25、调水系统/Water Side System空调冷冻水系统采用一次泵变流量系统(由制冷机生产商提供制冷控制系统 (CCS));空调热水系统采用一次泵定流量,二次泵变频系统。Variableprimary flow chilled watumsystem is used. The chiller control system (CCS) is provided byThe cooling load for hois used for chillerection. In addition, 562kW for retail public area is takenomanufacturer. Co
26、nstant primary flow and variablesecondary flow hot watumsystem are used.account. As required by RitzCarlton, there is a 20% allowance in selection of chillers. Thus, 3 sets of watercooled centrifugal chillers (two of them are 2100kW and the third is 1050kW) are used as cooling resource.空调水系统为四系统。冷冻及

The distribution of chilled water and heating hot water is based on four zones:d at 5.5One of them is heating recovery type, two of them are provided with VSD. Chilled water iand returned at 12. Chillers are
28、 placed at B1, while cooling towers are at roof of the podium. Recirculating cooling water consumption for hois 965 m3/h, calculated based on t=5.5.ppB.O.H (B2), uppublic area (L711), guestroom (L1229) and high zone of the ho(L3149). Each has itsown supply and return main pipes.空调水系统进行竖向分区。制冷机组供回水温度

30、d wet bulb temperature 23. Recirculating cooling watump is put in central cooling planB1. Aset of automatic filter wi n ability of less n 1000 m3/h is attached to the main inlet pipe of cooling tower. To ensure the quality of circulating water, an automatic chemicals dosing system are provided to ea
31、ch recirculating cooling system, including:a Dissolved Solid Sensor b Dosing Pumpc Adjustable Electromagnetic Valve器,提供 B1 冷冻水 6.5。/13(L7 L29)空调热水由热水锅炉直接提供 8070热水。在 B1、L30 设置空调热水板式换热器,锅炉水经换热器,提供供回水温度 70/60空调热水供 B2、酒店高区(L31L49)使用。 Airconditioning water side system is separated vertically.Chillers pro

33、rs on B1 are used to produce 6.5/13 chilled water for B2. 80/70 heating hot water from boilers is provided to L729.Heating hot water is provided to the heat exchangers to get low temperature hot water of 70/60 for B2 and high zone of the ho (L31L49). The heat exchangers are placed at B1 and L30, whi

35、ystems:后勤区、包房、SPA 一般采用风机盘管加新风系统,便于室温独立控制。FCU+PAU systems are used in B.O.H, VIP rooms, and SPAs for separate temperature control.大堂、全日餐厅、宴会厅及其前厅等大空间公共区域采用全空气系统,气流方式为上送上回或上送下回。锅炉燃烧烟气通过烟囱,于裙房顶排除。烟囱高出屋顶,距离旁边建筑米。6 米,距红线6 米,距主楼6空调热源为锅炉提供的 8070 高温热水,B2、L30 以上经板式换热器产生 7060的空调用热水。his building, the heating l
