1、新SMICHOV 文化贸易中心，布拉格，捷克CULTURE AND TRADE CENTER NOVY SMICHOV, PRAGUE, CZECH REPUBLIC, 2001建筑设计：D3A 建筑设计公司ARCHITECT: D3A spol. s r.o./Fiala - Prouza - Zima本建筑代替了先前位于Smichov的Ringhoffer大楼和稍后的ra CKD 工厂大楼。设计中有3 大要素：平面间的协调、保留纪念性和建筑的尺度关系。建筑的城市设计理念是尊重原有的城市结构。过去的工厂围合起一片几个城市街区大小的场地，而建筑主体中的200m长的长廊正好填补了原有街道系统。十

2、字型的长廊起始于位于Stefanikova 大街二层的，一直延续到Kartouzska 大街的新人行天桥上，形成了与Sacre-Coeur山丘的联系。主要的长廊将建筑一分为二形成沿Stefanikova 大街的、场地中较高的建筑部分和有着绿色屋顶的较矮部分，这部分连接着Sacre-Coeur 山丘下荒凉的绿地。建筑的尺度和体量都符合郊外贸易中心对大型市场、商店、精品店、综合影院、餐馆和快餐店的需求。新 Smichov中心综合了其所在地区发展条件中的优点和缺点布拉格城郊缺乏商业和、地铁的可达性、这里作为城市中心变得越加重要，但交通负荷过重（地面停车至多能停 2 000 辆车）。主要长廊的原始设计

3、采用栽有行道树的“玻璃大街”的形式，但因为玻璃的桥梁和不被投资者接受，后来改成了为家乐福公司工作的法国设计公司CVZ的设计。但其室内设计大部分还是遵照了D.A.设计公司的原始设计，这是因为投资者认为此设计营造出了购物中心的氛围。（蕾 译）The building replaced the former Ringhoffer andlater thera CKD factory halls at Smchov. Thedesign had been formed by three main factors; the layout asso tions, monument preservation

4、 and size of the project.The urban design is based on the link-up with the original city structure. The former factory had formed an enclosed complex of the size of several city blocks. The main, 200m long, arcade of the center supplements the local street system. The cross arcade, leading from the

5、Stefanikova Street, over the 2nd floor terrace and a new footbridge over the Kartouzska Street, creates a new connection with the Sacre-Coeur hill.
