth should be on base of relative location of shaft rough line and ER foundation, then position the berth. When ere
20、ct the berth, excursion of shaft center line should be measured in time and taken under control.大合拢环缝的十字焊缝分段装配定位时先矫直,内侧焊缝焊接结束后,外侧焊缝应采用先将纵向焊缝进行碳刨,使纵向焊缝保持光顺后进行焊接,然后碳刨环缝,焊接横向大 合拢环缝。Whenblock is being assembled, cross welding seamof erection circular seamshould be adjusted. After finishing welding inner
21、 side seam, carbon gouging should be taken to longitudinal welding seam in order that longitudinal welding seam keeps fair, then carbon gouge the circular seam and weld the transverse erection circular welding seam.若舷侧分段上端舱口围板顶板处有高强度钢构件的,一般考虑舱口围板顶板的面板在大 合拢时焊接,并严格按照高强度钢的焊接工艺进行。If there is high streng
22、th steel component on top plate of hatch coaming on shipside block, generally the face plate of hatch coaming is welded in erection and it takes in accordance with welding procedure of high strength steel.凡二次除锈分段,在大接缝处端接缝及构件端部、船台散装件处的焊缝区域不油漆,并 用胶带保护。For all secondary rust removal block, welding zone
23、s of end seam, end of component, berth stuff are not painted and protected with adhesive tape.各分段装配定位后,分段间的船台散装构件按托盘表应装妥。After each block assembly positioning, berth bulk between blocks should installed well according to tray table.根据建造进度,凡已构成密闭区域处可以进行密性试验,密性试验技术要求详见相关船 舶全船密性试验图。 According to buildi
24、ng schedule, tightness test can be taken to enclosed area. Technical requirement of tightness test see in tightness test drawing of relative ship.4、拉轴线条件 Condition of pulling axis:机舱前端横舱壁向艇主船体焊接、火工、密性试验结束。Welding from transverse bulkhead in front of engine to stern part of hull, hot文件号:QB/JMS-01H131

26、ning assembly of superstructure block completed.船体基线挠度连续三次测量值趋向稳定Three times continuous measuring value ofhull base deflection tend to be stable.舶下水前船台最少工作量:Reduce workload of berth before launching.6.1下水前,主要船体结构、水下工作及预制预装工作结束。Before launching, preassembly of main hull structure, underwater work, pr

28、mespaceof big joint10 mm8、各类型分段合拢时吊装程序:Lifting procedure of various blocks in erection底部分段的吊装程序 Lifting procedure of bottom block将分段吊上船台(同时包括定位分段在内),分段上船台前,应按工艺要求切割余量,无 余量上船台,减少大合拢修割工作量.Lift the block onto berth (including position block ), To reduce erection modified cutting, the block should cut o
29、ff margin according to craft requirement and block should be lifted to berth without any margin.吊线锤使分段定位肋骨线对准船台上相应肋骨线Align the positioning frame lineon block to relevant frame line on berth with plumb bob.吊线锤使分段中心线对准船台中心线Align the center line on block to center lineon berth with plumb bob.用水平管(或激光经纬
30、仪)校验船底基线高度,使之与相应的船底基线高度相符合,并使 分段纵倾度与龙骨斜度相一致,注意由船台坡度而产生的读数差.文件号:QB/JMS-01H1313-09船坞(台)大合拢搭载工艺版改号:A / 0贞次:7 /14Use leveling pipe (or laser theodolite) to check height of bottom base line to make it coincide with height of relevant bottom base line, and coincide block trim to keel inclination. Pay atte
31、ntion to differential reading caused by berth gradient.用水平管校验 分段横向状态,使之左右保持水平.Use leveling pipe to check transverse condition of block to keep it horizontal left and right.划 出并切 除余量,并与相邻分段对接.Mark and cut off margin, and jointed neighbouring blocks.固定分段位置,以待焊接.Fix block position to wait for welding.底
32、部分段合拢精度要求 :Erection accuracy requirement of bottom block.中心线偏差 2mm Center line offset is less than 2mm左右水平偏差士 4mm Left-and-right level船底中心线艄高度与基线偏差士2mm Fore and aft height of bottom center lineand base line 2mm肋骨检验线前后位置偏差 4mm.Back and forth of frame inspection line 4mm 8.2 舷侧平面分段的吊装:Hoisting of side
33、 level block将分段吊上船台,根据具体船舶分段划分图要求,需要割除的余量,应当切割完毕,但舷顶列板上缘应于分段两端300400mmf割,以便相邻分段对接后,修齐上口线。Liftthe block on the slipway and cut the allowance which need to be cut accordingto the block division plan, but top of sheer strake should not be cut on the both ends of the block 300400mm so as to touch up the
34、 edge line after the block connection.使分段定位肋骨线对准底部分段相应的定位肋骨线.Make the block locating frameline aim at the opposite locating frame line at bottom用水平管(或激光经纬仪)使分段纵倾度与基线相一致,并使水线高度符合标杆上的相应 高度。Use the horizontal pipe(or laser theodolite)to makethe block trim reconcile with the base line and make the water

36、8 /14舷侧平面分段合拢精度控制:Side level block folding accuracy control前后水平 =3mm Back and forth =3mm水线高度 4mm Water line height 4mm甲板平面分段的吊装:Deck level block hoisting将分段吊上船台,根据具体船舶分段划分图要求,需要割除的余量,应当切割完毕。Lift the block on the slipway and cut the allowance which need to be cut according to the block division plan.
37、使分段上横梁定位线对准舷侧分段同号肋骨定位线。Make the upper beam locatingline aim at the ship side same number block frame locating line.吊线锤(或激光经纬仪)使分段中心线对准内底上的船体中心线。 Plumb bob (or laser theodolite)make the block center line aim at the hull center line of inner bottom.根据舷侧对准甲板边线。According to the side, aim at the deck edg
38、e line.利用水平软管检验梁拱。Use level hose to test the camber.固定分段,以等焊接。Fix the block for welding甲板平面分段合拢精度控制:Deck level block folding accuracy control甲板中心线与船底中心偏差3mm Deck center line andbottom center line甲板宽度 B 0.05%B Deck breadth B 0.05%B肋骨检验线前后位置偏差5mm Back and forth of frametesting line 5mm艄立体分段的安装:Fore tr
39、idimensional block installation将分段吊上船台,根据具体船舶分段划分图要求,需要割除的余量,应当切割完毕。Lift the block on the slipway and cut the allowance which need to be cut according to the block division plan吊线锤使分段中间定位肋骨线、首端点分别对准船台上的相应肋骨线及首端点位置, 两者相矛盾时,一般以首端点作为定位依据。Plumb bob(or laser theodolite)make theblock center locating frame

41、大合拢搭载工艺版改号:A / 0页次:9 /14吊线锤(或激光经纬仪)校验基线,并使之与高度标杆上相应的高度符合,并使分段的 纵向倾斜度与基线坡度相一致 Plumb bob(or laser theodolite)tests the base line and make it as same as the height pole and make the block trim as same as the base line gradient.用水平软管(或激光经纬仪)校验T端点高度,使之与高度标杆上的首端点高相符合; 也可以用钢卷尺根据线型图上首端点距基线的垂直距离直接量取,但读数要考虑因基
42、线 坡度而修正的数值。高度定位时,还需考虑基线的反变形值。Uselevel hose (or lasertheodolite)to test the height of fore head point and makeit as sameas the height pole. Wecan also use the steel tap to measure the vertical distance between fore head point and the base line in the body line plan directly. But the revised number du
43、e to the base line gradient should be considered. 48、inner bottom.用水平软管(或激光经纬仪)校验基线,轴中心线高度,使之与高度标杆上相应的高度 相符合,分段的纵倾度与基线坡度相一致。Plumb bob(or laser theodolite)tests thebase line and make it as same as the height pole and make the block trim as same as the base line gradient.用水平软管(或激光经纬仪)校验艇端点高度,使之与高度标杆上的尾端点高相符合; 也可以用钢卷尺根据线型图上尾端点距基线的垂直距离直接量取,但读数要考虑因基线 坡度而修正
49、的数值。高度定位时,当尾端点、轴中心线与基线高度相矛盾时,一般以轴 中心线高度为定位依据,其余作参考。Use level hose (or laser theodolite)to testthe height of fore head point and makeit as sameas the height pole. Wecan also use the steel tap to measure the vertical distance between end point and the base line in the body line plan directly. But the
50、revised number due to the base line gradient should be considered. When locating the height, if the end point and axis center line conflict with the base line height ,usually use the axis center line as locating basis and the others are used as reference.用水平软管在甲板面上校验分段的横向状态,使之左右保持水平。Use the level ho

53、ion 5mm艇 柱中心线与船 台中心 线偏差5mmStem center line and slipway center line deviation 5mm舱壁平面分段的安装:bulkhead level block installation将分段吊上船台。Lift the block to the slipway使舱壁下缘对准底部(或甲板、平台)分段上的中心线。 Makethe bulkhead lower aim at the center line on the bottom(or deck 、plate)吊线锤使舱壁中心线对准底部(或甲板、平台)分段上的中心线。 The plumb
54、 bob makes the bulkhead center line aim at the center line on the bottom(or deck、plate)使舱壁与基线面垂直,并用线锤或斜度样板检验。 Makebulkhead and base line level be vertical and test with plumb bob or slope model.用水平管校验舱壁上的水线,使之保持水平。 Use horizontal pipe to test water line on the bulkhead and keep it in balance.用水平管确定舱
55、壁上的水线位置,使之与标杆上要求的水线高度相一致。Usehorizontal pipe to determine the water line position on the bulkhead ,m makethe water line height fit the height of pole.上述位置的高度差即为余量,在舱壁上划出并割除。Above mentioned positionsheight differences are allowance; line out and cut off them on the bulkhead.固定舱壁,以等焊接。Fix the bulkhead

57、e block to the slipway将分段两舷外围壁定位肋骨线与甲板面上所划的肋骨线相对准。Make locating frameline of double side bulkhead aim at the frame line lined out on the deck.吊线锤(或激光经纬仪)使分段上甲板中心线及两端外围壁中心与甲板面上所划的中心 线相对准。 Plumb bob (or laser theodolite)make the deck center line of block and double ends bulkhead center aim at the fram
58、e line lined out on the deck.用水平软管(或激光经纬仪)校验分段的纵倾度与基线坡度相一致基线(也可用甲板中 高检查,)分段前后、左右端壁水线检查线在同一平面上。Usehorizontal hose(or lasertheodolite) to test that the base line of the blocks trim and base line slope(also can be used in deck height testing) and all around water line test line are on the same level.根据
59、图纸尺寸垂直量取检查水线到甲板面上的距离,大于定者减去分段与甲板面上 的距离,大于定值者减去分段与甲板间的空隙和定值之和即为余量,划后割除Vertically measure the distance between testing water line and deck level according to the drawing size.固定分段,以等焊接。Fix the block for welding上层建筑分段的安装精度 :Superstructure block installation accuracy船中心线与甲板中心线偏差2mm Hull center line and deckcenter line deviation 2mm左右水平 4mm right and left level 4mm分段高度 5mm block height 5mm围壁安装位置偏差 3mm Trunk installation position deviation 3mm.主机座分段的安装 :Installation of main engine foundation block用水平管或激光经纬仪测量基线、轴线高度。Use horizontal
