1、售后服务条款样本 安装及调试：产品出厂后由公司指派专业人员免费进行指导安装，同时可免费协助安装单位进行设备调试。 考察及培训：用户可随时到工厂进行实地考察，公司免费对用户操作人员进行现场培训（包括设备原理，构造，设备的使用，设备的维护，设备的养护，设备的修理修缮等）。 修理修缮：公司在各地设立专业修理修缮中心，在接到用户修理修缮电话 24 小时内到达现场。公司备有用户所需各类型号的配件及产品，可及时提供给用户。公司及代理店的修理修缮人员均由经过严格培训的人员组建，具有良好的修理修缮素质和专业技能，可完全满足用户修理修缮需要。产品保修期为产品出厂后 18 个月，产品出厂后发现产品自身质量问题，公

If a defective is found due to qualified problems of the product, we will perform three commitments: repair, replace and refund. During warranty period the labor and transportation costs for maintenance
